I am running on windows 2012r2 and sql 2012 both fully up to date on patches and service packs
Not sure if it helped or made it worse but I have tried:
Removing and then adding back the ASP.net IIS features
Did a repair on the web console feature then uninstalled and reinstalled the web console as well.

    SOLVED:
Deleted temp files in: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files
IIS reset --- all worked after That.

  • Error and Web Console

Recently I have been having problems with the way that FF4B12 is opening up. First off....the Error Console pops up and I have to click on the X several times to get it to close. Once it has closed FF opens another window to the Bing search engine. So now I have 2 windows open. One to a blank page ''(my default setting)'' and the other to Bing. I have read the post by strat5459 on Feb. 2, 2011 which says....
“If you have the Web Developer Toolbar installed, do the following to prevent the Error Console from popping up:
(If the Web Developer toolbar is not visible, you can also access the same parameters via the Tools/Web Developer/Options/Options menus in the Firefox menu bar).
    1. Click on the "Options" icon in the Web Developer toolbar.
    2. Click on "Options" in the drop-down menu.
    3. Click on the "Miscellaneous" icon
    4. Make sure that all the boxes are unchecked in the "Warnings and Errors" menu box.
Now the Error console will stop popping up when you go to a site. You can always check the boxes to display the Error Console later if needed. “''
Unfortunately it doesn't help me because when I open the Tools menu the only option for Web Developer available is to activate it. The only ''“Options”'' is the one at the bottom of the menu which is general options for FF and there is nothing in there regarding the Web Developer or Error Console There also is no ''“Options”'' icon on the Web Developer tool bar. I went into my Add-on/Extension Manager and I couldn't find the extension or add-on for the Web Developer ''(unless it might be listed under another name). ''
I am running Windows XP Home, IE 8 and Firefox 4 Beta 12.
I have pasted a copy of the web developer report in the Troubleshooting box below.

    ISSUE:
I cannot run report from Favorite Report from Web Console using other non-domain computer. I got the error "500 internal server error" after run the report.
I got this message after enable error detail report after run report from Web.
    PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    Hi,
    >>I cannot run report from Favorite Report from Web Console using other non-domain computer. I got the error "500 internal server error" after run the report.
Do you mean that when you run report from Web console using domain joined computer everything works fine?
If so, then the issue seems like IIS authentication related issue, we may need check below settings:
Check the binding order in IIS where the web console is installed and make sure http is on top.
Check the advanced settings on Internet Explorer. Look for the Windows integrated authentication setting and compare this setting with the management server.
and I would like to suggest you go through the below threads for more details:

If you do not run the catpatch.sql script as described in this section and you start up a database for normal operation, then "ORA-13516: SWRF Operation failed: CATPROC not valid" errors will occur.
For RAC installations, start node applications on each node of the cluster as follows:
$ srvctl start nodeapps -n nodename
For single-instance installations, start the listener as follows:
    $ lsnrctl start
    Note:
If you are using the Oracle OLAP option, make sure that the listener is running.
If you are using ASM, start the ASM instance.
Use SQL*Plus to login to the database as the SYS user with SYSDBA privileges:
    $ sqlplus "/ AS SYSDBA"
    Start the database:
    SQL> STARTUP
Set the value of the SHARED_POOL_SIZE initialization parameter to at least 150 MB:
    SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET SHARED_POOL_SIZE='150M' SCOPE=spfile;
Set the value of the JAVA_POOL_SIZE initialization parameter to at least 120 MB:
    SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET JAVA_POOL_SIZE='120M' SCOPE=spfile;
    Shut down the database:
    SQL> SHUTDOWN
    Enter the following SQL*Plus commands:
    Note:
If you are applying this patch set to a cluster database, then set the CLUSTER_DATABASE initialization parameter to FALSE before starting it in upgrade mode. After you have run the catpatch.sql script, reset this initialization parameter to TRUE.
    SQL> STARTUP UPGRADE
    SQL> SPOOL patch.log

Review the patch.log file for errors and inspect the list of components that is displayed at the end of catpatch.sql script.

If necessary, rerun the catpatch.sql script after correcting any problems.
    Restart the database:

When the 10.1.0.3 patch set is applied to an Oracle Database 10g Standard Edition database, there may be 42 invalid objects after the utlrp.sql script runs. These objects belong to the unsupported components and do not affect the database operation.

  • External Web Console Access SCOM 2012 R2 - An unexpected error has occured.

    Hello,
I have an issue when accessing the Web Console for our SCOM 2012 R2 environment - I have installed the web console on a standalone machine with mixed authentication - i have windows authentication enabled and NTLM is at the top of the providers list. I have
gone through the process of registering the SPN's and configuring constraint delegation. The SSL settings are ticked on the Default Web Site, the Monitoring View and the Operations Manager.
I have followed the article below when performing the install:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh298606.aspx#bkmk_toconfigurepermissionsinheritanceforthewebconsole
I have also reviewed the information here and the information provided on the attached document on this page but the issue remains: http://blogs.technet.com/b/momteam/archive/2008/01/31/running-the-web-console-server-on-a-standalone-server-using-windows-authentication.aspx
When we try to log into the Web Console remotely it appears to load to 100% but then brings up the error:

After manually downloading and applying IR11 which it said was successful, when I try and go into the web console from the Manager I get an error "Unexpected result parsing XML from Zenworks Asset management WebConsole server". I have tried TID10098167 multiple times now. Attempting to go in from another machine I'll see "A problem was encountered during the database upgrade. CreateWebNetworkDiscoveryWebReports.xml failed to complete." Also in the C:\Tomcat5\webapps\rtrlet\sql\mssql\failed directory is the file CreateWebNetworkDiscoveryWebReports.xml. Not sure what else to try.

  • Error instantiating web-application:Application named 'javasso' is in stopp

    Hi,
I am getting the following error while logging to Oracle Application Console.
"Error instantiating web-application:Application named 'javasso' is in stopped"
    Environment details are as under:
    SOA suite: 10.1.3.1
    Oracle Database: 11.1.0
I started getting this error after doing the following steps. Earlier everything was working fine.
    1. Created a connection pool and Datasource in JDBC resources under administration on 10g DB which worked fine.
    2. Attempted creating a connection pool on 11g DB which said connectiion successful when testing connetion. But once finalised and then again tried testing it gave an error saying " Invalid user name/password ".
    3. Since I know the username and password were correct, I tried changing 'ORCL' in the URL with the tns alias ORCL_421.
    4. Since I changed the URL, i was prompted to restart the defaults.
    5. Once I clicked on restart, after long time the browser still showed the timer rotating. So I refreshed the browser and it showed the application server was up.
    6. I went to check the JDBC resources and all the CONNECTION POOLs and DataSources are vanished.
    7. I logged out and then when i am trying to login again, I am getting the above error.
    8. I tried launching ESB and got the similar error but this time for esb "Application named 'esb-dt' is in stopped state."
I am not sure why this is happening. AScontrol.log has the following error stack:
