The iPad is loaded with a test SIM which is programmed with following values of Ki and Op and above SRES and Kc were generated using following values:

I have verified GSM milenage algorithm with test keys in 3GPP TS 55.205 v9.0.0 and the algorithm seems to work fine. All results match with the test inputs/results provided in 3GPP TS 55.205 v9.0.0. So I doubt there is some issue with SRES/Kc for above Ki/Op values.

We spent many hours trying to solve this problem.
Our setup:
Cisco wireless setup, using windows NPS for 802.1x authentication.
Certificate base auth, with an internal PKI sending out client machine certs, and also the server cert.
Auth was failing with "reason code 22, The client could not be authenticated because the Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) Type cannot be processed by the server."
It turned out to be a GPO setting on the server, that was enforcing key protection.
There is this note on the below technet article:
Requiring the use of strong private key protection and user prompting on all new and imported keys will disable some applications, such as Encrypting File System (EFS) and wireless (802.1X) authentication that cannot display UI. For more information, see article 320828 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=115037).

I want to use EAP-SIM authentication on Lenovo k900 to connect to wifi. Does anyone know how to? because there is no option EAP-SIM on authentication option.

Did you do a hard reset? Sounds like a hardware failure.

This is the product code (PC) which is printed on the label (under the battery) and on your sales-box sticker.

Hi,
What you can do is to set up a reverse and the forward proxy. When the client hits the first proxy it should be configured as a reverse proxy which will redirect the request to the second proxy (this will be a reverse proxy) which will connect to the internet.

Nokia E5 Server Error whit Wifi connection

Just bought a Nokia E5. I uses the Wifi Wizzard and connect to my Wifi Home network. After entering the Security password (WPA/WPA2). the phone says.. "known" so I suppose the connection is established. But when I want to go to a Web page.. it takes a long time and after that I get the an Server error (In Dutch Server Fout).. ? How to solve..

My wifi connection shows limited access after updating my window 8.1

Hy wishes for all of you. Having trouble after update my window 8 to 8.1. Perhaps the wrost day of my life. After update lost my Internet connection. It's shows limited connection and unindentify network. I search different post on Web regarding this problem and applied but all in vain. I would like to restore my old window but I don't have backup so now have true in trouble kindly help me out

Does Cisco Aironet 1131G really support EAP-SIM ?

I have tried to configure EAP-SIM authentication on Cisco Aironet 1131G for Wi-Fi Offload but unfortunately I couldnt make it work. As far as I understand the Wi-Fi standard it is fully supported in 802.11n within WPA2-Enterprise standard. I have read Cisco datasheet for 1131G where your are claiming that you support EAP-SIM in WPA2 also. I have tried to configure it according to configuration guide but it always requires to enter password key first when I try to connect to SSID with configured WPA2 and EAP-SIM. Can you please provide us with additional info how to properly configure AP or confirm that EAP-SIM needed for seamless 3G/Wi-Fi authentication is supported only within WPA2-Enterprise.

I see that IPHONE5 is not responding for Challenge message with triples from Radius Server

We seem to have the same issue where IOS is breaking off the EAP-SIM authentication at 6 seconds, while the AP is waiting on a RADIUS Access-Accept, which eventually comes in, but after IOS already stopped the wifi authentication process.

WIFI WPA-EAP won't connect as EAP method only shows SIM, how can I make it show more?

Trying to connect to a wifi connection which uses WPA-EAP security, with a username and password system (at work and I cannot change these settings).
My Android device connects with no issues, but my ZTE open C on Firefox OS will not...
Looking into my Android settings it is using EAP method PEAP; but the FFOS will only let me use SIM.
What is the workaround for this?

This can be caused by a number of issues.
Was everything working and then suddenly stopped??
Or is this a new clean setup and has never worked.
Do you have a cable modem which is not a router and the TC setup in bridge? That will cause it. The TC must be in router mode, ie dhcp and nat.
Check the IP the MBP gets including dns and gateway..
Then check the ipad/iphone.. post what IP dns and gateway (router in applespeak) they get.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

Eap tls authentication fails if bluetooth device connected

Hi All, I'm new to Macs but was tasked with getting a MacBook Air connected to our AD integrated, 802.1x wifi network. After a lot of trial and error with certificates I finally got this working but now have a rather bizarre problem. With the MBA on it's own it will connect to the wifi network, sucessfully authenticate and work perfectly well. However, if my Apple bluetooth mouse or keyboard are connected to the MBA the EAP-TLS authentication fails. A packet capture of the connection process shows that at the same point every time the process take a while then a packet shows as "Unknown Error Ignored", then loops thorugh the process. Turning off the keybpard and mouse at this point and the MBA will connect. Once connected I can then connect the keyboard and mouse and continue to stay connected for a while before, I assume, the AP forces a re-auth and the connection drops again.
Has anyone come across this elsewhere?

I have a Macbook Pro Retina 15" from 2012 and it has the same issue. Running 10.8.4. I have spent probably 5-6 hours trying to troubleshoot cert's network settings, did a complete fresh install (then restored from timemachine when that did not work) with no luck this solution worked but obviously is not a real solution as it should not confilct in this way. Great job on finding a workaround! I will be contacting apple about this ASAP under my applecare.

Do you have a SIM in the phone?
There are 2 primary causes for this.
Either you don't have a SIM in the phone, which is REQUIRED to activate it, or the phone was hacked to unlock it.
