Error - " Include file in PC application " when attaching in VA02
Hi all
I am having a typical problem. All i am realising that it is some where related to authorization issue thats why i am posting the same in this forum.
When one user is trying to attach a document to a sales order thru transaction va02 the following is showing -
"Include file in PC application , try again ". If I run su53 it is reporting that last authorisation check sucessful at that time.
But if SAP_ALL is given to this user then no problem arise, which prompt me to think that there is something related to authorization.
Any idea?

Santanu
regarding the authoriazations and objects for GOS (Generic Object Services), SAP has done a lot of development over the last year. As GOS is spreading in applications it's complexity grows, so please go to:
service.sap.com/notes with keywords 'GOS' 'authority' or 'Generic Object Service authority' or a variant of those. you will find several dozen notes concerning this matter.

Error: Include file not found: /globalinclude.html
Does anyone have any idea why I would be getting this error everytime I try to make or build my workspace, project or any jsp file within JDev? I have no reference to /globalinclude.html and have never even seen this file anywhere before.
Error: Include file not found: /globalinclude.html
Thanks.
-Teri Kemple
[email protected]Teri,
The reference is made in ojsp-global-include.xml in your WEB-INF directory.
globalinclude.html should be located in your html root (default .../public_html) and its content is:
<% request.setCharacterEncoding("windows-1252");%>.
with the correct encoding of course.

Users open shared files but they get an error that file is already open when actually its not
we have a windows 2012 r2 environment with a hyper-v cluster with 4 virtual servers (2012r2) that are located on an hp storage.
users in the office work on windows 7 pc's and sometimes (more than once per day) when they try to open word or excel files from a shared folder they get a message that the file is already open so it opens in read only mode and they cannot save it. we are
pretty sure and tested that that folder is not open from any other user, because some users tried to open files randomly back from 2012 and they got the same errors again.
i cannot reproduce when i want the problem. i may try reopening files for an hour without having problems.
i tried also to write down the hours that the users may have mostly the problem but i couldnt figure a specific time on the day that the problem occurs.its random.
i want to also notice that we have symantec backup exec 2014 and taking backup on tapes and on deduplication folder with the advanced open file option set to "let VSS to select automatically the provider"
the file server does not record any events in system or dfs replication tab. they only events we got once per 1 or 2 days are in the application tab and its exactly this "the volume recovery was not optimized because an error was encountered:
the file move failed 0x89000016) event id 257,defrag"
i hope i gave u an accurate description of my problems. i really have to solve this.
kostaskHi Kostak,
Have you tried to use Process Explorer?
More info: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
Simple usage: Part 1: Using SysInternals Process Explorer to solve issues
when trying to clean up files and folders...
This is what I am using to track file handles when tried to open or deleted. Normally I am finding that backup/vss process has taken, antivirus was scanning, or indexing services were working.
I would recommend you to do the next:
- Disable Windows Search from: Control Panel> All Items> Programs and features> Turn Windows Features On or Off> Uncheck Windows Server. Go to services.msc and Stop Windows Search service.
- Exclude affected folder(s) or drive(s) from antivirus scan/protection, at least 24h.
- Disable backup/vss operations on the drive(s) for at least 24h.
Hope it helps, I know how itchy can be this kind of issue at the office :) -

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
<b> To Enable SafeMode </b>
*You can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the '''Shift''' key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.

CS4 js error on file save -- but only when run via droplet
I have a js script that I've been using fine in PS CS. I've now upgraded to CS4 and trying to get it working. After a couple of minor tweaks, the script works fine when invoked directly from within CS4 (in an action step). But when I create a droplet from that action, the same script gives an error when it comes to saving the image to a jpeg file.
The relevant code is here:
jpgSaveOptions = new JPEGSaveOptions();
jpgSaveOptions.embedColorProfile = false;
jpgSaveOptions.formatOptions = FormatOptions.STANDARDBASELINE;
jpgSaveOptions.quality = 12;
jpgSaveOptions.matte = MatteType.NONE;
var jpgFile = new File(outputFolderName + "/" + fullFileName + ".jpg");
alert("Saving as " + outputFolderName + "/" + fullFileName + ".jpg");
exists = jpgFile.open("r");
alert("Opened");
docRef.saveAs(jpgFile, jpgSaveOptions, false, Extension.LOWERCASE);
alert("Saved");
When invoked via the droplet, it gets as far as displaying "Opened", then it conks out with error:
"EvalError: General Photoshop error occurred. This functionality may not be available in this version of Photoshop. - Could not save as "" because the file could not be found."
Thing is, I'm not trying to save as "" -- the filename is properly populated with a proper filename, and indeed this script works fine when invoked directly and not through a droplet.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
MikedocRef is defined quite a while back:
// create the new document (without EXIF) to work on, with same size, resolution etc as original.
var docRef = app.documents.add(x, y, r, originalDocName + " copy", m, DocumentFill.TRANSPARENT);
but I do lots of things with docRef in the meantime that don't cause any error... like:
docRef.bitsPerChannel = b
// turn off colour management in the new document
docRef.colorProfileType = ColorProfile.NONE;
// paste in the original image
docRef.paste();
// Assign original colour profile now
docRef.colorProfileName = originalColourProfile;
and loads more stuff.

JWS can't find the cache file for the application when trying to upgrade
It happens since some of our users have updated their Java version to 1.6.0_01-b06 (all of us using W2K).
The first time they click on their usual desktop JWS shortcuts, all is working perfectly; the JWS 1.5 cache style shortcut is replaced by a new 1.6 cache style shortcut, the app is dowloaded again into its new cache location.
Troubles arise when the application is updated on the server side; the new jars are downloaded but the app, when launched via the shortcut, fails to start:

which is declared to be "Closed and fixed", whereas it seems to be still alive. ..
It is a very annoying bug, because:
1) our client apps are able to work on Java 1.6 (although we still enforce the usage of a 1.5 jvm to run them), but as a workaround, due to this bug on the JWS part of 1.6, we have disabled all updates from JRE 1.5 to JRE 1.6.
2) it defeats one of the major strength of JWS we have "sold" to ours users: transparent and user friendly updates.
A final word: we deliver our Java apps using tomcat 5.5. Just to be sure we have experimented the same behavior using Apache.Referenced as an open bug:

Log out, clear the browser cache, and try logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf
Try a different web browser. For a list of supported browsers, see System requirements | Acrobat.com
If that doesn't do the trick, let us know (and please tell us what browser/OS you're using, and if the error occurs regardless of what files you try to combine--if you even get the far in the process!).
Best,
Sara -
In my site collection i have a document library and document library has customer folder, each Customer folder has 4 sub-folders. i want to send email notification with file name and description to group and users, if they upload any files to Particular
folder name "Final" not others 3 folders. would it possible to accomplish this solution? if yes please suggest which way i can do that.
Note: we have different groups of people, for example Team A and Team B. if files uploaded by any member of Team A, notification should sent to only Team A and specific people not Team B.
Thanks in advanced for any help!Hey Rakib,
You can add your group and those other people in To field of send mail activity. Have below snapshot for your reference.
If Current Item URL Contains FolderName (i.e. Final) & Is Current User a member of of Team A
Send Email to Team A; People1; People2;
Thanks. Please mark as an answer if it helps. -
