Hi, I've spent a week designing all the parts of a portfolio online and now, when I'm trying to open the file from Flash Catalyst to create the interactions, I can't... I've tried everything.. My file have a lot of layers (about 100-125), linked 72ppp jpge images (50 and no more that 200 kb per image) text titles (25) and symbols (20). I've tried creating outlines for text, rasterizing text, creating a .fxg file and with different save options creating .ai files... and I can't open the damned file. I need to work on this project right now because of the deadlines, and I can't believe this program doesn't read anything... please help!!
When I try to open a ai file Catalyst says: "error initializing import libraries" and when I try to open a fxg file it says: "the design you have selected have too many objetcs to import in adobe flash catalyst cs5".
Please, I'd really appreciate any idea, I'm desperate!

Error while importing 10.2.0.3 dumpfile on 11.2.0.1Database

Hi All,
I am getting the below error while importing an 10g dump on an 11g Database.
The command which i am executing is
C:\Users>impdp directory=TEST_DIR parallel=4 dumpfile=TEST_%U.dmp logfile=TEST.log schemas=TEST
The Error is :
ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-31694: master table "SYS"."SYS_IMPORT_SCHEMA_01" failed to load/unload
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-02368: the following file is not valid for this load operation
ORA-02369: internal number in header in file H:\TEST\TEST_03.dmp is not valid
Which means TEST_03.dmp is not valid but when i am executing the same Import by using the below command
C:\Users>impdp directory=TEST_DIR parallel=4 dumpfile=TEST_01.dmp,TEST_02.dmp,TEST_03.dmp,TEST_04.dmp logfile=TEST.log schemas=TEST
Is Throwing an error as
ORA-39001: invalid argument value
ORA-39000: bad dump file specification
ORA-31619: invalid dump file "H:\TEST\TEST_04.dmp"
So i am confused that in previous command it was stating TEST_03.dmp is not valid and in above command it throwing error as TEST_04.dmp is valid.
Can anyone help me why there is such discrepencies in it while i am running the same commands.

Hi,
I would think that all the files are 'bad' in some way but the command is just accessing the files in a different order when run in the two different ways. All the files have to be read at the initial phase of the import.
I think you'll likely find that if you change the order of the files in your second command the bad file will be reported as a different file - oracle often validates things from right to left.
The % option is probably ordering the files in some random sequence and it just so happened that TEST03.dmp was checked first.
The most likely cause of the error is that the files were transferred to the server in the correct ftp mode.

    After insattaling oracle, i didn't apply oracle patch.
when it throwed error , r3load-testconnect, then i stoped listener & applied patch and continued with the installation .
DB is not getting started. when i used > startup;
ORACLE instance started.

Use of WIN-SDK Import libraries

How can we use Win32 SDK import libraries( *.lib) in our forms. I am not asking of DLL,
of course we can use a DLL with ora_ffi, But my problem is the use of Microsoft SDK for windows. Because Microsoft windows API documentation is based on Import libraries(*.lib) so we can not have the detailed information of DLLs, Thats why i am interested in use of (*.lib) import libraries.

You also need the function definitions. According to MSDN, CMC function definitions
are located in "xcmc.h" header file, which should be present in cvi\sdk\include.
So, simply add the following line at the beginning of your source file "smtp.c":

Error in import jxl.Sheet in Web dynpro

Hello everyone,
I am facing a issue , teher was a DC which was craeted by my earlier peers and I need to modify the DC but when I load the DC in my NWDS i get errors i.e. error in imports of the following

1) Right click on project->Java build path->libraries->add variable->select required package->click extend.

So in project I do Edit->Add files to project->library and select

After build project I get

Error after importing a Resource .xml file

Hellos,
We are moving from development to test.
I wanted to load the Scripted JDBC Resource we have developed. We exported the Resource from idm/debug, removed the id='xxx' elements and then imported the .xml file via Configure/Import file.
Now, I get the error:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Error attempting to decrypt: Error initializing Encryptor: Missing required Encryption Key: F9388B0C42691A37:7A11431D:1166721AE86:-7FFC
when trying to access the resource in the test environment...
It is a database resource so it has an user/password pair, maybe the Password is causing me grief.
What is this error meaning and how do I resolve it?

You could also export the ServerKey from dev, but that seems to be not a good solution (at last, not for me).

Out of Application Memory Error when Importing Library as Project

I have for years followed a practice of consolidating discrete event libraries (I create a new event-specific library for each event I shoot) into my main library at home.
Recently, though, I have been unable to import libraries as projects. The process begins, but ultimately grinds to a halt as I get an Out of Application Memory Error, invoking the Force Quit panel and telling me to quit some of my open programs in order to free memory to run the various open applications. (Aperture, of course, is "not responding").
In Activity Monitor, a process called kernal_task, is the culprit, taking up nearly 10 GB of my 16 GB memory; Aperture is second, using 1 to 2 GB in memory.
When I force quit Aperture, kernal-task quickly dissipates, eliminating all of the memory pressure.
I have no idea how to even begin addressing this.
I have the most recent version of Mavericks and Aperture running on an older 8-core Mac Pro.

There is about 2TB of free space on the drive with the destination library.
And how much free disk space is on your System drive?
If repairing the libraries does not help, check your system for software, that might be leaking memory, probably incompatible plug-ins or older applications, preference panes, drivers that need updating,
If you find evidence of a precess leaking memory, ask in the Mavericks forum.

CL_SFW_SYSTEM_SETTINGS error when importing SPs

When we want to import the support packages SAP_BASIS, SAP_ABA, SAP_BW,
PI-BASIS untill packages level 7 ( we come from level 4) and the HR
untill package level 26 we run into the short text error when importing
the basis, aba, pi-basis and bw package.
I tried to use the following notes:
1281321 but this gives the error: DEQUEUE_ENQBADIIMPL_ENH
1483283 but this fails also as when I perform tp unlock_EU <SID>
pf=/usr/sap/<sid>trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL it tells me it need to be done
via SE03.
1532661 this one sents me to note 1414700 and 1366282 but the last ones
sents you back to 1483283 and note 1414700 when I want to implement it
with snote it tells me I need to use transaction SE03 for system settings.
Is there any other option to get this issue fixed? as we need to upgradesome other systems aswell with these support packages

Symptom
When you import the Support Packages SAP_BASIS 7.00 Support Package 14 and
Support Package16 in a queue, the runtime error SYNTAX_ERROR occurs in
class CL_SFW_SYSTEM_SETTINGS (program CL_SFW_SYSTEM_SETTINGS========CP).

This problem is due to a program error.
Solution
Option 1:

SFW_SWITCH_CHANGED in transaction SE18.
To do this proceed as follows:
1. Call transaction SE18.
2. Enter the enhancement spot SFW_SWITCH_CHANGED.
3. Choose "Display".
4. Choose the menu option "Enhancement Spot -> Activate".
You can now import the queue using the Support Package Manager

Application ID reserved error upon import into workspace

I have two workspaces, development and production, in one APEX (3.0.1) environment on 11.1.0.6.
I have two applications, one 1 page long and one 33 pages long. The 1 page application is an anonymous login with a jump button to the login page of the 33 page application.
I normally export from development and import into production to make an upgrade of the applications. I can do this successfully with the longer application, upon import I ask to replace the target workspace application ID. When I try this with the 1 page application, I get an error about the application ID being reserved.
The application IDs are normal numbers.
33 pages - development workspace/appl id 107 ==> production workspace/appl id 111 - Works
1 page - development workspace/appl id 119 ==> production workspace/appl id 121 - Fails
Luckily the problem is on the 1 page application. I just redo the edits from development in production.
Any suggestions how to resolve the error so I don't have to re-edit? I'm fearful that it may start happening on the bigger application. That will not be an easy one to re-edit each time I have a release.

I solved this but I don't know how I caused it.
In the export repository in the target workspace, the Application Exists column had a check. I deleted the row from the repository, and I was able to import into the workspace and change the application number to the one which matched the Application Exists number.
How I got that check mark to show up is a different story. I can't remember doing anything to cause that. Maybe it was the initial import of the application to that then unused number? At least I know how to fix it now.

Error initializing localization module- essmsh

Can anyone tell me why i get an error 'Error initializing localization module' when i execute the 'essmsh' from below path where it is actually stored.
C:\oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\Essbase\EssbaseServer\bin>essmsh.exe
However it works fine when i do it from C:\oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\EssbaseServer\essbaseserver1\bin where startMaxl.bat resides without even starting the 'startMaxl.bat' file
I have updated both the path on the environment variable. But no luck. How can i get this executed from anywhere in the system.?

My Maxl script 'XXLOAD.msh' is something like this

and i use the batch to call the above
essmsh -l admin NZSpassword# -s 198.162.49.33 C:\INTEGRATION\XXLOAD.msh
It works fine. But the issue us i can only execute from the path 'C:\oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\EssbaseServer\essbaseserver1\bin' where startMaxL.bat reside.
Can you tell me the change that i need to do in the script in order call 'startMaxL.bat' in .bat file before calling msh script.

PS AD Module: "error initializing default drive"

The exact error is listed below. Everything I have read points to ADWS, but the eventlogs for ADWS look good. Thus far we have tried bouncing the service, and then the box, both to no avail. This box is not a DC however it does have ADAM installed for LDS.
WARNING: Error initializing default drive: 'Unable to contact the server. This
may be because this server does not exist, it is currently down, or it does not
have the Active Directory Web Services running.'.

If you have the name of the Server running ADWS say "DexDC.dex.com"
You can try to map the PSDrive manually like below:
PS>Import-Module ActiveDirectory
WARNING: Error initializing default drive: 'Unable to find a default server with Active Directory Web Services running.'.
PS>New-PSDrive -Name AD -PSProvider ActiveDirectory -Server "DexDC.dex.com"
I think the AD PS module tries to connect to the Domain Controller you authenticated against (nearest one in the site)..Try running wireshark or fiddler to see this.

Error while importing music in iMovie 11
I have the same error explained in a other post which was still left unanswered
I have this sound problem after reorganising folders by itunes, i tried to delete al files in itunes and also
deleted the xml file in the itunes dir, created new playlists, but still i have no music sound in imovie timeline
after dragging a mp3 into it. When i preview the file in imovie it souds ok.
Also i see the red dot with the number 1 in the itunes logo while dragging the mp3.
Is there a solution for this problem?

There is one icon missing though.
As I read through the excellent tutorial at http://www.kenstone.net/fcphomepage/imovie_09stone.html I scroll down to the point where he talks about dragging music in from iTunes, which is what I'm trying to do. I can see, in his screen shot, the extra little icon that is a red oval and a white "1" in it. I don't get that icon when I am trying to drag my music into the video. I do get the green and white plus icon when I try to drag my music in. Also I DO get BOTH the red 1 and the green plus when I try dragging in a sound effect, which I can do with no problem. But why not the music?
I've been able to drag in music with no problem in other productions, so I can't figure out what is going on with this one. I'm sure there is a setting somewhere that got flipped, but I can't figure out where.
In desperation I also tried adding an extra title slide at the end of my video just to make sure there is more video time than music time in the production, but that didn't help at all.
Any help guys?

Hi
Due to some kind of copy protection in iTunes - I don't copy directly from this in iMovie
to my projects. (Most often the result of doing it in iMovie is a DVD without any sound)
I do
• In iTunes - collect needed audio into a new Playlist
• then burn this out as an Audio-CD .aiff (NOT .mp3)
• This CD I copy into a folder on my Mac (often containing other material that's connected to the project)
• And then I drag and drop these .aiff files into my movie project in iMovie.
This works Greatly and even more so when I do my DVD.
