Error installing application.

Question

In my old 1.44 version i exported all my applications
and imported them again in 1.6
One import installation failed so
I switched back to 1.44 but now i realized that it isn't a version conflict.
That is a big big problem because this app is quite important but i have only the sql file left.
Here the errors i get:
ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error.
ORA-20001: GET_STMT error.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Zeichenfolgenpuffer zu klein

I ran the script in pl/sql and got more information:

The PL/SQL error
PLS-00312 a positional parameter association may not follow a named association
Cause: When a list of parameters is passed to a subprogram or cursor, if both positional and named associations are used, all positional associations must be placed in their declared order and before all named associations, which can be in any order.
hits the sequence number p_item_sequence=> 6,05,
but i dont really know how to format it right.
In the UI im used to give values like 50 or 65
6,05, seems weird.
