Friend,
Installer file size is:
Size: *1.23 GB (1,323,085,837 bytes).*
Size on disk: *1.23 GB (1,323,089,920 bytes).*
I tested also disabling antivirus on my PC and disconnect the power cord before starting the installation of JDeveloper. In both tests the result was the same.
Some additional recommendations to solve this case.
Thank you for supporting.

    Tried:
loading hp dectect to detect printer, can not detect it
loaded diagnostic says nothing is wrong
    loaded drivers form hp website
if i go into device manager the comptuers does see the printer there, with a ! next to it saying drivers are not loaded, but cant get the drivers to load.
as the instructions say in the book received with the printer. to troubleshoot do this...  which I did, uninstalled rebooted, removed cd and unplug usb, loaded software then pluged in usb and still get same error, cannot install this hardware error occured during this installation of the device the specified module could not be found..
    someone help please

I also just bought a 4630 and have the same problem (Windows XP) BUT after finally figuring out how to enter numbers on the key pad I was able to get the device to recognize and accept my wireless connection HOWEVER when attempting to print the software claims it could not communicate with the printer BUT the printer worked just fine and I was able to get at least 8 pages of high quality text.
So, it looks as though HP is SNAFU, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
I'll keep playing with the software to see if I can clean up this mess.

IIRC this file, sasl32.dll, should get installed onto %WINDIR%\system32 when you install DS5.2 windows version.
You may run WinZIP and File/Open "d52diu.zip" (DS5.2 zip image) and look for "nsbasesys.zip", double click to Open it and you should find "sasl32.dll" there.

  • Error installing NI TPC Service on a 3rd party windows XPe Based Touch Panel

    Hi,
First of all sorry for my English.
I'm having trouble when i try to install NI TPC SERVICE on a 3rd party Touch Panel that runs Windows XPe (Embedded).
I have tried lot of time. I'm installing the msi application for XPe from the folder "NI_TP_Service" of the Installation Path for LabVIEW 8.6 Touch Panel Module.
The installer file hungs after installing the service and just when it tries to initialize it and I get a Error Windows that says "Error 1920. Service 'NI TPC Service' (NITPCService) falied to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."
I'm logged as Administrator, and I don't know what to do.
If anyone know what can i do I'll be pleased in hearing the answer.
    Regards

    Hi AlexDarsigny,
You will need either the Touch Panel Module or the Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module (DSC). Either of these modules will allow you to deploy and install NI software to your touch panel. They also include many other features for developing those applications. You will also need a deployment license for any non-NI touch panel that you plan on deploying the applications to. The other software needed on the touch panel itself will include the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine and the NI TPC Service. The following link has some information on this:
    http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371618H-01/lvxpe/tpc_install_tpc_srvc/
Once deployed, the program will run as a stand-alone application that can be started from the HMI itself. Of course this depends on the functionality you create within the application, just like you would for any standard LabVIEW application.

I am having an issue installing the Citadel ODBC Driver 3.0.9 on Windows XP (located here: http://www.ni.com/download/citadel-odbc-driver-3.0.9/512/en/). Everytime I run the setup.exe I get the following error:
I have tried running the setup program in compatitibility mode for Windows 2000, 98, 95, and NT with the same result. Is there something I can do to manually install the driver?
    Thank you,

  • Error Installing Flash ActiveX 12.0.0.77 on Windows 8.1

We use SCUP 2011 to deploy our Flash Updates. Today I deployed the ActiveX 12.0.0.77 to our systems, both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 and found errors with the deployments to Windows 8.1. I realized that the SCUP update, from the Adobe Flash Catalog shouldn't have been deployed to Windows 8.1 as Microsoft supplies these updates now. I pulled the deployment back and now I want to change the Installable rules to prevent updating any Windows 8.x / Server 2012 systems.
Is it as simple as changing the Installable Rules to Less Than or Equal to Windows 7 SP1? What is the definition of Custom Version? This is what I currently have...

Please check this flash player admin guide for the details,

  • SubmitForm is not defined error after JDeveloper 11.1.1.6 install

Just installed JDeveloper 11.1.1.6 and opened a project that was originally created in 11.1.1.4 and worked fine in 11.1.1.5. Now, when clicking on a JSF commandLink (h:commandLink), I receive the following error in the web browser console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: submitForm is not definedI figure there is a missing or mis-matched JSF or ADF library somewhere in the install that calls the commandLink submitForm() JS method, but I cannot quite pinpoint it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Matt,
from the web.xml you posted this looks okay as it defines adf/ as a URI for resources that should be handled by the resource loader servlet. Do you use any kind of JavaScript in the form yourself? From the error message it would point to an invalid JavaScript syntax being used
    FrankFrank,
Thank you for the reply. I do use JavaScript in the form, however there is no duplicate "submitForm" method defined or called within this custom JavaScript. There are no other JS syntax errors indicated on the page. The only change from the time I did not and did receive this error was upgrading to 11.1.1.6 from 11.1.1.5.

  • WTF ? Where's JDK ? Struggling to Install JDeveloper 11g (11.1.2.4.0)

    Hi Everyone !
I"m struggling to re-install JDeveloper 11g (11.1.2.4.0) in my Mac OS X Mountain Lion (Version 10.8.4). Can someone please assist me with this issue ? I believe I might have ran into this, with an earlier version; but recently had computer problems and to wipe my system and upgrade my HDD and Memory. So, I'm back to square one and need to install this pursue my independent Java 7 programming self-lessons.
If this questions seems trivial or beneath you, I apologize in advance. I'm just a newbie wishing to improve myself through the acquisition of new I.T. skills.
    God Bless.
    - Frederick

    Frederick ,
May I know what is the error that you are encountering ? .  Hope the below info might help you
    nstallation on Mac OS
Some additional steps are required to install JDeveloper on Mac OS beyond what is documented in the installation guide. Please refer to the installation guide (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26098_01/install.1112/e17074/toc.htm) for additional details on installing JDeveloper for Mac OS X.
    1. Make Java 6 the default VM.
    Run Java Preferences (in /Applications/Utilities/Java)
Move the Java SE 6 (64 Bit) to the top of the Java application versions list (General tab)
    2. Create a symbolic link for classes.jar (requires root access)
    To enable root user:
For Mac OS versions older than Snow Leopard, simply open the Directory Utility app from Applications - Utility
For Mac OS versions Snow Leopard and more recent:Go to System Preferences - Users and Groups. Click Login Options, and then the Join button (enable configuration changes if necessary). Then, proceed by clicking Open Directory Utility.
Ensure the settings are unlocked (click the lock if necessary)
Choose Edit > Enable Root User and provide the root user password.
Note, you can return to this same screen to disable root user after creating the symbolic link
Create the symbolic link from a terminal session:
Note: You may need to repeat the steps to create the symbolic link after installing a new JDK.An additional step is required to successfully run applications on Mac systems that have Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 4 installed (8681385):
Open the jdev.conf file. The file is located in the MW_HOME/jdeveloper/jdev/bin/ directory.
Add the following line to the jdev.conf file: AddVMOption -Djava.io.tmpdir=/var/tmp
    Thanks

    For jdeveloper errors.
I think all the required jars are not loaded during the installation.
I advice you , to download the jdeveloper again and update the webcenter files.

Your issue seems to be documented in MOS Doc 744916.1 (Is it Possible to Deploy Oracle Application Framework Extensions Developed in ATG.H RUP6, Into an Instance Running ATG.H RUP2?)
Looks like you are using an incorrect version of JDeveloper - pl see the reference to the MOS Doc to determine the correct version of JDeveloper you need to use.
