Error installing the latest version of Muse from correct version v2.1. Build 974 on Mac OSX 10.6.8

I can't install the latest version of Muse. When i open Muse (version v2.1. Build 974) I am asked if I want to install the latest version and when I hit "Install now" it runs the installation to the end but when it ends i get the message "Sorry, an error has occured. The application could not be installed because the installer is damaged". I have installed the latest Air 3.5.0.1060.

Please remove your current installation of Adobe Muse using the uninstaller and then reinstall from https://creative.adobe.com/.  You can find more details on how to install at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4396277#4396277?tstart=0.

  • Installing the latest ipod updater

I have installed the latest ipod updater (10/25/2005 version) in my computer. However I don't know how to transfer it to my ipod mini. Called the Apple hotline but they said I won't get the answer from them unless I purchase the Apple Care. Can anyone help me out please?

Make sure you downloaded the windows version, and just run the application. It will determine if you need to update your iPod or not.

  • After installing the latest update for Mavericks and restarting, my Mac just displays the Apple logo and the spinning wheel. What can I do to fix this?

I installed the latest update of Mavericks from the App Store today and after restarting my system it doesn't go beyond the Apple logo and the spinning wheel. I tried resetting the NVRAM but it still has the same problem.

  • Unable to install the latest version of Adobe Muse via Adobe Application Manager

I´m a user of Creative Suite applications  and all of them have been updated successfully with the exception of the latest version of Adobe Muse.
I´m unable to install it. I get error DW 050
    I´m using Windows 7 64 bit.
All previous versions of Adobe Muse have been installed OK.
Following a forum discussion I could read, I uninstalled the previous version, but the installation fails again.
Does any body know how to solve this issue?

    Dear Sachin:
Thank you for your help, however I have to get back to you to inform that after  downloading the new package based on the link that you´ve provided, I´m  still unable to execute the application.  I get the message: “block by the administrator”  and also another message: “the editor of this program is unknown and unsafe”. Please note that all other programs from Adobe´s Creative Cloud have been downloaded and installed with success. All Adobe Creative programs have been installed on my computer several months ago and all are working fine so far.  This morning I installed an update for Photoshop without  any problem. It seems that the problem persists only with Muse. I have to highlight that I´m the administrator of my PC and therefore all applications are currently being executed as administrator. I have never had the intention to block any program, including obviously Adobe´s Creative Suite programs.
Could you please let me know how to splve this problem?
    Michael.

  • I cannot install the latest version of iTunes on laptop (windows xp). I receive a windows installer error message. Not having any issues installing any other software.  Was having no issue syncing w iPhone. Made the mistake of uninstalling prior version.

I cannot install the latest version of iTunes on my laptop (windows xp). I receive a windows installer error. Am not having any problem installing other software or syncing w iPhone.  Made the mistake today of uninstalling my older version and not cannot install new.  Need new version in order to sync w new iPad.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently, security programs like Macafee and Norton view Itunes updates as new programs and block then from access. If you add Itunes to the list of exemptions, it solves the problem.

  • I installed the lastest version of iTunes and when I went to manually sync my iPod I got a message saying error -50.  I tried re-installing the latest version of iTunes but that did not work.  I then tried re-installing an earlier version of iTunes

I installed the latest version of iTunes but when I went to sync my iPod I got error message -50 and my iPod would not sync.  I tried re-installing the most recent version of iTunes but this made no difference.  I then tried installing an old version of iTunes but it would not install.  I am furious because I bought music via iTunes store and I cannot get it to load onto my iPod.  Can anyone help?  Or can anyone give me a direct email address for iTunes support?  I have been going round and round on Apple's stupid website and cannot find any help or an email address.

Quit iTunes, reboot your PC, restart the iPad and then try again.
Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

If you run into the "another installation" message even after the reboot of the PC (which is an excellent idea by HTP ProXy), reregistering your Windows Installer Service is worth a try.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
    At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another reinstalll.
