i want you show me to this case , how can i do to fix this error in Khmer Unicode fonts i try many way to fix this but still know recognize in adobe indesign , how can i do let show me step by step.

After trying different things, I found that, the 'Kh ...' fonts of Khmer Unicode only work in Photoshop and Illustrator CS5, but not in InDesign CS5. However, we do have other fonts that work in InDesign CS5. You can find the name of the fonts and their typocraphies as in the image below.

Sochinda forget about what K wrote. You can not use the crviewer.dll (also known as active X viewer) - of any version in any version of .NET.
1) It is not supported - in any and all versions of CR
2) With some versions of CR, you are breaking your license agreement; CR 9.2, 10.2, 10.5, CRVS2010 (13.0)

Problems with installation Fonts into Adobe InDesign Server

Hi,
I have a problem to install the fonts into Adobe InDesign Server.
I'm developing an application that manage the fonts, principally It's move font file to directory Fonts of Indesign Server. That works.
The problem is that InDesing spends more than 10 seconds to detect it. I need that it works inmediately.
How can I do it? Can I load the font with SDK?

Missing font makes Adobe InDesign CS4 6.0.4 crash

Hi!
I am having a problem with the latest version of Adobe InDesign CS4 (v 6.0.4).
I opened an old document which contained two missing fonts.
I was able to correct the first one by changing it to an existing font.
But when I tried to correct the second one, the application crashed.
I did this:
1. Opened the document with the missing font (the first font was now already corrected).
2. In the warning dialog window saying a font was missing, I clicked "Find Font".
3. The missing font was called "Helvetica (T1) Bold Narrow". I set it to be replaced by "Helvetica Regular".
4. Then I clicked "Change All".
5. Indesign CS4 crashes.
This is the information about the missing font (note that it says "First Used: na" which is strange):

I am using Windows XP (SP3).
I tried to export my INDD file (ID CS4 format) to an INX file.
But that also made InDesign crash (perhaps because of the font thing).
Unfortunately I can't change the missing font of the text because:
* I can't see the text frame that contains the missing font.
* InDesign crashes when using the "Find Font" function.
However, this is not a big problem, I can still work with the file. But I will
always get the annoying warning about the missing font, and I prefer to
have no errors in my INDD files.

Could you please describe a little more about what's going wrong for you, specifically? Clarify what you mean by "use Unicode font".
Your question might have been meaningful if everyone was seeing the same, obvious problem, but in fact Unicode character codes seem to show just what's expected in Photoshop in general if the font you're using has the glyphs.

Khmer Unicode font run error in adobe presenter 7

I really don know why adobe cannot run well and have many problem like this , would you like help me this case i need solution .i will send to you this by the original file that i not yet publish and file that i publish ready .

I see it a fair bit with Presenter 8 too. Not sure if it is an issue with PPT 07, Windows 8.1 (what I'm using for my OS) or something else. Usually I end up having to force all PPT processes (PPT does have one process that can keep running in the background) to quit after this message as Presenter becomes non-functional after I see it. Then I relaunch PPT and don't see the message.
Guess I always chocked it up to an issue of using two software manufactures at the same time. If there is a solution out there, I'd be interested to hear it.

Weird OT font behaviour in InDesign and Illustrator

Hi font experts.
I've been directed here by someone at the InDesign forum, who thought you might be able to help.
Can anyone explain what's happening here?
I've loaded an OT version of Zapf Dingbats into Suitcase Fusion on my Mac Pro and it seems just fine. Font Doctor says its OK. Suitcase Fusion says its OK. The font characters display correctly in Fusion.
I can use both the TT and OT versions of the font in Mail and Word. Both versions print OK, too.
But when I apply the OT font in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, all I get to see is boxes with a cross through them and that "missing font" pinkish hue.
No other OT fonts pose this problem. And deleting the TrueType font of Zapf Dingbats makes no difference so it's not a duplicates problem.
As a result of the above I've temporarily ditched Fusion today to try out FontExplorer (which I like). Comparing the two fonts in there, I can see that there are lots of "missing" characters in the OT version if I select "Show missing characters", but none in the TT version. Not sure if that's relevant.
Also, each character in the OT version has a lot more information, including Character Code, Unicode, Glyph ID, HTML and Keystroke, whereas the TT version simply has the Glyph ID. Don't know if that's relevant either. Incidentally, the keystroke doesn't work in InDesign or Illustrator.
Thanks for any suggestions or solutions to this annoying issue. It seems very weird but maybe there's a simple explanation. Cheers.

Dang! It was so obvious. The OT version has the symbols in the correct place in the glyph palette. The letters and numbers that I used to type to get the bullets and scissors are empty characters in OT. Thanks to Carl over at Extensis for enlightening me. Boy was I being dim.

Flash 9 Public Alpha work uncomplete format with Khmer Unicode on design page view

I am trying using your trial product in Cambodia to test the
Khmer Unicode of usp10.dll in system32 of Windows XP Professional
and Windows Vista Ultimate, but I am sad to tell you that Flash 9
Public Alpha did not support with Khmer Unicode in the right format
of Khmer Language. Can you include Khmer Unicode Fonts into your
Flash 9 Public Alpha? Even though Flash 9 Public Alpha has some
error of character spaces with with Khmer Unicode on the design
view, but as you press Ctrl key + Enter to test video, it display
well Khmer Unicode Format. Please try correct more on the design
page view, I hope Flash 9 Public Alpha will fully support with
Khmer Unicode.

In IE it shows as a blank page (white), in Firefox it's all there. I'd suspect a CSS issue.

ERROR message when trying to open InDesign for first time

I just installed InDesign yesterday (trial). I can't open it. I keep getting the Error message: Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you do not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Ensure that you have appropriate permissions and then restart Adobe InDesign.
I have done what others have recommended online (in these forums): change the permissions of the Indesign folder in the Library - but no success. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm doing the Trial but with all of these glitches and the lack of direct support of how to solve this issue, it looks though I won't buy the full version. Please help!!

if that fails, reset your perferences by holding down shift-ctrl-alt (win) or shift-cmd-alt (mac) while starting id. if done correctly you'll see a confirmation dialog.

Can't use Cambodian unicode font

I tried to create a new page in Dreamweaver 8 and attempting
to use Cambodian (Khmer) unicode font, but it does not show all the
upper and lower script. Even though I changed the New Document page
and it still does the same. Anyone has any idea?

i have read the article written by John O'Conner

Much of that article is now incorrect or unnecessary for JDK 1.5. Because 1.5 knows how to find a font for the character you're trying to display, you should be able to set your label font to any logical font, and the JRE should find a substitute font if necessary that can display the character.
I'll give your code a try and will post results...is the code you've posted the code I should actually experiment with? It seems like you should want to display something different than 0x0065.
Your other questions:
0x0021 is the exclamation mark regardless of font. I see what you mean, however, since the wingdings font in charmap also says 0x0021. However, that mapping is obviously not a Unicode code point mapping.
I looked in the Misc. Symbols and Dingbats section of Uncode. A few characters might be a reasonable substitution for the pencil character you want:
0x270E (LOWER RIGHT PENCIL)
0x270F (PENCIL)
0x2710 (UPPER RIGHT PENCIL)
I didn't see any mirror images of these, ie LOWER LEFT PENCIL and UPPER LEFT PENCIL, although I admit that I didn't look closely.
Maybe one of these will work for you instead of the Wingdings 0x21 character you mentioned.

Unable to load Adobe InDesign CC 2014 Type Library (Version 1.0)

I've just upgraded ID from CC to CC 2014 and now a script that had always run without issue now won't work. I get an error saying 'Unable to load Adobe InDesign CC 2014 Type Library (Version 1.0)'
The bit of code I was running was executing a little VB script copying files:

From trawling the net I can see stuff about the 'Resources for Visual Basic.tlb' file. I can see this in the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 10.0\en_GB\Scripting Support\10.1 folder but clearly it isn't registered or something similar.
Can anyone help me get past this problem?

If so I already have the file in there: "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 9.0\en_US\Scripting Support\9.0\Resources for Visual Basic.tlb" as well as the file in this location: "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 10.0\en_US\Scripting Support\10.1\Resources for Visual Basic.tlb"
The only difference between the 2 installs that I can see is that v10 also has a locale for en_GB.

Khmer unicode / keyboard issue.

I have a new mac book air running Lion. I am trying to use Khmer unicode and fonts, but for some reason, my 'f' key is showing up as a 'p' key (in Khmer). I downloaded new fonts to make sure it wasn't just an issue with the font. The keyboard layout suggests that the unicode may not be correct, as it verified that the 'f' key shares the same symbol as the 'p' key. How can I fix this?
