Error loading lynx (solved, thank you)

Hello.
I've got a clean base arch installation.
1st:
I've installed Lynx web browser using pacman. When I type
pacman -Qs lynx the result is:
local/lynx 2.8.5-3
When I type lynx it says:
error while loading shared libraries - libssl.so.0.9.8
I've then installed links, when I try to start it, it says the same error
2nd:
I've got a ~500mb arch linux CD, containing not only the base system. I've installed only base (recommended). How do I install packages from the CD (X for example)?

lynx is installed to /usr ... binary=/usr/bin/lynx

which lynx
i didn't quite understand what you meant by nothing happens..
do u mean, bash returned a "command not found error.."

u could install them through the installer, however i recommend installing from the arch repos .. as the cd is most likely out of date by now..(i personally don't know how to use the cd as a repo src.. and i do not have a full inst cd to research.. maybe someone else know)

you can simply install whatever packages you need through the
pacman -S [pkg_name/s]
or if u r running this command for the first time...
pacman -Sy [pkg_name/s]

Hi.. Welcome to the Palm forums. Sorry to here about your problem. IF you have only synced that 1 time when you initially lost data there is a small chance that your data can be recovered. By all means DO NOT sync again until you can talk to tech support to attempt to recover your data. Each time you sync there is a data file and a backup file, the data file becomes the backup file when you sync and the data file is created with the current data so if you sync a second time after loosing data the data file, which has now lost the data, over writes the backup file and you have both with lost data and when that happens there is no possibility of recovering the data. You need to call our handheld support @ 866-935-7256 for support in hopefully recovering your data.

It sounds like the cellular data will not activate for some reason on the iPad.
I found this article that will help you resolve this issue here, named iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular Models): Troubleshooting a cellular data connection, found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4249
Check for a carrier settings update.
Update your iPad.
Toggle the Cellular Data setting off and on under Settings > Cellular Data.
Restart your iPad.
Tap Settings > General > About. Locate the Carrier entry and make sure that your carrier is correct.
If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try turning it off: Tap Settings > Cellular Data > SIM PIN.
Make sure you're in an area of good coverage. If the cellular data connection works in another area, contact your carrier to report the original affected area.
Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore the iPad as new.
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, contact your carrier, or contact AppleCare to troubleshoot further.
I know you may have done one or two of the steps here, so you can skip those.

Thank you so much for the response. This half sorts out my issue, as turning off Musicmatch means I can load music onto my iPad, but the minute I turn it back on to access my library whilst travelling I will lose what I have loaded as it comes up saying " all music will be erased".
I really apprecaite your time, so will just have to live with what I load. Seems weird that Apple wouldn't consider people want to listen to music on planes or in Non - wifi zones??

hi everyone. my name is joseph, i got the problem on my iphone 4 16GB BLACK. first time i did damage the battery connector and i have some store fix it for me, thaey actually sodered it and right now the iphone is not chargeable. the only thing i can do it to plug directly in the with the cable charger in other for the phone to bea able to use, but when i disconnect the cable, the phone is power off completely. right now al i can do is to connect to the itunes and try to restore it and its shown that my iphone has an error code which is (3002). i dont know whats mean and how to fix it. can anyone give my some suggestion what i mean to do? thanks you for your read

Let us know which version of LabVIEW you are using. After a quick search in here at the Discussion Forums, I found that problems with load.cpp were common in LabVIEW 6, (with special mentions to the Student Edition). If that's your case, try updating LabVIEW here.

I noticed that firefox updated last night before I shut down my computer, then when I turned it on this morning I received the error message I described above. It will not let me open firefox.

The Problem is that the variable Leave_Reason is declared as a local variable inside a if block. So the scope of the variable is not visible outside the if block...
Try using something like

This should work...
