Error message - 0x800801C trying to sync my itouch

I have a posted before about problems I had syncing my itouch.
I managed to work through those problems however the tail end of the problem remains. I managed to update my itouch by attaching it to a friends Mac book. I have the latest update, 4.3.1 (8G4). I can download apps, podcasts, etc without a problem however there are 16 apps, some of which I had paid for, that I cannot get to install on my itouch.
I bought the app WolframAlpha (cost €1.59), now I get the error message -
The app "Wolfram" was not installed on the iPod "name of ipod" because its
resources have been modified.
I get this same error message for the following apps -
U.Quotes.M; Sys Tools (€0.79); sleepmaker; SkySafari (€9.99)
I get a different error message for the rest of the apps -
The app "app name" ws not installed on the ipod "name" because and unknown
error occurred (0x800801C)
This error message appears for the following apps -
APOD (Astronomy Picture of the Day); Astromo (€7.99);
Astronomy Afficionado €0.79); Bubble Xplode (€0.79);
Dictionary; Encyclopedia (€6.99); File ninja; mbDrive (€1.59);
Scany (€4.99);
This is over US$55 worth of apps that I have paid for and can now no longer download, update and use.
How do I get them back on my iTouch iPod???

Locate the photos folder which is selected for syncing with the device and delete the folder iPod Photo Cache inside.

Restart your computer and the iPhone. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons together for 10+ seconds, ignoring the red power-off slider, until you see the Apple logo. It is safe to do, there should be no content loss. It is the same as rebooting your computer.

Error message when trying to sync calendars

I'm receiving the following error message when trying to sync my calendars only: "Invalid response received from .mac. Could not complete syncronization. Please try again later." I have no problem syncing Mail, Bookmarks, etc...
Does anyone knkow the solution to this?

When I start my computer I get a "AppleSyncNotifier.exe Entry Point Not Found message. I also get an error message when trying to sync with iTunes that a backup session cannot be started. How do I fix this?

In the last few days when I start my computer, I get a box that opens with "AppleSyncNotifier.exe" Entry Point Not Found in the title.
It says: "The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQlite3.dll.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes and still get an error message when trying to sync my phone with iTunes
"iTunes could not back up iPhone ####, because a session could not be started with the iPhone."
The last time I tried to sync my phone (iPhone 3G S) with iTunes, everything seemed to freeze up at Stage 4 of the sync process.
Any advice????

With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Reboot and see if all is well
In case that your OS is Windows 7 (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
3. Open new windows explorer, to to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Paste file "SQLite3.dll" to the location.
5. Reboot your computer, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

You can try going to iTunes with your device connected, select your device, then click view, show duplicate items

Did you try this:
Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.

Error messages when trying to sync large files.

My 8GB Touch seems to have problems syncing large files, namely movies. I get at least one of these three error messages when trying to sync:
The iPod cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found.
Attempting to copy to the disk failed. The device is not connected.
Attempting to copy to the disk failed. The disk could not be read from or written to.
It also isn't recognized in My Computer under Removable Storage. Any solutions to this problem? I'd really like to get my movies and TV shows synced.
I have a 30GB iPod video that works just fine.

I have been getting the same error as well, but I have 2 friends that own the same exact iPod touch model, and they don't have problems transferring 14 gigs in one session. If apple doesn't have a solution, I would recommend sending it in for repair, because it's an extremely annoying error that seems to not have any solution. The same thing happens on my brand new iMac as well.

Why do I get an error message when trying to sync my ipads with my imac

We have two ipads - version 2 I think - the last ones with the old style plug. Both are running IOS 7.1.1 Over the last week, every time I try to sync either ipad with my imac (27" - about 18 months old) which is running OSX 10.9.2 I get the following error message. "The Ipad cannot be synced. An unknown error has occurred (1723)" In every case it takes a while for the error message to appear - the sync gives every impression of rolling along just fine through the various steps - when it reaches step 5 of 6 (syncing photos) it seems to hang up, then after a while the error message shows up.
Interestingly, there are no photos on the ipad, so nothing to sync to the imac, but I discovered all of this when I tried to sync some photos in the other direction, from iphoto to one of the ipads. All I got was the pin wheel of death. I am running the most current version of iphoto too.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be gratefully accepted.

Can you create a test Project in PrE 9 and does that work. If so, close that Project and then Open it again in PrE 9.
It could be as simple as your PrE 8 Projects just not Opening in PrE 9. There is often forward compatibility, but not always. It is usually best to finish Projects in the version, in which they were started.

The iPhone “iPhone” could not be synced because the sync session failed to finish. Have recently purchased 4S and need to convert.

Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<
So, could you, apple developers, please, explain WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS ABOUT?!!!!!! FIX IT! I am getting ****** of to spend hours at the computer and reading those lame advises which do not help at all! I have my own things to do except reading your support websites. And I payed for the product ready to use, but not a halfproduct which problems should further be solved somehow by users..
