Error message about connecting to Yahoo mail

Can some one please help me with this?
I keep getting a pop-up message:
"The POP server “pop.mail.yahoo.com” rejected the password for user “bela_kerkay”
Please re-enter your password, or cancel."
It was working for several weeks without a hitch and now this message keeps coming up. More frequently as time goes on. Now it's popping up at about 30 seconds apart. It's really annoying.
And when I type in my password, it disappears and then 30 seconds later "pop" there it is again. Typing my password in doesn't seem to help.
Any ideas?

The Yahoo server seems to be working fine because
when I access my email account through Yahoo it works
fine, so I don't think it's a problem with the Yahoo
server.
I wouldn't necessarily make that assumption -- web mail and pop mail probably work off different servers, so one could be down (or functioning incorrectly) while the other is not.
That said, if it's been happening for several days, you probably either have a setting incorrect (unlikely if it was working at some point and you didn't change anything) or there's something strange going on at the Yahoo end. I'm assuming that you're not having any other networking problems, is that correct? I'd probably contact Yahoo tech support.

I have an article here that has a list of settings to get from your Email provider so you can make sure that the settings are correct. It has troubleshooting steps to try as well. Also I would recommend restarting the router, and/or testing a differnet network.

It sounds as though a script on the site, or an advertisement, is not working quite right...
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

I've been getting an error message about Gmail detecting a slow connection...

This started happening a couple days ago. When logging in to Gmail, there's a pause and the error message about a slow connection.
It seems to have started when Firefox was updated to v32.0

Do you connect to the web directly or through a proxy (a proxy could be a filter provided by your security software, or a VPN service, etc.)? You could experiment with your connection setting here:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > Network mini-tab > "Settings" button
The default is "Use system proxy settings" which should use the settings in Windows/IE for your LAN connection. You also can try "No proxy" to see whether that helps.
And... the usual suggestions:

When I called the support at AT&T they think the phone is shot and it is a hardware thing but i have a hard time believing that when it happened when I sync'd it to my computer. It did get progressively worse though, at first it crashed not that often and then got worse. So restores are failing, recovery, everything. Anyone run into this?

The specific text of the error message is very important here — I'm not sure exactly you're encountering here.
If you're able to connect to your email server and are able send email to other email addresses and if the failures are specific to one email recipient address, then please contact the intended recipient of the failing email, and confirm their address is valid. (This is the way I'm reading your question.)
If you are unable to send any email to any other email addresses and this is specific to your email address, then try the web mail client interface (if one is available) to verify your login user and password, and check with your email ISP for assistance. If your email password works via web mail, follow this Apple troubleshooting guide, then — if everything else fails — I'd probably then entirely remove the email account from Mail.app and re-add it per your email ISP's particular setup requirements. I get that problem once in a while and I will not be able to connect to the Internet with any of the 5 or 6 (or 7 or 8 ) web browsers that I use on my iPad. The one thing that I do that has never failed to work for me is to close all apps on my iPad and reset the device. I can't guarantee that it will work for you, but this works for me every time I get the server failed to load/can't connect to the Internet message.... Or whatever the exact message is.
If you have a ton of apps in the multitasking display, it can take a while to close them all, so you could just trey resetting the iPad first and that might be all that you need to do.
Closing apps in iOS 7 works like this. Drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
