Error Message "Adobe Connect Add in 9.4 r96 has stopped working"

When hosting meeting and I connect the camera the error message comes up and crashes the meeting. I am using MS Explorer 9.0 8112.16421 and Connect 8. Any idea this has just started in the last week.

This has happened to us 6 times in the last 10 days.   What if we need to use screen sharing, show videos, and PowerPoints -- how do we solve this problem?

    I am running OS X Yosemite Photoshop Elements 8 will not open it gives me a Error Code 150:30. Tried a restart same issue, I can not download and reinstall as it does not start after I go to my orders. I am the license holder. Any suggestions? All of the online help seems to stop after Lion. It ran fine in both Maverick and Yosemite 10.10.1

    If you did not keep a backup copy of the original download package/installer it will be difficult. I don't know of any sites where downloads are still available.
    A new operating system will certainly perform better with the latest version PSE13 although I guess you have become quite familiar with PSE8. All the tools are very much the same; only the user interface has changed and the app now comes with the Organizer rather than Bridge. It's also 64 bit unlike PSE8.

  • Hi, I have purchased I-Tunes match which gets to stage 3 but then I get a message pop up advising me that I-Tunes has stopped working and then I-Tunes just closes down! Has anyone else experience this or know a solution?

    Hi, I have purchased I-Tunes match but since doing so, I get to stage three of the transfer of library to I-Cloud which is downloading artwork, extra information etc and as soon as stage 1 and 2 turn into green ticks, a message pops up to advise that I-Tunes has stopped working and closes I-Tunes down! I have managed to get the bulk of my library across to I-Cloud so I can listen to music through my apple TV - However now every time I bring up I-Tunes, the I-Tunes Match recognises that there is still some artwork/songs that need to be transferred and again once gets to this same stage of the transfer process, I-Tunes closes down. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on as solution? I have a Sony  NS-Series laptop with Windows Vista. Following the closure of I-Tunes, I then get another pop up message advising me that perhaps my current I-Tunes is not the most up to date version and recommends that I download the current version - however my I-Tunes version is currently up to date.

    Frustration understood.  May well be worthwhile simply:
    1.  Sign-out of iTunes Store
    2.  Shutdown computer
    3.  Start computer
    4.  Download and install latest version of iTunes
    5.  Launch iTunes, sign-in to iTunes Store, start iTunes Match & allow process to work to completion
    By switching on iCloud Status, iCloud Download and Kind fields you can watch progress for any issues.

  • Windows 7 Error Message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error.... Followed by Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working

    I am running a system that is not quite 6 months old, which is loaded with Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit. 
    The error message that I get is as follows: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.  Runtime error!  Program C:\windows\Explorer.exe.  This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Please contact the
    application's support team for more information.
    Once I respond to that message, I get a message that says "Windows Explorer has stopped working.  Then I get "Windows Explorer is re-starting"
    I don't know if the next event is related - today, immediately after getting the message above, I got a pop-up that said "An update to Adobe Flash Player is available" - and I am given the option of installing it or not.  Today, I did not install
    the update - although I recall having accepted this update in the past (again, I don't know if the two situations always occur together).
    Is there some help I can be provided to correct this problem?  I have looked at several related topics in this database, but have not found anything that seems to directly relate to my question.

    Did you try to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
    Package (x86) to check this issue?
    What about to boot the computer in safe mode and Clean Boot to test this issue?

  • Adobe Reader (9.4 / 10.1.1) has stopped working

    I use Adobe Reader extensively in my occupation. A few days ago I updated to 10.1.1 and  soon was unable to open .pdf documents. Error message was "Adobe Reader 10.1.1 has stopped working". I uninstalled 10.1.1 and reinstalled Adobe 9.4 - it opened a few documents and then started coming up with error message "Adobe Reader 9.4 has stopped working". Adobe reader is critical to my occupation and I've now lost nearly 2 days productivity.
    Am running Windows 7 32 bit.
    Anyone got any solutions for me?

    NO, just a windows pop-up with the message:
         "Microsoft Windows
         Adobe Flash player Installer/Uninstaller 10.1
         r85 has stopped working
         A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
         Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
         available."
    And then just the option to "close program". This happens at the point of me trying to install the
    program from the saved download on my desktop, directly through a website or any other method I've tried.

  • Updated BB DM - and now will not connect (receive RIM HH Comm Mgr has stopped working)

    Hello all,
    This is what I get for updating my software (I should never do that) - - - but I did, and now when I start my BB DM I get the following error "RIM Handheld Communications Manager has stopped working".
    I even tried re-loading an oldddd version of BB DM, and I still get the message.
    I've rebooted, uninstalled, re-installed - etc etc - and of course RIM offers no customer support on their website for the Desktop Manager.
    Anyone with any ideas - I would greatly appreciate it - - thank you.

    Yep - I unchecked that block. But, good news, I found al 2011 version of BB DM and installed that and it is working perfectly......so, I will just never update again....lol

    After taking days to upload elements 13 I am now having trouble even trying to import my images and videos into the program for editing.     I just installed the new version of iTunes on my new laptop. I have the same version on my desktop with no problems, but whenever I try to load it on the laptop an error message with something along the lines of "iTunesMobileDivice has stopped working" and will not go away no matter how many times you click the x. i have no idea what this means, and I have never attempted to plug in my ipod to this computer yet. I have uninstalled iTunes and am about to try re-installing it.

    If you don't have an iphone or itouch, you can uninstall Apple Mobile Device from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

    My CS4 has stopped working. I get the message..." licensing for this product has stopped working, Error 150:30"  After taking all the steps  listed and uninstalling CS4 and Reinstalling it I finally got it working again ( which took a couple of hours of down time)  Now ...every time I turn my computer off and back on, I get the same message again, and must go thru the 2 hours "fix"... any suggestions.  Adobe Support has been less than helpful with this... which is unusual.

    PhotoDeb, I have the same problem with my CS4 suite. I get the 150:30 error, "licensing has stopped working."
    Fortunately, I'm subscribed to CC, so I can still open all CS4 files with CC apps.
    BUT, I DO want to get my CS4 working again.
    Have you been successful yet, in getting your CS4 back to working as it should?
    I tried downloading the "License Repair Tool" [www.adobe.com/support/contact/licensing.html] file from Adobe, but it didn't work.
    I have read that if it is downloaded with Safari (as I did), it won't work; that it has to be downloaded with Chrome or a browser other than Safari.
    Also, I deleted the FLEXnet Publisher preferences folder. But, I now wish I had simply moved it to the Desktop, instead of trashing it entirely.
    So far, I haven't done anything about reinstalling CS4.
    QUESTION: From what you've learned, is it recommended to UNinstall CS4 suite (like you did) BEFORE reinstalling it?
