Error Message after downloading, RED "X"

I loaded Quickbooks 2008 Monday and Flash hasn't been the
same. I get the "must download" error and when I download and check
for the program in "Add or Remove", the Flash icon has a little red
"X" over the upper right hand corner.
The Flash works for YouTube but I can't run the Quickbooks
tutorial; I keep getting the download error.
I've deleted and reinstalled several times, changed security
settings...
Anyone have experience with this one????

With 1 exception – do NOT use the Add / Remove programs
to uninstall Flash Player. Use the uninstaller from Adobe:
Download the uninstaller for Flash Player from "How to
uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control"

Follow the instructions to uninstall Flash Player.
Save the file to your system, choosing a location where you
can find it (for example, your desktop).
Quit ALL running applications, including all Internet
Explorer or other browser windows, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo
Messenger, MSN Messenger, or other Messengers. Check the Windows
system tray carefully to make certain no applications which might
possibly use Flash Player are still in memory.
Run the uninstaller. This will remove Adobe Flash Player from
all browsers on the system.

I am trying to update my itunes but continue to get a error message after download is complete. The error is say that i need to have apple application support downloaded for the itunes to work. What do I do?? Shouldn't apple application support be there?

Receive continual error messages after downloading Adobe Acrobat Pro; cannot open

I had downloaded Adobe Acrobat XI Pro as a trial and it worked just fine. Just purchased it/upgraded as a subscription last week and I receive a "download completed successfully" message, but when trying to open, get an error message saying the program closed unexpectedly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to receive the same message. Here is the error message I receive. What is the best way to get actual help from Adobe Acrobat XI Pro staff? I received an email from Sara Forsberg at Acrobat.com telling me to wait until my order was complete, and after a week it should certainly be complete by now - still same error message. Very frustrating given the cost of the program and that it is 100% useless so far. Need actual customer service at this point please.

I just bought and downloaded Office 2011 for Mac, and keep getting this error message when trying to open/install the program.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
I've already changed the Security/Privacy settings to allow downloads from anywhere.
