My Nokia asha 302 does not connect to the INTERNET . The Nokia Browser would always show the error
message; Page proxy authentication required. Everything stops there. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I have tried to install iTunes many times, and I've tried all different versions just to make sure it wasn't one particular version that didn't work. It gets to the final page of installation and it says "iTunes installer completed. Errors occurred during installation before iTunes could be configured. Your system has not been modified. To complete the installation, run the installer again." I have tried so many times on many different days I just need to reinstall iTunes ASAP. Please help! What do I do? Thanks!

Why can't I use my apple id in imessage? Network connection error message always comes up!

I have iphone5 currently on the latest iOS 6.1.2. I am connected to wifi which is perfectly working. My iMessage is perfectly working using my mobile number but can't add my apple ID. When i try to add my apple ID to use for imessage, an error message always comes up: "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." When you uninstalled iTunes, did you uninstall it by using the article below or just uninstalled iTunes? The best practice is to remove not only iTunes, but also other associating software in the order that the first article give. If that does not work, then check out the second article for more troubleshooting options for connecting your iPhone to your computer.

If you get a network timed out error, try disabling the security software on the computer during the download and install.
You can also try a direct download andinstall by:
iPod, iPhone and iPad Firmware Download
Nera the top of the page aretheinstructions for selecing the download for the install.

The easiest solution and apparently the only approved solution via Apple (although a pain if you haven't backed up your device) to restore the phone if you can't figure out the passcode. It will erase everything but if you have a fairly recent backup then you will be fine...you may only lose anything that was added after the last backup. You can also try searching the Apple Support pages and forum to see if there is another solution. Ultimately, it's a plus to a certain degree that there is no easy way to change the passcode....if someone "found" it and wanted to try to get in to it....but it's a pain when it's a situation like yours.
