error occured can not process request -50

Try deleting the cache associated with the App Store.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

Only Apple apps seem to be at issue here...
Repairing Permissions did not fix this.
I noticed this after the last Software update. Is there no fix other than re-installing?

i been trying to purchase music and get into my itunes account but error -1202 won't allow me to get into my account or purchase music. I spoken with the so called experts at apple and they've been putting me through the ringer with their suggestions that don't work. i've been purchasing music all before with no problems why all of a sudden this problem? I got error message when store XML documents into XML DB repository, via WebDAV.
I have successfully registered 5 related schemas and generated 1 table.
I have inserted 40 .xml files into this auto generated table.
using these data I created relational view successfully.
but since I couldn't store XML documents into XML DB repository, via WebDAV
when I query using below code:
SELECT rv.res.getClobVal()
FROM resource_view rv
WHERE rv.any_path = '/home/DEV/messages/4fe1-865d-da0db9212f34.xml';
I got nothing.

I cannot update system to mountain lion, 'an error in app store, please try again. (13)'

Try deleting the cache, cookies, and preferences associated with the App Store.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Now here:
~/Library/Preferences
Click Go
Move these files from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
com.apple.appstore.plist
com.apple.storeagent.pllist
Now here:
~/Library/Cookies
Click Go
Move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Empty the Trash, try the App Store.
If you continue to have problems, if you have anti virus software installed, disable that before trying to upgrade.
And try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall

Defining a omniportlet SQL. Click 'Next' button. Default SQL 'select * from emp' is displayed. Click on 'Edit Connection' button and receive the following error message:
Cannot store connection information in the repository because the repository has not been configured. Click Help for more information.
How to fix this problem.

You first need to configure the repository for OmniPortlet. For this, access the following URL -
{http/https}://{midtier host:port}/portalTools/omniPortlet/providers/omniPortlet
Click on "configure security repository" link. Access the context-sensitive help for any help on this screen. After that you should be able to use sql query with omniportlet.

Follow the paths and move the files in bold print to the Trash.

/Library/Preferences/System Configuration/Network.interfaces.plist
~ (Tilde) character represents the Home folder.
For Lion: To find the Home folder in OS X Lion, open the Finder, hold the Option key, and choose Go > Library
See if that helped.

App Store error message - Thai Store?!?

When attempting to use the App Store I receive a message that the App I am attempting to download is not available from the Thai store - that I must switch to the US store. I have never switched to a Thai store. I first started getting this message while in Italy a week ago and it persists now that I've returned to the US. I cannot locate settings options that might help me switch back to the US store (even though I didn't switch out to begin with). Help?

Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Move the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password. Reboot and test.

Download error in app store

I am getting error messages when downloading Numbers and Keynote 5 from Ap Store software updates. I am then told return to "Purchases" and download again.
Files appear to download entire MB download and then fail to install, requiring a complete re-start of download from the beginning. This is *expensive* when you have a limited monthly download cap.
Is there any way to find the previously downloaded file within OSX Mavericks and to resume it rather than having to redownload the whole file (with the possibility of getting another error message at the end (this has happen twice now!

If you haven't already done so, sign out of the App Store and sign back in. If there's no change, log out or restart the computer and try again.

Error message: apps installed on ipad not recognised when trying to sync

I am getting an error message when trying to sync saying itunes cannot sync apps to my ipad because the apps installed could not be determined. Does anybody know how to fix this?

were these bought with the same applie id? when you are in the store, scroll to the bottom and confirm that you are logged in as the user you need to be.
Otherwise, do a reboot. That sometimes clears stuff like this up. Press and hold both the home and sleep buttons until the apple logo appears. ignore the red slider.
