Can't update. (...\ipod/bin\ipodservice.Resources\cs.lproj) is not accessible. I am logged in as admin. but access is denied. What can I do?
Tried chcdsk, no errors, tried renaming folder, no access. Help!

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -

I have a new laptop and I am trying to download CS3. The site on adobe gives an error message and the one I tried from this forum downloaded CS3 extended, so my serial number does not work. Hi - I have just bought my first IPAD [3 rd gen, no wifi] and one of the things I want it to do is to accept transfered word files

I have a 80gb ipod classic and i cannot get it to sync anymore since I updated my itunes. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?
Does the device show up in Windows Explorer when connected?
Have you tried going into Control Panel > Programs & Features > iTunes > Repair?
Have you proved the cable with a different device, or the device's connectivity with a different computer?

Photos either do not arrive at all or arrive as an unrecognized file type, or sometimes go straight through. Apple support has been unable to resolve. Does anyone have any suggestions??? If you can not send from any of these devices then it has to be your e-mail service - the e-mail clients for OS X and for IOS 5 are totally different - the only common thread between all of these devices is your e-mail service

I am unable to use my Iphone 3GS as an Ipod, my Iphone is stuck on activating your iphone, I am using an activated AT&T sim card. Does anyone have any ideas on how I cn bypass the activation screen to use my iphone as an Ipod.
you can't bypass activation. Your phone needs to be activated for any of the functions to work.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I recently installed the newest version of iTunes however after installing I did not restart my computer right away. Instead I just waited until the next time I was going to turn my comp off and then back on. So when I turned my comp on the next time I tried using iTunes except now it would not work. So I tried repairing it. That did not work and every time I tried an error message saying that it could not access the iPodService.exe file came up so I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it however whenever I tried to reinstall the same thing happened. So I went and tried to delete that file however whenever I try to delete a message saying that I either do not have access or the file is corrupt appears. I tried starting in safe mode and then deleting it, same thing. I tried turning off nay processes that might be cuased by the file, nothing. Please help, I really need to have iTunes and right now I cannot do anything. How do I delete this file or bypass it in the installation?

While trying to reinstall newest version of iTUNES 11 (on win7) after uninstalling itunes in hopes of resolving a sync issue with iPhone 4s. It asks to verify that i have access to above file so i hit retry and it pops sqme message up instantly. I hit cancel and it rolls back action and asks to finish install. I confirm and it tells me that Errors occurred during install before itunes could be configured. Then it says system has not been moddified. to complete the installation run the installer again. I have done this many times and get the same result..... Any suggestions for me?

I purchased more storage space(10gb)for my IPAD,but when I attempted to download an app an error message prompted me to purchase more storage.According to my ICloud I have 15gbavailable Any suggestions Help!!!
If you are trying to download an app and get an error about not enough memory, it's talking about memory on your iPad, not in iCloud. I don't know what you mean by purchasing more storage space for your iPad, you can't add more memory to a device. You may have bought more memory in iCloud, but that's not going to fix your current problem. You need to delete songs or video, or some other large files from your iPad to make room for a new download.

My ipod touch seems to have a few issues, however my pre-installed and updated imessage and facetime were literally working last night, and after a breif break to charge battery (the back of the ipod was SUPER HOT) wasn't able to do facetime or imessage, and am STILL NOT today, what gives?? Any suggestions and advice?.
Found the answer, at least for now! Thanks to roryjt, and having to search through tons of post on imessage and facetime issues! Changed the DNS on my ipod for my wireless network to 8.8.8.8 Not sure if it will work outside of my wireless network, but since its an ipod, not an iphone, I usually only use it in my place/on my network. i have tried several messaging apps and they all were terrible when i wanted to send mms messages i tried "go" and i just did not like having all the "extras" they try to get u to download with it. right now I am using verizon and its decent but laggs a bit. I have the razr maxx so any suggestions would be great. (I am also looking for a decent calender app as well so thanks, for any sugg yougive)
