Error message 'Enter unit of measure' in Webclient

Hello Experts,
We are working on CRM 5.0 SP 7, IC WebClient and have implemented the BAdi "<b>CRM_SERVICEPROD_BADI</b>" to assign a service product ''<b>INVESTIGATION'</b> whenever user selects service ticket in WebClient.
However, when confirming a Business Partner and accessing the service ticket, an error is getting displayed stating "<b>Enter the unit of measure</b>".
We have already mentioned the unit of measure in Product but it seems it is not picking from there.
Please help me to remove this error.

I had a similar Problem
You will have to assign the base unit of measure in service tab as hours and then in the sales and distribution tab assign the same unit in the sales unit and give minimum order quantity(for e.g-1) & delivery unit ,this you will have to do for all the sales areas you might have mapped in the S&D tab
I'm sure the issue will be resolved

  • Error Message " Enter a Vendor Number "?

    Hi,
    When we are executing MIGO 411 K transaction we are getting error message 'Enter Vendor Number'. My requirement is populate vendor dynamically based on combination of Material, Plant, Storage location and Batch. I got user exit for this User-exit (EXIT_SAPMM07M_001) when click on check button.
    We found a User-exit (EXIT_SAPMM07M_001) triggered when User clicks on 'CHECK' button. But since the vendor field (LIFNR) is a mandatory field in MIGO 411 K transaction, its throwing an error message 'Enter Vendor Number'.
    SO we are not able to populate the vendor number dynamically in user exit.
    Can any one help on this ..how to proceed further...

    All mandatory fields are checked before any processing happens.
    The simplest way is to enter a dummy vendor number (create a one-time or a dummy vendor for this purpose)

             I have found a error "Error Code :-5002 Error Message :Enter valid currency  , '51100000-01-001-01'" while adding the DELIVERY document.
    I have made a customer and assign then "EURO" currency and add delivery document then it prompts error.
    Could anyone solve this problem. is there any setting which i am missing..??

    Is there a specific reason why can't I deposit from a "Multi-currency" cash account to a "specific (i.e., USD)" cash account using the Banking> Deposits> Deposit module.

    Same error message is appeared in 8.81 PL10. So this is not due to PL. If you select other than local currency at deposit currency, this error appears.

    The exchange rate buying & selling rate has not been secified for the conversion of amount to another curency
    you need to maintain this
    please work with your FI consultant on this as exchnage rate spread needs to eb maintained - verify the currency maintained for the cuustomer in the master for this
    the settings will be done in the IMG under currencies - type B = Actual period end rate

    When we try to post the GL account document using t-code F-02 the
    system does not allow us to post by pop up an error message Enter rate
    GBP?MYR rate type M for 01.05.2008 in the system setting.

    You must have update the OB08 table for GBP to MYR for 'M'
    But not maintained for MYR to GBP. for 'm'
    If your local currency is MYR and GBP is a direct quote always maintain:-
    M -  1 GBP   agansi direct say 40 MYR
    M - 0.02 MYR indirect against 1 GBP

    Gerhard is 100% correct. Please make sure that your unit of measures are maintained on the product master(trans COMMPR01).
    Use the code below in CRM_PRODUCT_I_BADI to set uom.
      if cs_product_i_badi-process_qty_unit is initial.
        cs_product_i_badi-process_qty_unit = 'EA'.
        cs_product_i_badi-process_qty_num = 1.
        cs_product_i_badi-process_qty_den = 1.
      endif.
    Also, you will find you get error to specify product quantity. This can be done in badi CRM_SCHEDLIN_BADI with code below.
    if is_schedlin_wrk-quantity is initial.
       cs_schedlin_badi-quantity = 1.
    endif.

    I am unable to confirm transfer order due to error message popping up and saying "enter a storage unit", and I tried to search it in whole thread in the forum,it was suggestion to pick up destination storage unit via ls24, but I did went to ls24 and trying to click that line(transfer order) but unable to find the storage unit, so is there another way to fix it?

    Pls check if your Storage Type is SU Active. If yes, then system will create a storage unit according to the setting done for the storage unit management, perhaps in your case you are confirmin TO for the putaway.

    Hi,
    Please take the help of your abaper and modify the user exit for sales order . Put a validation check at the time of entering the order quantity w . r .t delivery unit mentioned in the material master for that sales area and through a warning or error message as per your requirement.

    Am creating the Purc Requisations of EBAN table, by using BAPI_PR_CREATE from my " Z " prog.
    They are creating fine, but, in JOB LOG(when scheduled as BATCH JOB), am getting an error as
    " ENTER PLANT" of ID is ME # is 083.
    I tried all combinations, like populated a value into Procuring plant, Supplying plant, in the folllowing structures of BAPI,(passing follwoing tables)

    still getiitng the same error!!!
    I debugged, but, culd not able figure it out??

    We would like to create Business Partner (SAP-BP module) with the standard SAP BAPI "BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA", but we always got the message:
    Type A
    ID: R11
    Mess: "Enter at least one number for the business partner"
    Even if we create have a partner group 0002 to assign external partner number and we enter a number in the field external partner number:
    Exemple:
    PARTNERGROUP                    0002
    BUSINESSPARTNEREXTERN           7000173  -> number which does not exist in BUT000.
    Does someone have already got this message and knows how to solve this issue ?

    In fact this link below is not for Business partner but martgage loan which is not what I am looking for.
    I would like to create in mass business partner with the standard BAPI :
    BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA
    It seems that this BAPI is not able to create business partner, but the BAPI "BAPI_BUPA_FS_CREATE_FROM_DATA2" works... The only issue is that the latter BAPI does not enable us to create Sales view and vendor view on the business partner.
