I bought 3 books from iTunes store. When I tried to open them on my iPad & iPhone 'Failed to load book because the requested resource is missing.' What do I do now?

did you try deleting the books and redownloading them?
iTunes will have sent you an email receipt, contained within that receipt there is a Report a Problem link. use that link to send an email to iTunes and describe precisely what happens you try to open the books.

I have recently updated my phone and am attempting to sync it. I got the error message "iTunes could not back up the iPhone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPhone". I deleted the backup, restarted my computer, and even restored the iPhone, but continue to get the same error message. What do I need to do now?
iTunes places the iPhone backup in the following location. Navigate there & delete everything in the backup folder, but not the folder itself. You will have to turn on "Show All Hidden Files & Folders" to see it:

I have tried to download 2 movies onto my iPad but I keep getting a download error message. What do I do now? I have already tried turning the iPad off and on again…still nothing.
Try closing iTunes and reset your iPad. After the iPad starts up, try the download again.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the iTunes app then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
Email attachment not included in forwarded message - no error message given
A coworker of mine was trying to forward a large 25.6MB pdf over the AT&T network. She downloaded entire message before hitting forward and selected "include attachments" when given the option. She could see the icon for the attachment at the bottom of the forwarded message, but the recipient doesn't receive the attachment and it is not reflected in the sent email. There is no warning or error message given. She could forward this from her desktop account, so it doesn't seem to be a server based limit on attachments..
This is an exchange server email account and an iphone 5.
Any ideas?I too am experiencing this behavior, however, for some reason that I do not know, the attachments appear ok one day and then they appear embedded. This is becoming detrimental to my work!
Is anyone looking into this at Apple?

To reproduce this, I sent an e-mail with a Word
attachment to my own address, using Thunderbird on a
Linux machine. After that, I forwarded the received
message with the attachment again to my own address.
In Thunderbird, the forwarded message shows the
attachment correctly, but in Apple Mail (2.1), that I
use with the same e-mail account (IMAP), the original
message shows the attachment correctly, but in the
forwarded message it appears undecoded in the message
body (see above).
I searched the forum and found similar issues, but
not exactly what happens here. Also, no solutions
provided helped me to solve this problem. Any
ideas?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Safari won't load and I can't update my software, ie., I get an error message. What can I do to fix this?
You can't install Safari 3 on your 10.3.9 OS.
You must use the DVD installer to re-install the older version of Safari found on it.
You can update your operating system buy purchasing Tiger (10.4) and get a more modern version of Safari. -
My iCal has frozen after I tried to paste info from an email into a reminder. I get a "server reports an error" message with what I tried to paste in the box. Calendar is frozen and will only close by forcing it. Any help?
Did another window open with the pasted information? If so, try hitting "enter/return" key and "delete" key at the same time. That should get rid of the current action on the ical, the extra window should go bye-bye, and all should be fine with the world.

I recently bought an iphone3GS from USA and jail broke it. Since I heard the there are lots of disadvantages I thought to unlock it officially through the original owner (in copy). He assisted me and confirmed that he unlocked it with AT& T (See the attachment). According to the instructions I restored the phone. But it is not activating with “Activation server is currently not available, please try again or try with iTunes”
When I try with iTunes , it says “you haven’t inserted a SIM” even though I insert the original AT&T SIM.
My current location is Sri Lanka ,so don’t have any apple support.

I'm trying to burn playlists onto a cd from itunes. I keep getting a "medium write error" message. What does this mean? I heard that this may mean that I should try burning at a slower speed. I tried this and that didn't help. I also heard that I may need to use a different brand of CD-R disc. I have not tried this yet. I also heard that it could be a software issue or disc drive issue. Realize that a MBP that came with Tiger is an old computer and optical drives do not last forever.
You could try a drive cleaning disc to remove dust. Don't be overly optimistic. I suspect it is an old drive issue. -
