Hi
Before an upgrade follow those steps:
1. Run the query from the SAP Note 1000846, which may help in case of known issues are affecting customer database.
2. Be sure the server has enough space available: at least 3 times of the current size of the database is needed. If the database has 5GB you will need at least 15GB
3. Check at the SQL Server > right click over the database (before the upgrade) > properties > Files: the file growth must be as unrestricted growth.
4. Try again the upgrade if after that you still facing problem, please create a message for SAP Support and attach the information from CULG table (from the database that failed the upgrade).
