Error message "libobjc.i386.A.dll missing" when syncing both iPhone and iPad. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled iTunes and the problem remains.

Error message "libobjc.i386.A.dll missing." After reviewing similar problems from others users, I uninstalled and then reinstalled iTunes and the problem continues. Any suggestions how to fix the issue?

Well, more testing and I'm up against another wall.  Sorry folks, no silver bullet.
