Error message loading Historical reporting
I am getting an error message on a few PCs. It is unrelated to the user because this user is able to view reports on other PCs. Attached is the error I am receiving. I have tried installing/uninstalling. We have also made sure the user logged into the PC has admin rights.
After clicking ok, i then get this error message also.
For the error 5022, assuming you are running CCX version 8 or above.
Here are some troubleshooting steps:
Go to:
“C:\Program Files(x86)\Cisco UCCX Historical Reports” make sure to install the Drivers folder is created and has files in all the sub folders.
If there is no drivers folder/(files in the sub folders) install the following:
“C:\Program Files(x86)\InformixMSI\ibm informix client-sdk.exe” (If you are unable to install this with admin rights and getting error for IS kernel go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts->change user account control settings-> and select never notify, restart machine and then try installation.
Let me know if you get 5022 even after that.
If you are running CCX v7.0 let me know.

Display Error Message in BW Report based on Customer Exit Variable

I need to display an error message in the BW report based on the value of a customer exit variable - i was able to do this successfully in BW3.5 using the below code.

Some general comments...
Regarding:
THERE ANY WAY I CAN PUT MULTIPLE RANDUM TRANSITIONS IN TO THE TIME LINE WITH JUST ONE CLICK ? .
There is no transition choice for random transitions across the Premiere Elements 12 workspace Timeline. But, the Elements Organizer 12/Create Menu/Slideshow and its Slideshow Editor does have that random transition choice. So, one possibilitity would be to create your slideshow in Elements Organizer 12 Slideshow Editor and then move the slideshow into Premiere Elements with the Output of Edit with Premiere Elements Editor command.
Pending more details of the slideshow you are creating, I think that you would get your best photo quality and overall results staying with Premiere Elements 12 workspace (1080p) project and the transitions randomized manually.
perhaps applying the default to all (all at the same time),
using Timeline Menu/Apply Default Transition,
and then replacing transitions randomly for the random transition look).
Please let us know if any of that worked for you.

8500 Pro-Error Message "Load Paper in device"
I am receiving error message "Load Paper in device" when both trays have paper. I have checked paper location in trays and appears to be OK, and have taken tray out and reset in printer. Has been printing fine up to this point.

As the issue occours with a specific document only, make sure to verify that any of the document settings are set correctly
(e.g. the right paper size, the page margins, etc...)
Additionaly, try copying the entire content of the document and paste into a new blank document, try printing the new document and check for any change.

Error message in BEx Report Designer
Hello,
I get an error message when I try to add a data provider in Report Designer
It says:
"Error when loading query metadata
Check the query and portal settings"
I can see no reason why my query should not appear in my report.
Has anyone seen a similar thing before?

There is a reason for that. RD uses Java BICS service for getting the query meta data. This means that the request has to be processed in Java.
This error appears when Java server is not properly configured. The note 937697 will help you to check and correct the configuration of ABAP - Java connection.
With the note 989525 you can simply check the connection (it will be broken in your system). Points 4 - 7 are describing the check directly in ABAP.

Getting error while loading CCR report
Hello All,
When i am trying to load CCR report via 'Load result of other Comparisons', it display the select save results screen.
But when i am trying to get inconsistency report, it through an error, "Product for external product number 199939097_0_B08 and BSG B00 does not exist" Message no. /SAPAPO/MAT040
Could anyone help me to deal with this issue.

But Correction of SAP Note 1376385 for SCM Version of 7.0 are delivered in Support Pack 6. Similarly the other note 1296063 are delivered in support Pack 3.
As we are already on support Pack 9. So both of these notes are not relevant.

Error message loading XLR add-on
Hi Experts,
On loading SAP, we are getting the following error message:
Unable to connect to XL Reporter
Error! Server communication failed!
Cause: Error! Unable to get document!

Cause: Application-defined or object-defined error
SAP is reporting that XLR connected OK on the status bar but no reports are available. Please help!

start->my computer>cdrive>program files >sap>sap business one> remove these two files 1).AddOnsInstall.sbo and 2).AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo and clear all ur %temp%Files,prefetch,recent files and restart and open sap then u will get connected to xl reporter add on. and u will not get any errors and see that ms office 2003 is installed

Scenario:
We have a program that runs and creates a large number of reports before the process is ended. When running after many hours we'd get a Load report failed/Not enough memory of operation exception. I kept removing code and found i could reproduce just using the report.Load call. I simplified the report to a completely blank report to make sure it was nothing specific to a report I was loading. (Opened Crystal Reports XI Release 2, Save As, "Blank.rpt".). I then created, loaded, and disposed of this report in a loop. I was able to cause the same exception after 32,764 iterations on my machine. I also tried using .NET 3.5 same result. I added a counter to our main program and it also went through 32,764 report loads before the same exception was thrown. Main program uses 15 or so different reports with a variable number of subreports in each.
Sample Code to illustrate the problem:
I did this as a WinForms project since our main program is using winforms.

I am disposing and cleaning up the datasets in the main app. That is why I didn't include them in this test; they aren't relevant.
I'm unsure why this test program is completely irrelevant. It throws the same exception, at the same count, as the main program. It does it in substantially less lines of code than our main program. I spent days running long tests to figure out exactly what I needed to make the problem appear so I could post a clean and precise post on these forums. I then created the test program to illustrate that.
The "real" code as I said does stuff in sections and in a certain order.
For each report I need to export based on rows in a table
1. Creates a new Report Document
2. Loads the report document with the report
3. Creates a dataset of the data to display
4. Calls SetDataSource
5. Calls Report.ExportToDisk
6. Disposes DataSets
7. Closes/Disposes Reports
To help isolate the problem I first took out the export to disk part (Step 5). The problem still occurred. I then took out everything related to our data. (Step 3, Step 4, Step 6). The problem still occurred. And yes I commented out this code in our main real program. This left me with:
1. Creates a new Report Document
2. Loads the report document with the report
7. Closes/Disposes Reports
At this point i had to prove it was not dependent on the report. This makes sure it's not a database connection, or pulling too much data into the report. The most efficient test for this is a blank report.
So my order of operations becomes...
1. Creates a new Report Document
2. Loads the report document with a blank report
7. Closes/Disposes Reports
So you'll see this is exactly why I wrote this test the way that I did.
I've had a run where it error on iteration 32761. My last runs have errored on 32764. I have had many runs over many weeks that all error with the same exception.
There are no temp files left behind, With a test running you can see the temp files being added but they are immediately removed. -
Error message in SDS report shipping processing
Hello everybody,
we are running a SAP ECC 6.00 system with EA-APPL 15.
We are using the standard SDS shipping process of inbound documents triggered by delivery.
Everything worked fine, but all of a sudden each SD_CALL gets an error message in CVD1 in the flow trace:
Main function CVEB_RDOS_GENERATE was called
Starting user exit CVEO_RDO_BUNDLE_GENERATE
Shipping order processing terminated --> Message no. DV456
Status switch from Bundled to Errors found
CG5Z shows WWI server is up and running, SM59 shows no problem, service on WWI server is started.
I already checked the following OSS notes:

But now I have no more ideas.
Every hint is highly appriciated, as the problem occurs on the productive system.

PS: Possible new reason: authorization check failed for the user:
Object Class BC_A
Authorization Object S_ARCHIVE
Authorization Field ACTVT --> value needed 01
Authorization Field ARCH_OBJ --> value needed CV_DVS

only a guess: during the SDS shipment the program need to read SBRs from DMS or Archive. Furtheremore there is the need to read the cover sheets to process them and then at the end the SBEs are created (either in DMS or Archive) which stay normally samething like x days in the system and are deleted after that.
I believe that the access violation indicates may be that the user does not have enough rigths to create the SBEs.

I have developed a report.
After start-of-selection, i have written a perform statement, in which the data is getting retrieved for printing the same in ALV layout.
If there is no data available in the table, the code will raise an error message stating ' No data is available". This error message statment is in this PERFORM statement....
But this error message will be triggered in the different page which will be blank...
Now user would like to have the message in the same page (selection screen).
How to resolve this issue....??????

How to show error message in a report program
Hello Guys,
I am making a report using smartforms. I am successful in showing data but problem is if if i put a value in parameters that does not exist is database, the smartform runs and related fields shows as empty fields. But the form is running. I want to show error message if the parameter values dose not matches with the database values. The message will show as Document not exists
So i used related error msg here like
if sy-subrc ne 0.

But it is not working for passing values to smartform. It works if i use in classical report. Plz help me on this issue.

Skip Error message in submit report

I am using SUBMIT <REPORT> command inside a loop of my calling report. For one record the SUBMIT <report> is throwing an eror message due to which my report is getting stopped by displaying the error message.
My requirement is to skip the record if there is any error in SUBMIT <report> and process rest of the records.

Vasanth's idea regarding doing a CALL FUNCTION IN BACKGRUOND TASK does work, unless you need to get back some information from the SUBMIT, as export parameters can't be set when using IN BACKGRUOND TASK.
As i need to get data from the SUBMIT, i'll keep looking for other alternatives, so other ideas are still welcome...
