Please can I have some input into the erroring massage below when I enter in a Purchase Order into SRM 5.0 system without a Shopping Cart.
"Executing target system SRMCLNT01O differs from the system for Accounting P&G1"
We are running SRM 5 in extended classic mode.

Error message for EnjoySAP purchasing transactions are generated with the mmpur_message macro.
        mmpur_message 'E' 'ZQM_COMMON' '003 var1 var2 var3 var4.
          where   E                -> type of message (information/warning/error)
               ZQM_COMMON     -> message class
                            003                    -> message number
               var1, var2, var3, var4      -> different message parameters

Define the characteristics of the validity table for non-cumulatives

Diagnosis
The InfoCube contains non-cumulative values. A validity table is created for these non-cumulative values, in which the time interval is stored, for which the non-cumulative values are valid.
The validity table automatically contains the "most detailed" of the selected time characteristics (if such a one does not exist, it must be defined by the user, meaning transfered into the InfoCube).
Besides the most detailed time characteristic, additional characteristics for the InfoCube can be included in the validity table:
Examples of such characteristics are:
A "plan/actual" indicator, if differing time references exist for plan and actual values (actual values for the current fiscal year, plan values already for the next fiscal year),
the characteristic "plant", if the non-cumulative values are reported per plant, and it can occur that a plant already exists for plant A for a particular time period, but not yet for plant B.
Procedure
Define all additional characteristics that should be contained in the validity table by selecting the characteristics.
In the example above, the characteristics "plan/actual" and "plant" must be selected.
The system automatically generates the validity table according to the definition made. This table is automatically updated when data is loaded.

Hi,
Go to the Extras Tab in the definition of the Cube and there select " Maintain Non-Cumulatives" and there select the Plant check box. You can also check Material but it is not recommended. Now try to activate the cube. I think it will work for you.

I have the exact same issue. I can print one document and then I get the error mentionned above ("adobe creation cannot continue because acrobat is not activated"). Then I need to reboot in order to be able to print a new document.
I have suite and went to Photoshop as suggested, but this program is already activated. I tried to launch Acrobat Pro but it won't.
I'm using the Design and Web Premium CS6 Suite on Windows Vista.

Error message during TO creation back ground

Hi All,
We have configred the movemet type 309 and 321 with auto matic TO creation, after that we have schuduled a job (with program RLAUTA11)to create TO automatically , but for some of the posting changes TO es are creating automatically, but some of the posting changes TO are not creating and in the job log we found the error message"No quants exist for posting changes" message no : L3 094.
Could any one please kindly show the resolution for this issue.

No quants requiring a posting change were found.
Procedure
Check your entries.
If memory serves, there is some called "quant" that is used in the TO creation. Obviously, with the quant that you have specified for that TO, nothing can be done. This is not exactly an ABAP question, you might need to ask your MM/WM consultant.
Additionally, you may use "where used" feature in SE91 to find where in the programs this message occurs and what validations happen before that.

In devepoment system im able to display the message but not in quality,code is 100% algined with quality.
In quality system error message is being executed but not displayed,i mean control is comming out after the error message.

Warning message instead of error message during PO creation in QM in procurement

I activated QM procurement for a material and put a control key with delivery release, certificate required and invoice block....Now for that material, vendor and plant combination created QM info record and put some release qty...Now after the release qty is reached then when I am making next Purchase Order system is throwing warning message instead of error message and allowing me to create PO...where I need to convert the warning message to error message...

How to exclude "Blocked for Purchase" error message in PO creation for particular Order Type

In Article master some times we used to set Site-Specific Article Status = '01'. (MARC-MMSTA)

My requirement is that when Creating PO in ME21N for a particular Order Type (Purchasing). This check need to be removed.
Now if we try creating the PO we will be getting the below error message.
Status "Blocked for Purchase" of article XXXXXX does not allow external procurement.
Is there any exit or BADI where i can put logic to remove this check.

Error Message ME083 During Creation of PR (ME51n) Charge to Sales Order

Dear MM Expert,
I am creating PR(me51n) with accoutn assignment cat C- Sales Order.
After enterring Quotation no and line item, the system still trigger the error message ME083 Enter Sales Document.
The Sales Order No field is set as mandatory and even if i key the value of the quotation no, still the error message appear.
I tried to create PO (me21n) with the same account assignment and enter the quotation no and system accepts without any error.
Any OSS note that can rectify this. Thanks in advance.

I am assuming you have a Account Assignment Category,-- This means you have to enter a Sales order number in the PR line item , ine ME51N , Line Item " Account Assignment" Tab,, enter the Sales order number and line item number and you can get rid of this error message.

Error message stops .wmv creation: "Inconsistent Audio Sample Rate..."

Just recently when attempting to export a video into the .wmv format, QuickTime Pro 7.2 gives me this alert message, "Inconsistent Audio Sample Rate. The media you are exporting contains audio with multiple sample rates." QuickTime will not compress (export) to .wmv. It will export to .mov. and .m4v.
This problem is new. For more than a year my weekly video exported to the .wmv format without fail.
I am working on a Mac G4 Dual Processor and iMovieHD.
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

The recent release of QuickTime 7.2 created an audio compression error for Flip4Mac WMV Studio, Studio Pro and Studio Pro HD customers. Specifically, when encoding WMV files with Flip4Mac WMV v.2.1.2 using uncompressed audio sources on QuickTime 7.2 systems, customers were receiving "Inconsistent Audio Sample Rate" error and the encode will fail. when user want to create Vendor with P.Org 001 and comapny code 002
the system should give error message
During Vendor creation ,if the wrong purchase organisation is selected, system is allowing to create the vendor master.
Even though ,I have done the Setting in the following , the error message is not reflectiog

Hi,
In the exit FM EXIT_SAPMF02K_001 you have your company code and Purch. Org. in the following fields:
I_LFB1-BUKRS (Company Code the vendor is being created in)
I_LFM1-EKORG (Purch. Org the vendor is being created in)
Having above, you can check in the table T024E ( here you have assignment of Purchasing Org to Company Code) if there is assignment between Purch. Org and Company Code.

Error message "ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact" during dbca

Background info: I am building a new test 11.2.0.3 RAC cluster running on IBM pSeries hardware with AIX 6.1 OS level. I need to practice building a cluster and then adding a new node later. Because of limited hardware availability, my inital cluster will have 1 node and I will add the additional node later.
I installed Grid Infrastructure successfully. GI and ASM are online and appear to be working normally. Today I installed the 11.2.0.3 database software. I am now trying to create a test database using DBCA. After entering all of the database information (SID information, where db files should reside, memory sizing, etc.) the database creation begins, then immediately issues the error message "ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact".
I have searched MOS (Metalink) and also reviewed a few sites using Google. All of the information indicates this problem occurs most often when trying to log into an existing database using sqlplus. I haven't found anything related to this error message during database creation.
Does anyone have advice on how to troubleshoot where the problem is coming from? Can you point me to some documentation that would help with this issue?

I was verifying that I understood your request. The last install log relates to the Oracle db software installation and was created by OUI. The DBCA utility has not created any actual install logs. DBCA issues the error less than 10 seconds after I choose the "Finish" button to begin the database creation process. I also reviewed 4 notes on MOS and unfortunately they do not seem to apply. The permissions settings appear correct on all directories for both the database software owner and the grid infrastructure owner as well.

in my system WY 030 message is this: Entry & in table & does not exist
what do you call a wrong purchasing organisation?
I guess you have several organisations in the system.
lets make an example:
purchasing PORG1 is assigned to company code CC1
purchasing PORG2 is assigned to company code CC2
purchasing PORG3 is assigned to company code CC3
and I guess
you want prevent a user to create a vendor master with company code CC1 and purchasing org PORG2
You just cannot do this.
All company codes are valid and all purchasing orgs are valid.
It is just to combination that would logically not make sense while creating.
but if this vendor is used in all companies, then you have 3 CC views: for CC1, CC2 and CC3,
and you have 3 purchasing views for PORG1, PORG2 and PORG3
would you still say that a vendor master with CC1 must not have PORG2 ?

Error message display for PO creation with reference to internal orders

Sir,
While creating PO with Tcode ME21N (item category I) with reference to ' Internal Order with Funds provided (Tcode KO12), system displaying error message when Budget is exceeded.
But when Funds provision is not mentioned (Funds value is initial in KO12) , error message is not being given by the system during Po creation with ME21N.
Where should I configure in img(Tcode SPRO) , so that system will throw error mesage while creating PO without Budget Provision (Funds not mentioned ) in Internal Orders.

The error message display as follows. (when the PO Price exceeds the Planned Funds kept for internal order)
This error comes during PO creation Process and PO can not be saved. This error message display is correct.

Diagnosis
In document item 001 Order 600643, budget for fiscal year 2009 was exceeded by 99,960,000.00 INR.
But my question is 'when funds have not at all been mentioned for the internal order' then system has to throw the same error as mentioned above. But it is not happening. System is allowing the PO to save which is not correct.

Find the terminations based on user and creation date.
Get the same analysed by ur ABAP team.

We are implementing SRM 5.5 SP 9 in extended classic mode. We have implemented sourcing cockpit too.
We have coded an error message in the 'BBP_ITEM_CHECK' BADI for the sourcing cockpit and it appears correctly in the sourcing cockpit when necessary.
However, the system still allows the PO to be created, despite the error message being visible prior to clicking on the 'Create Purchase Order' button.
Any ideas? I will create a customer message to SAP with this anyway, but hoped someone may know for certain how to resolve it!
