Error message received when downloading itunes?

While trying to update my iPhone & iPad I was asked to download an update to iTunes.  I have tried 10 times and just keep getting an error code 2324.  Cannot find any information on it.  Does anyone know what is wrong?  Now the older version has been corrupted and will not work either.  I have Windows 7 with a 64 bit operating system so there should be no problem.

Hmmm. Bang goes the theory of trying to get a heads-up on a 2324 with the other message.
The following is a better bet with a 2330 (rather than a 2324), but it might be useful to get the possibility off the table.
Let's try running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, does itunes launch without the 2324 afterwards?

seen this issue so I am trying to assist in any way I can.  Any ideas whats the issue?

    Hi,
We need more information of the issue page. As suggested by Mokhtar, you could check if the issue is related to permission.
The issue might also occurs to the page which is developed based Ajax registration. Then it might be caused by AAM configuration.
And you could also refer to the link below if the issue is related to SSRS:

  • Error message (13013) when opening iTunes

Can anyone help with this enquiry. I amm trying to open iTunes but the following error message pops up when I do this: "the iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (13013)". I have been able to unistall & reinstall iTunes but am unable to open it. Help please.

A couple of things to try.
Try deleting "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" from your iTunes folder.
If that doesn't work, try rebuilding your library.
With iTunes closed, drag iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Library.xml out of you iTunes folder to your desktop.
Then try opening iTunes, if iTunes opens, you will have an empty library, then you can import iTunes Library.xml.
    There are instructions here:

  • Error message (-3256) when hooking iTunes up to Airport

Whenever I try and hook iTunes up to remote speakers thru the airport an "Unknown error message (-3256)" keeps coming up and I can't stop it.
What does it mean and how can I stop it?

First, upgrade your Airport Express firmware to v6.3
If that doesn't work, try this (sorry, the steps are for 10.4 since that's what I have).
In your Firewall settings (System Prefs -> Sharing -> Firewall), there may be a UDP port blocked that iTunes uses to get to the Airport speakers.
Click the "Advanced" button and enable Firewall Logging. Then open the log and try to connect. It will open a window with the title ipfw.log. If you get a message like "Deny UDP 192.168.1.1:1900" at the same time you are trying to connect, you may need to allow that port specifically.
To do so, return to the Firewall tab under Sharing and click "New..." Pick "Other" for the Port Name, then put in the number of the UDP port you found in the previous step in the blank for UDP Port Number(s). Add a Description so you'll remember what this is. Close and re-start iTunes and try again.
