Error message saving in PSE 6

Saving a PSE 7 File an error message came up "could not save (filename blala) because the documetn exceeds the 2.00G limit for saving Photoshop files" Does anyone know how to fix this? I worked 4 hours on this scrapbook page and need to save it.

documents the maximum pixel dimensions of an image to be 30,000 x 30,000, but doesn't mention a byte-size limit of saved files. A PSD that large could take up to 24 bits per pixel (3 bytes), or 2.5 GB per layer. I believe that PSD format implements some kind of lossless compression, so that graphic images with many adjacent pixels of the same color would take much less space. That's probably why after you flattened the image, it took less than 2 GB and you were able to save it (each layer was less than 2 GB but taken together they summed up to mmore than 2 GB).

Question about dll. error message when loading - PSE 6

I have PSE 6 and suddenly get the following error message when I open PSE: Organizer-Photoshop Element PhotoshopElementsOrganizer exe- entry point fot found. CFBundle Copy File TypeForFileData could not be located in dynamic linc library core foundation.dll.
No idea what that means, what happened and how to fix this.
Is there anybody that can give advise to a non-computer literate person????

Error message/ saving to dvd

I have made a movie in iMovie and saved it onto a DVD. But when I try to load the DVD back on my computer, I keep getting the following error message:
The project could not be opened, because the disk is full, the folder is locked, or the folder permission are incorrect.
If the project is on a CD-ROM, network server, or locked disk, the n copy it to your hard drive before opening it.
If the project is already on your hard disk, then the disk may be completely full, or you may not have permission to modify that folder. Correct the problem and try again.
Does anyone know why I'm getting this error message?

yes, that's where i'm stuck... if you ever find out why it's doing that- please let me know- i have made other discs without a problem but there's just one that's creating this mess for me. if I had to take a wild guess, i think it has to do with the movie file size- the one i'm having problems with is right around the limit of the dvd...

One User gets error Message saving an Incident, another user with the same rigthts not

We have a user sometimes getting an error message (see beyond) when saving an Incdient eg. only modified the descrition field. The user is able to create, update and resolve all other incidents. The user also may have changed this incident before.
When we use an other user with the same rigths, this user is allowed to modify the description field (and others)
We tested: The behavoir does not change for the first user, after the second user changed something.
It's not the workflow for the first assigned to date
No other user tries to use this incidents
We have a custom field, but it is not used in this case (so I know Romans SQL

Error message saving MPG files

Following on the preveous post, I am trying to save the file as a regular MPG (not m2t) but whenever I select NTSC I am getting an error message (when it is over 95% done with creating the file). I tried it with many different input files and two projects. Any ideas what's wrong and what can be done about it? Thank you! I just want to have a

The yellow indicator on your timeline could also indicate a mismatched or challenging source video format and that may be overloading your program. (This is further indicated by the fact that your video does not fill your video frame.)
What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it? How did you get it into your computer?
When you go to Edit/Project Settings, what settings are listed for your project.

Getting a error message 6 on PSE 8 Help please?

I downloaded PSE8 to an external hard drive and now I am recieving error message 6 when I try to open on my laptop. Please help.

I believe this is a licensing error.
I don't think you can run Elements from an external hard drive. I'm pretty sure it has to be on the internal hard drive since the two allowable activations are tied to specific computers. Be aware you can only have it on two computers...activated...at one time. If you need it on a third, you'll have to deactivate it one one of the others before it'll let you use it.

Error messages when opening PSE 7

When I open Photoshop Elements 7 I get two messages. Tvichw 32 driver error and Can't Load aspi layer driver. Adobe support is worse than useless. Can anyone tell me what these are, how I can correct the problem and do they matter. It seems to work alright but then I have not used it much, so I may not have hit the problems they cause yet. Thanks for that. I do have an Epsom scanner / printer right enough. I may
just go on using PSE 7 and see if anything nasty happens. I am getting
paranoid just now. One new piece of software does not work, and then until
now I could not access the internet at all. That turned out to be a Tiscali
fault in Thurso!! Thanks again. Robert

Error Message Saving

I have been working on a project now for weeks and today I am
starting to have problems. THe .cp file is now at 854 Mb big. I am
trying to do a save as now with the file and it keeps erroring out
on me saying write delayed fail. It will not save as or even save
anymore without the error. I have rebooted the computer, but that
did not fix it.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Bob
So the project is on the network? Perhaps try the following.
Restart the PC. (My thought here is that it should sever any
connection to the file)
After restarting and before launching Captivate, open Windows
Explorer and see if you can copy the file from the network to the C
drive.
Open Captivate and try to open the file.
Give that a go and let us know how you fare... Rick

Never had this problem with this program
I tried looking in the elements prefs file . which was reccomended to change that file
but I couldn't even locate that . Any help would greatly be appreciated

Wrong type of file error message PSE 7

Error message in PSE & when I try to open images I saved. Wrong type of file, cannot be opened. Tried to remove the read-only in properties but still cannot open .jpg images. Can anyone help? Photo attached.

Error Message when saving a scan with Officeject Pro L7555

When the drive for the printer goes to save a scanned picture or document to Word2007 I get the message: An error occured saving the images to the chosen file location. The extended error information is: 8,[(6,1015,-2147220489)]. Printer scans the picture or document without any problems, the error message occurs when the driver saves to Word2007. I have been scanning pictures and documents and saving them to Word2007 without any problems just before this error message occured. When I use Word2007 separately everything works fine.
I am using Officejet Pro L7555 with the latest driver for this printer and Windows 7.

It can fix a lot on its own and if not give a better idea of what is going on.

Trying to Open PSE 9 and get Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error Message HELP please! :)

Everything worked fine until I paid and downloaded a program called Rad Lab that works in Photoshop Elements. I got that downloaded and then tried to open PSE and it won't open and I keep getting this error message.
I've attached a screen shot of what the message is. Also Adobe ran an update on my computer and it came up with an error message as well. Adobe Photoshope Elements 9.0.3. Update- "Patch cannot be applied. Please contact customer support"
So I called customer support and the wait time is over 1 hour so here I am on this forum trying to get some answers! If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much!!!
