Error message "Share failed quick time error -50" How to fix this problem?
I cannot export to a .mp4 file using compressor without getting an error message "Share failed Quick Time Error -50. How can I get around this problem?
Specifically, how are you exporting to mp4? For example, using the Share menu…and if so, which of the presets?

As the mmessae says, connect the iPod to its syncing computer and restore via iTunes. If iTunes asks for the passcode and you can't enter the passcode or you do not have the syncing comuter, place the iPod in recovery mod and then restore. For recovery mode see:

I recently updated my HP laptop's OS from WIndows8 to WIndows8.1. When I went attempted to open Lightroom5 I got the following message:
"Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit. "
"Lightroom will attempt to fix the problem the next time it launches"
Every time I relaunch I get the same message. I'd like to understand what might be causing the problem so I can remedy and get back to my photo editing. Any clue as to how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I can't open ITUNES. I have reinstalled quicktime andn ITUNES twice.....no help. Error Message: Quicktime failed to initalize error (-2096) Any suggestions?
If I were to uninstall ITUNES, then download it new, would the music on my IPOD 30G, sync back to the new ITUNES???try this,,,,, this JUST worked for me, i had the same problem, error 2096. Go into your PROGRAM FILES folder, open the ITUNES folder. Right click on the ITUNES.exe icon, click COMPATIBILITY, then -uncheck- the box that says "run this program in compatibility mode for.....". After that you should be good to go!

I deleted my back up files from my external hard drive and my trash won't empty. I get an error code -22. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

Have you tried converting each of these 8 tracks to a different file format and seeing if they will then sync to your iPod. See this Apple support document for information and instructions on how to convert a song to a different format.

Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.
