Error message: This is not a Test User account. Please creat a new account in Sandbox Environment. I then get another message failed to connect to iTunes. only happened since upgrading to iOS7
When I try to buy within a game app, I get that message. This occurs in several apps by different software company's. Any ideas on how to clear it.
Has anyone by any chance performed a "jailbreak" on your iPhone?
Hope this helps

hello ,,
i have this problem many times why i don't know and i dont have jealbreak " Cydia " ok
the messageis is :
Error Message "This is not a Test User account - Please create a new account in the Sandbox Environment"
how to solve this problem any helpful answer please ?
thank youThe ultimate solution after you have tried restarting/ rebooting your device (no need to hard reset or restore your device) is:
Click iForgot, then reset your password, change it to your new password. Then go to Store, try downloading any app! Hope this will help because some of my friends had this prob before and all what i did was this way! -
Hi there everyone,
Recently I tried to make an in-app purchase, I'm not sure whether the app is relevant or not but it was for Tapped Out, however, after trying to make the purchase I received an error message saying "Sign-In Required, tap continue to sign in to check for downloads [Environment: Sandbox]" so I followed the instructions and was then presented with another error message saying "This is not a test user account, please create a new account in the sandbox environment. [Environment: Sandbox]"
I have been doing a lot of research online trying to find a solution and so far nothing has worked for me, I have also been passing emails backwards and forwards between an Apple Customer Support colleague and are yet to find a working solution.
Here are a few pieces of information.
1. I am running iOS 6.1.3 on a 4th Gen iPod, it's relatively new, I got it for Christmas.
2. My iPod is not, and never has been Jail Broken.
3. I do not have a test account and have never tried to make my own apps.
4. I have tried signing out of my Apple ID, resetting my iPod's settings and signing in again.
5. I have tried resetting my Apple ID password
6. I have tried restoring my iPod to factory settings.
If anyone has another suggestion for something I could try it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.Yep, I've been reading through other threads on lots of different sites over the last few hours and I can't seem to find a working solution, even though some seem to have worked for other people.
Most of them hadn't been updated in a while so I made my own post to see if anyone has anything new. -

When trying to install a new app on my iPhone 4S, i received a message: "This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment". What does this mean? I cannot update or download any app. Thanks
Common on jailbroken iPhones, not so on non-jailbroken iPhones. Thus, if your phone is not jailbroken, restoring from backup will hopefully fix the issue.

i got my iphone 5 week ago and i have been using it normaly till I suddenly cannot
download anything from the app store, and I receive the following message :
"this is not a test user account"
"please create a new account in the Sandbox environment."
why this happened, and how to solve this issue ?Looks like you got the developer edition of IOS.
If you are not a developer, how come? -
when i buy thing in app store they alway tell me this is not a test user account please creat a new account in the sandbox environment
Where are you seeing that? And what exactly are you doing?
Are you a developer? If so, ask in the Developer Forums... -
When I wanted to buy some coins in games, just like the famous one" Temple Run",it would show me a sign. The words were what you saw in the headline. I don't know why? And I have noticed that there are lots of owners of Apple products(iPod, iPhone and iPad) in China like me met the problem. Could you please help me or us? I just want to say thank you to you.
Sincerely
By Christopher. Lee. In ChinaI just stumbled through that same error message situation and the JimHdk solution; via Technogal, works very well!!
I would only add that the solution works best if you remember to Back-up your machine to the iCloud before you Reset. That saves significant time in having a complete solution in just a few steps!
Thanks again JimHdk! -

Whenever I go to make an in-app purchase, a message pops up saying "this is not a test user account." What does that mean and how can I get rid of it so I can purchase things?
Try a soft-reset and see if it works after your phone has restarted (it seems ot have fixed the error for a number of people on here) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

Cant login to App Store "This is not a Test User account"
System:
2013 Macbook Air
OSX 10.8.5
Today I wanted to login to the app store app, to update my OS.
When I log in I get a dialog box that states:
This is not a Test User account.
Please create a new account in the Sandbox
environment. [Environment Sandbox]
[ OK ]
If I try different Apple ID's the result is the same.
Why is this happening?
How can I fix this?Log out of the App Store. From the App Store menu bar click Store > Sign Out
Now click your Apple menu (top left corner of your screen)
From the drop down menu click Software Update.
