Error message u2018ScoreIndexu2019 is undefined

Hi,
When we try to Create a Score Metric on BICA we are experiencing the following error.
Our system has been stable for a while now but we have experienced this error for a while in development but did not resolve it.
The error no longer occurred for a while but it is now back in Development and is also now occurring on our Production system.
Has anyone experienced this?

It seems that as long as the first KPI alphabetically has a standard TARDEV formula, the error will not display.
So, you can create a u201Cdummyu201D KPI named u2018AAAu2019 that uses one of the standard Score formulas. You can assign any measure for the Actual and Target or create new ones. KPIs that have a custom formula will be listed in the table with the Score Calculation of the previous measure in the list. But at least the screen will display

Web based video erroring - Message: 'SWFObject' is undefined

Hoping someone can help.
Basically created some training videos for our sharepoint site. Published them within captivate 4, taken the htm, js and the swf file and placed them in a folder on sharepoint as in the below error. They work fine and dandy for a couple of people who have captivate installed, but try from any other machine and its a no go. It just errors as shown below.
Any thoughts on what it could be? I have tried permissions, I have ensured all URI's in files are correct, tried full url and shortcutted url, but still same error.

Your error message looks like it cannot file some of the Javascript objects that should be accessible for everything to work.
Check the files on your Sharepoint site to make sure the standard.js file that is required by Captivate content also made it safely to the same folder where the HTM and SWF files are located. My guess is that either the JS file isn't there on the server, or something is blocking it from working.

RE: Error Message "photoshop is undefined"

Hello Everyone.
Few weeks ago I had to Uninstall the whole Creative Cloud, and I then I Installed the Premiere Pro CS6, and Encore CS6, and Other CC Applications such as Photoshop CC.
I did not Installed the Photoshop CS6, since I have the CC Version.
I have this Menu In the Encore, and I want to do some Editing and Modify to that Menu. When I click on Photoshop I get this Error Message.. I think It is because I don't have the Photoshop CS6 Installed in my computer.
Is there a way I can go to the setting and change it so It work with Photoshop CC, or do I have to Install Photoshop CS6 ?

About few weeks ago My Creative Clouds were not running. I was told from the Creative Clouds Forum, to Uninstall and Reinstall all the Adobe applications, and Reinstall the whole thing.
After Installing PS CC, and other Adobe CC Programs. I found out there Is no Encore CC. So I had to Download the Premiere Pro CS6, to get the Encore CS6.
Under Premiere Pro CC Downloads there was More Information, and When I clicked there, I had a choice of Downloading Premiere Pro CS6. But now I don't see any way I can Download PS CS6. I wonder some-where Inside the preferences, If I can change the setting, so It would look for Photoshop CS6, or Even Photoshop CS5.
If I cant get the Photoshop working, with Encore, I would not be able to Edit any Menu's...
That's where I am standing.

Installation error message: TARGETDIR is undefined

I built the distribution package and it installs software fine on XP and W7 based systems. But under one PC with Windows Vista I got the next error message (pic 1) instead of offering to choose the installation directories (pic 2).
Do you have any idea what may be wrong with these PC or with destribution configuration and how to fix it?

Thanks for attaching those screen shots, it makes it so much easier to see what is happening! This is actually a known problem that can occur on some Windows Vista computers when a specific folder is not created when the OS was installed. Luckily, this is easily remedied by following the steps in this Knowledge Base article. Good luck with your project!

RH 11 - getting error message HHcomponentActivator is undefined

No – haven’t identified link between these two issues.
Yes – it happens to just a few topics.
Furthermore – I have noticed other problems while working with RH 11.
1.      After generating to multiscreen HTML 5 – when I open in Chrome – when scrolling down very long topics in the content pane the navigation area 'moves up' , i.e cant see search field or TOC.
2.      When viewing the output in IE the magnifier icon in the search field moves – it is shown underneath the search field.
3.      In the Screen Layout Editor (knowledge base) , Topic default – I can see the next and previous buttons , but they don’t show up in browsers after generation
I am just noting my concerns if I choose to upgrade to RH 11.

We have a server running Windows 2008 R2 which we have built as a demo environment for P6 R8.3 EPPM. It was upgraded to R8.3 SP1 late last year, and has just been sitting idling in between being used for product demonstrations.
Recently I decided to let Windows Update apply a bunch of patches to the OS and the SQL Server instance running on the box - today when a colleague and I logged in to EPPM we kept getting a popup window every 10 seconds or so in front of the main portlet windows, headed "message from webpage", with the message

message='unable to initialize AdfAgent' level=SEVERE error=message;'AdfIE8Agent' is undefined description:'AdfIE8Agent' is undefined number:-2146823279 name:TypeError at hh:mm:ss
This happens if we access the application using IE; it does not happen if we use Chrome - can anyone offer any suggestions what might be causing it? There is nothing related to AdfAgent or AdfIE8Agent in the Oracle KB at the moment

On the server where P6 + WebLogic are installed, it's IE 11
On my client PC, it's IE 11 as well
I am pretty sure that that the problem has only started since IE11 appeared, but that may be wishful thinking. I have tried clearing everything from the browser cache, with no difference in behaviour. I have also tried setting the emulation mode to IE8 but that didn't seem to make a difference either.
I have restarted the P6 web app several times, and cannot see any errors in the WebAccessLog.html except for a occasional minor one related to Struts - certainly nothing that seems related to ADF directly.
Whatever the issue is, Chrome is not affected, and I have now installed it on the server as well where it is working fine.

LMS giving error message

I made a quiz using a Flash template. I sent it to our LMS
(Learn.com). When I attempt to launch the quiz I get the following
error message:

Would anyone have any ideas as to what might be going wrong?

Error on EPCMPROXY is undefined

Hi,
I encountered an error message 'EPCMPROXY is undefined' when I have two BSP applications on the same page subscribing to the MSS teamviewer. This problem happens intermittently when I try to change the employee in the MSS teamviewer, to display detailed infomation in the two BSP applications.
In the two BSP applications, I use the following codes to subscribe to the MSS teamviewer upon change of the selected employee. I have tried to use two different procedure name for EPCMPROXY and myreceiveEvent. But the problem still exists. Anyone provide some help on this?

Answer to your questions:
1) I have purposely named one BSP application with EPCMPROXY and the other BSP application with EPCMPROXY2, thinking that it may solve the runtime error, but it didn't.
2) If I display either one of the BSP applications, then the program will work without any error. If both BSP applications are displayed in the same page, then the runtime error will occur.
Any idea what is causing this problem?

I am getting this error message when i try to open FF "ug-in object: TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined"

This is the error message I get when i click to open FF after i downloaded the newest version: "ug-in object: TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined" . The message is in the top left corner and not fully visible. i sent a message a few min ago so i am sending this b/c i copied the error message to help diagnose the problem.

That error is caused by an incompatible/malfunctioning add-on. To identify the culprit follow the procedure in the [[troubleshooting extensions and themes]] article. One add-on that has caused this error for some is AVG safe search.

had this problem but now sorted.
Go to settings for google shortcuts, follow link to homepage and upload latest version, it has not yet been approved by Firefox, but works and solves the bug.

Error message, "undefined is not an object" when exporting book to Digital Editions

I have created a book file complete with a TOC and but cannot export to Digital Editions. I keep getting the error message, "undefined is not an object." I've attempted to create new book files in several different ways, but continue to get the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
