Dear All,
i need help on this issue
1. user create a Stock transfer PO
2. in condition he put condition but he forget to enter vendor code in condition detail.
3. GRN is done
4. after GRN he entered vendor code in the condition detail ( in the PO)
5. but at the time of MIRO user is getting error "Vendor is not an invoicing party"
Note : here it is not possible to reverse GRN.
so please guide me on this

Hi,
Check the vendor for Fright vendor.
If fright vendor then check in MIRO --> selected planned delivery cost ... or not..

HI,
Check u had done the below steps,
Create STO and input the freight/delivery costs in PO and assign the Transporter or Freight Vendor to the conditions by clicking on "Details" button in Conditions Tab
For that you have to do following settings;
Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Document Types > Here select "UB" and copy to a new PO Doc type.
In SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Conditions > Define Price Determination Process > Define Schema Determination > Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders > Here assign Calculation Schema "RM2000" i.e. Stock Transfer Document to Schema Grp Pur. Org, STO Type (New One) and Supplying Plant.
Calculation Schema "RM2000" has condition type P101 which will pick up the MAP of supplying plant automatically during creation of STO in ME21N ("Conditions" Tab).
You can create new freight/delivery cost conditions in M/06 and assign in pricing procedure "RM2000" in M/08
After STO, do Outbound delivery in VL10D, then GR in MIGO and then go for LIV w.r.t. STO in MIRO
Here select "Planned Delivery Cost" and do necessary procedure.

PO vendor is not an invoicing party

Would like to seek for help for the following scenerio,unable to post transaction from MIRO to FICO during invoice verification level with the above subject.
Later, we found out the capex purchase order have worngly selected an invalid vendor which was the vendor is not created under our company code but the purchase order instead created the same purchasing organization and the purchase order have been posted previous fiscal year and the Material Management module period have been close.
Later, we try to extend the vendor which was selected worngly to our company code in order to proceed with the MIRO to resolve the problem. However, we still not able to proceed with the miro as system trigger error message item is invalid.
Please advise.

First check, whether the vendor is defined as invoicing party.
Secondly. you can overcome by taking the help of partner function. Check the account group to which the vendor master is assigned. Check what partner function schema can be assigned to the account group.If the partner function schema allows you to assign a different vendor as the invoicing party, please, then create a new vendor master, define it as an invoicing party and assign it to the wrongly entered vendor as an invoicing party on behalf.
I hope, you can overcome the issue.

Error Message "Delete price or set "Invoice Expected Indicator" in PO.

Hi Gurus,
We are in extended classic scenario with version 5.0.
We are getting error message "Delete price or set "Invoice Expected Indicator" when we are releasing the PO from Release PO option.
We are getting this error message in below situation:
We created shopping carts without vendor then after approval PO gets created in "Held status". When we edit the PO & add vendor then system gives error message "Delete price or set "Invoice Expected Indicator" (Line 1).
In this case the invoice expected indicator is not sets when we add vendor in the PO but if we create Shopping cart with vendor & when PO create din that case the invoice expected indicator is automatialy comes.
Can any one please help me to resolve this issue.

I have the same problem, Delete price or set "Invoice Expected Indicator" in PO
I have an Item Position of the PO that is Limit of Liability and for this position type I will not make invoice, then I would like remove the flag of invoice execution, but a recived your same message, can you tell me how did you resolve this problem?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Can you start QuickTime on your computer?
You'll probably have to search for the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and use it to remove QuickTime Player and iTunes. Then download and install the iTunes again.

Error Message: Number is not in external Interval (Testing Schedule)

Iam working on Stability study process. I have maintained stabity test with materiial (QS) & performed my test upto Initial test of Inspection lot. But when i click create Testing Scheudle in the Notification (QM02) , system asks for testing schedule data for
Maintenane strategy, scheduling period.
On clciking create testing schedule , system throws error message "Number is not in external interval". I have maintained all the prerequite setting on number range in following spro path stability study>testing schedule for stability study> Category--> no range.
For Group ST 600000000- 6999999999 for Intenal & 70000000-7999999999 for external. But still iam facing with error message ""Number is not in external interval". It throws message no "IP324" . Even I had cross checked with maintenance setting, but error message remains . How to resolve this issue?

did you actually enter a number ( i.e. 70000001)?
Usually Stability studies are created using the external number range so that ringing names can be used for the studies:
Example:
Material: 000000000000000001 acetylsalicylic acid
Stability study: ASA1

One thing that might help.
1. open itunes preferences from the edit menu and click on the devices tab.
2. check the box to disable syncing for iphones connected to itunes and click ok.
3. Then click the button to reset sync history.
4. Now click ok to close the preferences window.
5. connect the iphone to itunes and go to the info tab.
6. scroll to the bottom of the info page and check the box to replace the ical data on the iphone.
7. then click apply on the bottom right of itunes.
This will overwrite any events on the iphone, including any events that has become corrupted.

My pc is based on asus motherboard. Labview 7 and Windows 2000 sp4 installed.

I've got this problem only on a pc: on other machines i don't have this problem (Labview only continues to access floppy but it doesn't show any window).
Find below an example: first press the button to create a report on a: then remove the floppy, after 30-35 sec i've got the error message

Hi,
I tried your vi: I don't get any error message after removing the disk but LV7 keeps on accessing the drive at regular intervals even if you stop the vi and close it!!! This is not supposed to happen.
The only way to stop it is exit LV7.
If you don't use the file dialog and you wire a full path, you don't get any problem.
I also created a very simple vi that conditionally writes a text file on a: and I got the same behaviour.
This problem occurs only with LV7, I tried the same examples in LV6.1 and everything was fine.

Ever since upgrading to Lion I keep getting the error message "disk was not ejected properly."

Ever since upgrading to Lion on my iMac G5 Intel Core 2 Duo, I keep getting the error message "disk was not ejected properly." I have repaired permissions and reformatted my external LaCie 2TB USB hard disk, but the error continues. I use this disk for my Time Machine backups. This always seems to happen when the computer wakes from sleep, but not consistently. The computer was asleep overnight and backed up as soon as it awakend this morning. Two hours later I get the improper ejection message. I have used the same external disk with Snow Leopard (all versions), but never had this error message or problem. This disk has been in use without any problems since February, 2011. Upgrading to Lion is when this problem began. This is the below message (but from online image from Snow Leopard, but Lion message is essentially the same).

I had a similar issue. Mine was with a Seagate GoFlex drive. The solution was to install GoFlex for Mac 1.1.2 which included a 64-bit driver to disable the drives built in sleep timer:
