Error Message when saving a scan with Officeject Pro L7555

When the drive for the printer goes to save a scanned picture or document to Word2007 I get the message: An error occured saving the images to the chosen file location. The extended error information is: 8,[(6,1015,-2147220489)]. Printer scans the picture or document without any problems, the error message occurs when the driver saves to Word2007. I have been scanning pictures and documents and saving them to Word2007 without any problems just before this error message occured. When I use Word2007 separately everything works fine.
I am using Officejet Pro L7555 with the latest driver for this printer and Windows 7.

This means that your NAS does not support the required encryption. Update your NAS to the latest firmware or ditch it and buy a Time Capsule (they are the most reliable when using TM).

I have this issue too, but my colleagues do not have this issue(we have same Acrobat Pro 11.0.09). I am sure this issue happens only you updated to 11.0.09, because when you use Windows Restore back to 11.0.08, no issues.

Error message when saving to a:\ drive when no disk present

I am using a Jfilechooser andsaving images using ImageIO, but I want add in the code necessary to display an error message when the user tries to save to the a:\ drive but there is no disk present. How would I do this, this is the code so far:

Again I have tried this, but in my program if I try to save to the a drive when no disk is inserted, the JOptionPane i want to display is not coming up.

"This file cannot be found" error message when saving document

Hello,
Strangely, every time I click "save" in CS6 it opens up a 'Save As' window, (which shouldn't happen), then I click save witht the existing file name (it then tells me the doc already exists), I click OK, (and then OK to the next popup window) then get the message that "This file cannot be found". I'm forced to click "ok" and the doument isn't saved. I've tried saving it differently in previous versions and it still doesn't work. I recorded a video of this behavior. Why would it be trying to find a file? It seems like an error message when trying to Open a doc, not Save a doc.

Yes, Mohit1233 - it happened with every file yesterday. Finally, I closed the doc (forcing me to lose my work), then restarted my computer and today the problem is gone. I'm working on a PC (HP);
Barblove - I tried doing that yesterday (copying and pasting into a new doc), and still nothing. I also tried copying the work into a CS3 doc (but got an error message).

When I start my computer I get a "AppleSyncNotifier.exe Entry Point Not Found message. I also get an error message when trying to sync with iTunes that a backup session cannot be started. How do I fix this?

In the last few days when I start my computer, I get a box that opens with "AppleSyncNotifier.exe" Entry Point Not Found in the title.
It says: "The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQlite3.dll.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes and still get an error message when trying to sync my phone with iTunes
"iTunes could not back up iPhone ####, because a session could not be started with the iPhone."
The last time I tried to sync my phone (iPhone 3G S) with iTunes, everything seemed to freeze up at Stage 4 of the sync process.
Any advice????

With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Reboot and see if all is well
In case that your OS is Windows 7 (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
3. Open new windows explorer, to to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Paste file "SQLite3.dll" to the location.
5. Reboot your computer, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

Error message when saving .fm file

I just upgraded my FrameMaker program to 7.2.
When I try to save my work, the following message appears on-screen:
An internal error occurred while writing imported graphics in this document. The file has been saved, but has lost some image data. Please report this error to Adobe Technical Support.
My file has NOT been saved, none of the changes I've made have been saved. I cannot save this file under a different name, either. And the automated files that are generated by the program as "back-up" files are useless.

Anyway, that's the standard error message when a file contains objects imported using an OLE link AND you are running XP SP3.
SP3 implemented security fixes that essentially broke OLE within Frame (and a number of other applications).
So if your document(s) contain OLE links, you're likely to have to convert them to imported-by-reference graphics if they're graphic files or do some other type of conversion if they're tables or PPT slides.

"Unknown Error" Message when saving Illutrator CS3 file

I get this unknown error message when attempting to save an illustrator file.(CS3). I tried to open and then save several files with the same resulting error message. As a work around, I have reverted to working in CS2 until I can get this resolved.

Do I understand you correctly in saying that Photoshop CS3 has PostScript information that it routinely sends to a printer, and therefore I would need to have a PostScript compatible printer inorder to work with this information (and also for my ColorMunki calibration to work)?
Based upon what you said, I think my color problems are because the ColorMunki profile for my printer, paper, & ink combination are being ignored.

Error message when trying to Sync with itunes

I seem to get error messages when I try to sync with itunes. I have the iphone 3G. Also all my music and videos seem to have carried across, all except one, it's very odd. Latest error message reads:
"itunes could not connect with the itunes store. An unknown error occurred (11556)."
I have also an error message saying it cannot sync and error message number 0050.
Any clues?

This error is associated with ringtones, are you trying to sync a ringtone, purchase a ringtone...need more info...

Are you on Windows XP? Is this the error message...iTunes displays -50 error message? If so, follow these directions:

Are you using the USB cord or wireless? IF you can use USB then be sure to connect it.
So, did you try scan from the computer to see if it works?
I have always found it better to scan from the computer than the printer itself.
Do you have the full feature driver/software installed for Window 8? If so was it from the CD or the download from the HP support site. I would first make sure I have this updated. Driver downloads here.
Then go to this trouble shooting page and scroll down to Solution Two-Step Two and look for “Scan to…setup” and follow the instructions.
If it’s still not working, try this next:
Do you have multiple instances of that printer showing up in the HP Solution Center?
If so remove the copies of the printer. Go to this link and choose Windows 7 under HP Solutions Center for info to remove the duplicates from the device manager.

Error message when saving a jpeg after updating to Mountain Lion

I've just updated to Mac Mountian Lion and I'm getting an error message when I go to save a jpeg in Fireworks CS6. I've attached a screenshot but the message says "Could not save the file. The file could not be found". But it actually does save the file. This is very irritating and wondered if anyone else had come across this or found a solution. I believe I'm up to date on all my FW updates. I notice that this seems to do it when I use image preview to save. Thanks for any help!

Saving scanned doc error message when using Mac Maverick with HP Photosmart C4795

When I use HP Scan to scan documents with my HP Photosmart C4795 it scans fine. The problems comes when I try to save the scanned document. I get one of two things, an error message or black document. I get an error that states "An error has occurred saving the file because it could not be written to. Check the properties for the file to make sure it is not read-only. I know that's the location is not read only because I save documents there all the time from other programs. When I get the black document, I open the file and its a black page with white lines going across.
This started happening when I upgraded to Maverick. When I had snow leopard I didn't have this problem. I looked for update drivers and there aren't any available on the HP software & drivers webpage. HP help! Any suggestions please help.

That happens due to lack of compatibility of the HP Scan application for your device with Mavericks, it is not intended for the operating system and will cause issues while saving a file.
Be sure to run Software Update, then scan using Image Capture or Preview as listed below.. those are the scan solutions provided for Mavericks:

Once you launch Image Capture, I would suggest keeping it on the dock for easier access.
