Error Message when Sync'ing

I have been using my Blackberry Pearl 8110 since April and today when I went into the Desktop Manager to sync it with my outlook it started the normal process, went into the Sync Progress screen saying 'processing device calendar' and then came up with an error message 'Blackberry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close.' and stops.
I have tried rebooting but same problem keeps occuring. It is still reciveing emails but won't sync with my calendar. This is the first day of our IT Managers holiday so no one in the office can help me...can anyone help???

IPod Error message when Sync'ing using itunes

Every time I use itunes to sync my music onto my 5th generation iPod it does about... 50 files then i get the error message:
'attempting to copy to the disk "DARROL'S iPOD" failed because the disk could not be read or written to'
A few times i've managed to get all the music onto it but mostly I get that error message. I've done a full restore on the iPod twice but it still happens.
I resorted to using the Winamp plugin to transfer the music and that seems to work a lot better but it doesn't seem to give album art, would like to use iTunes to do it, any help would be good.

IPad 2 gives an error message when sync'ing to iTunes on iMac

The iMac where iTunes sits gives an error message that the iPad is sync'd to another iTunes library "do you want to erase and sync?" we can get rid of the error message saying "cancel" but it still won't sync and the screen is on all night with this error while charging. Anyone have any ideas? Never sync'd "around..." to another library!!

Is there any chance you accidentally "deauthorized" your iTunes account? Make sure your account is authorized with your Apple ID. Unless you have a faster USB on your Mac, you're better off charging your iPad with the supplied 10 W wall charger. If you sync under your current circumstance you will lose you apps and synced content, which means you'll have to redownload your apps, etc.

ITunes displays -48 error message when syncing iPod Nano on Windows XP

My girlfriend's mom's iPod Nano ran out of charge while jogging so she decided to charge it on her daughter's iHome. The next day she went to use her iPod but it was totally empty of all music and files. When she tried to sync it to iTunes, she received an eror message stating, "An unknown error has occurred (-48)" from iTunes and a Windows message stating that some iPod folder/file was corrupted.
If anyone receives such a message, I was able to correct it by:
-Plugging in your iPod to your PC
-Ignore the error messages
-Go to My Computer
-Find your iPod's drive letter (ie. G:)
-Right-click on it and select Properties
-Go to Tools Tab >Error-checking and select Check Now
You should be able to sync your iPod as before. I do not claim to be an expert so be warned that it may not work for you. Good luck!

Error messages when syncing

First I don't know if I have a nano or shuffle. Have just updated to itunes9 but am now getting error messages when syncing. Messages are -120 and -124. After I keep clicking to get out of them itunes then tells me that I need to restore and then tells me my ipod folder cannot be found. Any help appreciated.

Now getting error messge 1439. Also says my ipod cannot be formatted and I am supposed to restore it but seems a neverending cycle. Anyone got any ideas?

Error message when syncing to iPod in iTunes 7.4.1

Has anyone updated to the newest iTunes, and get a strange error message when you try syncing your iPod? I upgrades to iTunes 7.4.1, and for some reason, songs that work perfectly fine in iTunes won't sync to the iPod. The message that comes up says something to the effect that that drive in the iPod can't be read from or read to.
Any solutions?

OK, here's how I fixed my sync problem. First, when starting up iPhoto, press and hold down the cmd & alt buttons on your keyboard and this will bring up a dialog box, select all check boxes and hit rebuild. This will take some time so have a coffee or go and do something else, then when you come back, try syncing again in iTunes and the error message should be gone!

Just had my computer rebuilt, I have installed Itunes 10 but I keep getting an error message when trying to sync my ipod which is "You don't have enough access priveleges for this operation". Any ideas on how I can overcome this? Thanks in advance

You need to check your logon's access privileges in Vista. You may have to delete your current profile and recreate a new Admin profile to correct.

i get two error messages when trying to sync my ipad2 to itunes for windows. one is that the disk can not be found and the other is that it's an unknown error 0xE8004002.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Error message when syncing mail accounts...

I recently started getting this error message while syncing on Windows XP running Outlook 2007.....
iTunes could not sync mail accounts to the iPhone "Nick DeGiovine's iPhone" because an error occurred remapping record identifiers.
Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated...!

All of the email addresses are with servers that have presets on the iPhone, and it appears the interaction between what you are syncing, and those presets is where you are having the error.
You may want to consider using some of those presets. For example bellsouth.net's email is now hosted by Yahoo. You can enter the settings for it in a few steps. When adding the account to the iPhone, choose the "Yahoo" presets. Put in the username as your entire @bellsouth.net email address. There will be @yahoo.com visible, but won't affect the functionality of the account, and people you send to won't see the @yahoo.com after your address. The Bellsouth account will now work, and should also get push notifications for your Bellsouth email via Yahoo.
For your GMail account, choosing GMail will configure the outgoing server to work on most networks. The exception is networks that block the majority of ports, such as some work environments.

Error message when syncing new iphone

I am unable to sync my new i phone. every time I try an error message pops up and says you do not have the privilage to make changes.
Any suggestions???

I actually figured it out a while ago.
Turns out it is not an issue with the iPhone or iTunes.
By process of elimination I deduced it could be a permissions issue with the hard drive and/or folder that holds the contents of my Music Library.
For example, if the "Sharing & Permissions" settings (found in the "Get Info" Window) are set to "Read Only" on the internal or external drive that contains your Music Library for iTunes then you can not write to the disk. Therefore, you do not have privelges to make changes to the internal or external drive and you get the error message when you try to sync with the information on that drive.
Here's the kicker and million dollar questions:
How did the "Sharing & Permissions" settings get changed on my Hard Drive without me doing it?
Why did my iPhone sync fine yesterday and suddenly today the Hard Drive is doing this?
I have to set all priveleges to all drives to "Read & Write" and that just doesn't seem very secure to me.
