Error Message when trying to sign into account
So I just got some itunes giftcards for xmas and when I go onto the itunes store and try to log into my account and message comes up that has a red "x" and it says "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error has occured(-9812). There was an error in the itunes store. Please try again later." It has been saying this the last few days and I dont know what the problem is. Can anyone help me?
This problem has been driving me demented. The instructions that Ivan gives have partially worked for me. By following his link
"How to find out if you have multiple Apple IDs" I was able to identify that yes I did have two apple accounts using the same e mail address. One was very old that I used to use for the forum boards and one is my much more recent ID that I use for everything these days. So I changed the e mail address for the old account which is associated with these discussion boards and that's the account that I am now posting this from. However even though the two accounts now have different e mail addresses when I try to log onto the boards with my more recent main apple ID I still get all the same errors as described at the start of this thread by rodgers_j. And of course that's the one I want to use so that I only have one itunes account for everything.
So if anyone has any more hints I'd be very grateful.

If they were in your camera roll and on your phone when you last backed up, they would be included in your iCloud backup. If you restored the entire backup you should recover them.

I just downloaded OS X Maverick for my MacBook Pro and along with this I got the Messages App. I tried to sign in with my apple ID but I keep getting this message, "An error occurred during activation. Try again." and I tried again but it didn't work. I have the date and time automatic, ect.. Anyone Know what to DO???

You obviously have OS X 10.9.2 as the latest version arrives when you Upgrade.
What were you using before ?
If you were using an OS X prior to OS X 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion's second update) then check the Serial Number is present.
Use the Apple (Icon) Menu top left.
Select About this Mac.
Click twice on the OS X version.
It will show you the Build Number and then the Serial Number (if it is present)
If it is not you will need to visit and Apple Store or an Apple Authorised Service Provider to have it replaced.

Can someone please tell me. When trying to sign into icloud. i get the message.. Cannot sign in . The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this ipad. What do I do ? Hope someone can help.
Use one of the previous accounts that you activated in this iPad or use another iOS device to activate the new one.

I keep getting error messages when I try to activate iMessage on my iPad since installing iOS7. Anyone else having this issue or a solution. I can obviously sign in with the same Apple ID information/password as I have done here and I am connecting with Wifi now and in all other apps.
After looking at some other posts I signed into iTunes and edited my password with my Mac. Then I powered off and restarted my iPad and all is good now.

I recently signed out of itunes on my imac and when i tried to sign back in i get the error message: ConnectionManager::invoke::failed to find service connection url. If i try again i get another box asking if i've forgotten my password. But my password is definitely right as i just used to it make an account on this support page. Any simple ways of fixing this?
Just to test the simple things first, did you try to sign in using another credential?
If only yours fails, then is a RIM issue, otherwise is indeed your Playbook failure.

This account is blocked from registering " .....how do i unblock it so i can use iMessage on my mac. plz Help !After looking at some other posts I signed into iTunes and edited my password with my Mac. I also have tried flushing dns,making sure all services that are required are started (not 100% which it needs to be fair, I did have an issue earlier this month when i upgraded my ram from 2gb to 4gb and had to go into msconfig to untick the max memory setting so it used all 4 instead of the original 2gb... and that for some reason turned off a few services, bonjour service is 100% working, i checked that much, and the ipod service too) I also tried a system restore with no effect.
I also did the microsoft fixit for the hosts file too...

Error message when trying to sign on mac
I sent a digitally signed contract to a client for her electronic signature. I created the document on a PC and am able to sign it electronically (as a different user) on a PC. When she tries to sign it on a mac, she gets an error message. Since I have already signed the contract as the first signer, I can't remove the security, and I don't want to give her the owner password to edit the document. She has not been able to tell me which version of Acrobat she is using. Are there any solutions to this, other than having her find a PC to use? A screenshot of the error message is attached.

It does not look to me that she is using Acrobat/Reader at all but rather the Mac OS PDF Viewer (Preview). -
New ipad 2, unknow error occured when trying to sign into app store
I just bought this bad boy. I have an apple ID and when I try to download an app it says uknown error occurred. Also if I try to sign into the appstore through settings it says cannot access itunes i think. It does have internet connection.
Apple’s having trouble with the iTunes Store servers right now. Wait for them to resolve the issue.
