Error Message when trying to watch shared video files thru the 'Video' app, via iTunes

Since updating my iPad 2 to the new operating system, I can no longer watch shared videos from iTunes. I am getting the error "you do not have permission to access the requested resource.". I have restarted the ipad, turned home sharing off and on, reset the network... any ideas on how to get past this issue?

Unfortunately, I don't think any of those solutions will work. The video won't play on my computer either, but I think that's because I don't have Quicken, or whatever is needed to watch videos from iTunes. Maybe that's what I need to do? Download the appropriate software to play the video on my computer?

Says I don't have permission to watch a video after downloading a video from iTunes. What kinda crap is this?

I would suggest contacting iTunes Support http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ to see if they can resolve the problem.

Getting error message when trying to watch a movie on my iPad

I purchased a movie through iTunes for my iPad. I was able to watch the movie a few times now I'm getting a error message every time I try and watch it now, "you do not have permission to access the requested resource". What can be do to fix this problem?

Is the movie a movie downloaded from iTunes? The iPad can only play certain movie files. Where have you downloaded the movie from? Some DVDs or other files from other internet sources may not work with the iPad.

Error message when trying to issue output for printing in the VT02N

We have one issue where user is trying to givng print out for shipiing details in the tranaction VT02 n
in EXTRAS---> output , there are giving the out put type ZS04 and when they save the output type they are getting the following error messages

Hi,
Check if you have entered values in all the mandatory fields required.
If you have try debugging and check where error is coming.
Just type /H in the command bar and click enter when you clcik on goto-extra it will got to debugging.
In that put breakpoint at message.This will put break points at all message statements.
Then you can find out very fast where the error is coming from

Receive the following error message when trying to approve or reject from Pending "The service threw an unknown exception. See inner exception for details"

Hi, The server agent was grayed out. I uninstall it from control panel and removed it from agent managed. When I tried to install the agent, it failed. I installed the agent manaully and tried to approve it received the error message
"The service threw an unknown exception. See inner exception for details" I have the details but does not tell me much (I can post it). I removed it from control panel (while still showin in pending),
and tried to reject it. Again, received the same error message as above. This a very critical server, could someone help me with this issue? Thanks, Ziba

Error message when trying to play music on computer states The song ... could not be used because the original file could not be found. However, my library shows how many items and the GBs used. How do I locate the files?

When I try to play my iTunes music on my computer, an error message comes up and state "The song (title of song) could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?
When I click on Locate It, I cannot find where the music file may be located. Does anyone have any suggestions?
This all occurred when I attempted to do a backup to an external hard drive. Unbeknownest to me, the files did not copy over and do not appear on the external hard drive.
When I open my iTunes library, at the bottom of my music list it shows how many songs and the GBs, so it appears that the files are still there; however, cannot be located.

When tracks in iTunes display a it means the file cannot be located; it may have been moved or deleted. You'll have to locate the file manually if it is still available. For more information refer to the following article:

Error message when trying to upload a pdf file to a form

A user was trying to upload a pdf file to a form I created (Contractor Vanpool Application Form). The parameters I set, was that it had to be a pdf form, less than 20MB and a single file. She met these parameters, but when she hit the submit button, she received this dialogue box message: Warning: JavaScript Window - File Attachments are not supported in FormsCentral PDF forms. Please contact the form author to send the file attachments another way. This dialogue box prevented her from even getting as far as selecting the file and uploading. Another user was succesfully able to upload a form, so I know this is working. So I changed the parameters to allow multiple files in any format, and she still had a problem.
She states is using windows 95, Internet Explorer. Help, Michelle

In Form Central, when I add a field, I select the Add File Attachment icon (see screen shot below - it is the 10th icon from the left, the paperclip over a sheet):
Then it allows me to fill in the field, describing the file to upload, and the properties to the right defining the file size limit, type of file and other properties. This is all done through formscentral, thus allowing a user in my form to upload a file that is attached to the form when submitted.

I'm getting an error message when trying to download a PDF file.

Its says that 'FoxitReaderOCX.ocx failed to load'? What do I need to do. I've reloaded both Adobe Reader and FoxitReader. I can tell from the status bar that FF is trying to transfer information, and the screen goes black as if waiting for info to complete it, but after a bit I get the error message again.
I have a question on this to the vendor (Corel) and expect an answer as they are usually good with customer service issues.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Why do I sometimes get an error message when trying to export as mp3 file?

I'm using a Intel Core Duo Imac 2 Ghz with 2 meg memory and just upgraded to iLife 08. I was excited to see that Garageband will now let you save/export your projects as MP3 files. But I sometimes get an error message, i.e., -46 or some such number, when I try to save/export the project to iWeb. What is causing this? If I save the same project as an AAC file everything is fine. Go figure. I was really looking forward to Apple doing this in this release and won't be happy until it works perfectly. For your information I record a audio podcast and export the recorded file to iWeb and publish the site to .mac. So I'm a loyal Apple customer. My site is a gay oriented website and the new features of iWeb , including Photo albums can be viewed there. I'll email the link to anyone interested.

I know man what your saying. I should have written it down when it happened last night. I figured if anyone had had the same issue they might know the reason. "Input contract violation" error message when trying to import a .wav file into AE?

I am trying to import a .wav file into AE and keep getting an "input contract violation" message from the program followed by it shutting down. If it means anything, I bought the song online, but it has been paid for and I downloaded the .wav file after my purchase. Any idea of why this may be happening? Are there any particular settings which may be mandatory on the project timeline to import a 3min song? Thank you!

YOu have not provided any system info, not told us what version of AE you use, your audio setting, what specifics in the audio file and a million other things. See how it may not be possible for anyone to tell you anything beyond "Your computter sucks!" ???

I keep getting crashes and error messages when trying to use LiveCycle. So far, the most I have been able to is create and name 3 text boxes.

Despite having uninstalled, reinstalled, change compatibility, run as admin and a host of other "fixes", LC keeps crashing, closing out and otherwise failing to operate. At this point the most I have been able to accomplish has been inserting 3 text boxes and then naming them. As soon as I change the caption name on the 3rd box (or sooner) the program stops working and I get the wonderful message from windows telling me, the program has stopped. I needed the extra input from Windows because, you know, when the program crashes I was just thinking it was naptime. 2.5 hours I have spent so far trying to fix this. Someone please help me!!

Archive Utility brings up error message when trying to unarchive protected zip file

I've been zipping images with password protection using different applications, some with a Lightroom Plug-In Zip-Exporter, some with a stand alone app such as "Archiver". Now when I try to unzip these images on OSX 10.6 the Archive Utility brings up an the error: "Unable to unarchive "Name of File" into "Desktop". (Error 1 - Operation not permitted.) I'm logged in with an admin account. I tried this on a macbook pro and on an imac, both 10.6, same problem. Now when I try to unzip the file using third party such as Stuffit expander or Archiver, it unzips the files without a problem.

Nothing's wrong with it except that it doesn't support encrypted .zip files. You'll just have to use third-party software, or a Terminal command, to unzip those.
