Error Message when using Photoshop Element 9 sending email
I was using Photoshop Element 9 sending email on Windows Live Mail.
It was working perfect.
A week ago, my computer had the problem and need to format and reinstall everything again.
After that, when I used Photoshop Element 9 to send email using Windows Live Mail 2012.
It came up error message in below:
"Elements Organizer could not finish creating your E-mail message.
Alternatively, you can use the Adobe E-mail Service via the Elements Organizer Preferences dialog."
I don't want to use Adobe E-mail Service because it is very limited for email function such as attached another files or change email contents.
Would you please give me some idea how to solve the problem ?

"Failed to initialize" error message when installing Photoshop Elements 12
Hi,
I kepe getting an error message when trying to install Photoshop elements 12. I have re-downloaded the files multiple times from different places and none work so I know it isn't a corrupted file. Tried a system restart. Tried using support advisor but it found no issues.
I'm running Mac OS X 10.9 on a 2012 Macbook Pro that meets system requirements.
Any help is greatly appreciatedI have gone through the install logs and the error I am getting is 'PIM - Error could not create PIM Common Folder Path'. I have gone to the PDApp folder and it does not have any permissions on it. I have gone to the folder PDApp and it doesn't have any permissions, I'm not sure what to do from here. The PDApp folder is a alias that leads to the Adobe Application Managers folder. Sorry for the font being bold, it wouldn't turn off after pasting the error message.

I'm using PSE 10 (and 9) and added Lightroom 4 as a new program.

Error message when using Photoshop over the network
I am currently working with Apple Aperture. My library is on my computer and references files that are saved over a network on a hard drive connected to another computer. I open an image that is within Aperture having set my primary editor as Photoshop. This creates an automatic duplicate of the image within Aperture so that any changes I make in Photoshop will be a second image and will not affect the original. Normally what is supposed to happen is that once I have made my change in Photoshop, I hit Apple+S to save and then it will update within Aperture. However, when I hit to save, I get the following error message:
Could not save "file.tiff" because the file is already in use or was left open.
I know that on my computer and the other computer I connect to that is definitely not open. Not even in Finder. I tried closing Aperture and then saving and I still get the error message. I am not sure what is going on and why I can't save it. Any ideas?Hi,
Try to save in different location and different format not in tiff like PSD. close the photoshop and repon once and open PSD file and save as into tiff in different location.

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 13 on a PC with Windows 8.1. I can't run the Adobe Support Advisor because it is no longer available. Can a Adobe expert get in touch? Forums are sometimes not adequate to find solutions.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and delete/rename the OOBE folder from there.

Error message when using xrpcc in JWSDP 1_0_01

I've got the following error message when using xrpcc of JWSDP 1_0_01 for my config.xml file.

Error message when opening Photoshop CC
For the last month, I've been getting an error message when opening Photoshop CC that says:
"Could not load actions because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered"
I've been having to go back and use CS5 in order to get anything accomplished between this and my plugins not showing up (post about plugins in another thread).See my reply #1 in your other thread http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1419961?tstart=0

When attempting to use Lightroom external editor program to edit a photo in Photoshop Elements 10, the photo does not open / appear on photoshop elements screen. I don't have any problem with this when using Photoshop Elements 6 or Photoshop CS. I'm using a Mac with Mountain Lion OS. Any solutions?

Having installed an upgrade for Photoshop Elements 13, I cannot open the application. I get an error message saying "Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X".
I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but get the same error message.Which version of OS X do you have? It's not clear from your post whether "installed an upgrade" means you just installed PSE 13 as an upgrade or you installed an update to PSE 13, like ACR 9 or 13.1. Please clarify.

How can I make text slide in from the right?
I'm really enjoying learning more with Captivate 6 and the community has been very helpful so far. I can't figure out how to get very simple text effects/transitions such as bringing text from the side of the frame to "slide" into place. This has bee
