Error message with a Serial Number after purchasing CS6 Design Standard

Hello everyone,
I have an error message "we are unable to validate this serial number for CS6 Design Standard" when using my official serial number.
I got the Serial Number from my Adobe ID account and e-mail purchase validation.
And no phone number to contact. Someone knows what I could do ?

    I have a new Computer (Windows 8) and am now trying to install my Adobe Design Standard CS 6.
    I bought that suite and installed it sucessfully on my old computer  in Jan 13 as an Upgrade to Adobe Design Standard CS 5.5 (which was also an Upgrade Version from another Adobe Product).
    When beginning the installation on my new computer today , I was asked for my serial number. The serial number for my Adobe Design Standard CS6 was accepted, however, that is only an Upgrade Version.
    As the Product I'm upgrading from I chose the option Adobe Design Standard CS5.5 and gave my serial number for that product.
    Then I got the message: 'Diese Seriennummer gilt nicht für ein kompatibles Produkt. Geben Sie eine andere Seriennummer ein', which means translated: This serial number is not valid  for a compatible Produkt. Give another serial number.
    I don't know why my Adobe Design Standard CS6 should not be compatible to my Adobe Design Standard CS 5.5 and I don't have another serial number.
    Could you help me with this problem?

    I have had to re-install my Adobe CS6 Design Standard for students and teachers after having problems with my computer (MacBook Pro)
    I am wondering if there is a way to access my old serial number from when I originally installed CS6, or do I have to start over again and get a new serial number?

    You normally use the same serial number that you are first issued.  If you registered your product when you first installed it then you should be able to find your setial number available thru your Adobe account online.

    First be sure login and password are OK. Sometimes the address starts wit "http://..." and sometime starts with "ftp://...". Try both normal FTP access and Scure FTP access (SFTP). At the end, contact the site's provider.

    What updates are you trying to download?
    The last update was 9.0.3 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Photoshop Elements
    The last supported Camera raw is ACR 6.5 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Plug-ins -> Camera Raw
    Do you have a reason to update?

    My harddisk crashed, I installed my dreamweaver MX2004 from my orginal disk.
    I entered my serial No. - but activation didn't work.
    I tried to activate by phone - not successfull, phone no. doesn't exist.
    Is there a german telephone number for activating this product?

    As I wrote in another thread in this forum earlier today, you probably have the trial of iWork '09 on your hard drive. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
    Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

    as you can see there still are no options for 'activate' and 'deactivate' under the help sub menu.  The program opens fine and I can use it as expected.  All we really want to know is why Acrobat X Pro didn't download and install with our initial purchase.  This version seems to work but we don't know if it's a trial or the full version.

    Hello, recently I got photography subscription. After signing into cloud photoshop asks me for a serial number.
    I had a chat with adobe representative who recommended me to contact tech support, he stated that on Adobe side I have no subscription registered (though I have one in my user profile and I have an order id).
    On contact page it's been said that support is overloaded, so here I am ...

    The My Products may only show things that have been registered, which you cannot do because PS-CC is asking for a serial number, so maybe it is normal that nothing is listed, there, yet.
    Check for evidence of your subscription, here, in the orders section:

    For mine, I see both a subscription purchase confirmation and a list of the monthly transactions, similar to what is listed in two parts on creative.adobe.com.
    If nothing is listed at this www.adobe.com link then there may be a purchase problem due to non-Adobe payment order servicer, and you may find relief with someone like the Beverly that seems to fix people's purchasing/credit-card issues, after they post to this forum; however, your forum-post subject, which mentions serial-number problems, not purchasing problems, suggests a tech-support solution so it may be overlooked by someone like Beverly.
    If something is listed for your purchase on www.adobe.com then the issue could be a problem with licensing or the CC Manager app data stored on your local computer, whatever is making PS-CC think it needs a serial number, and probably someone from tech-support needs to connect remotely and hack something to get PS-CC to figure out you are licensed.  Usually logging out and back into the CC manager is enough to have the CC Manager rescan and figure things out, but that is usually for cases where a serial-number isn't being asked for and the CC Manager app doesn't see that PS is licensed.
    Another thought is that maybe the type of purchase you made via DigitalRiver does have some sort of serial-number associated with it that would be included in some order confirmation correspondence, so check any e-mails or digital-receipts that you received as part of the order process to see if a serial-number is listed.
    Finally, where did you get the version of PS-CC that you installed?  If it was not from the either a button in the CC-Manager app or an icon on the creative.adobe.com pages then it may be the wrong version and the fix would be to uninstall what you have and download and install the CC-Manager/Creative version, and it might be worth doing this, anyway, even if you do think you installed the right version, in case something didn't quite work in the first install.  I don't know if your European location would cause the wrong version to be downloaded.

    I am having htis same issue.  Every time i've gone to chat i've been transferred repeatedly, asked the same questions and get no help.  They opened a support ticket and then closed it saying well go ahead and reinstall it and that should work.

    I just ran the cleaner tool to remove CS6 and CC componenets.. just tried to install CS6.  I selected install with serial and its saying the serial number I entered is Invalid.
