Error message "Your request is prohibited because it would cause a cycle"
When I try to go to my inbox I get the message 'Your request is prohibited because it would cause a cycle'. I've tried exiting and reloading but the same thing happens
Shortcuts or specific links that you bookmark (a bookmark also stores POST data) may only be valid during the current session.<br />
If you use them at a later time then they may have become invalid and in that case you get a server error.<br />

What should I do to get beyond it? I can get other Firefox windows open . thanksSuch issues can also be caused by using as bookmark to go to a specific page.<br />
If you do or did that then try to access the site via the main (home) page and follow the current links to go to the mail page.
You may have to remove the currently used bookmark(s) to go to the mail and try to create a new bookmark (there may be POST data saved with it).<br />
If you keep having problems then you have to stop using a bookmark to go to the mail and use the longer route via the Yahoo! home page.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" -

I have Iphone4 brought from at&t USA(carrier locked) and i am in india now, i contacted at&t and requested for an unlock for me to use with indian carriers.
I got an email confirming the unlock has been completed from at&t and asked me to connect the device to itunes and do a back&restore, after the restore process i get an error message on itunes "your request cannot be processed, please try again after sometime" i tried it with my airtel sim card and also at&t sim card but did not work. I contacted at&t and they confirmed that the unlock request was successful but i still get the same error.

I wouldnt know have never opened phone in my life,wouldnt know how to, then went direct to Apple Regent St London who also said "screw missing, warrenty void, then produced a phone just out of contract due to upgrade,a vodaphone carrier 3gs, it was unlocked but then told by apple the owner had to go to vodaphone and get it unlocked on their books which could take up to 48 hours, it is now 72 hours later and i have the same error despite backing up old phone with i tunes and i cloud,am very angry and am paying alot for a contract every month, all i can see is "no service and waiting for activation" and all ths started when I upgraded to IOS 6.Am extremely upset and still under warranty but no one seems to want to help me to connect to WiFI, i cannot keep going to Apple Regent Street at lunchtime and be shooed of with excuses, this replacement phone 3gs should work and it doesnt. Am extremely annoyed with the info i have been provded wth by Apple staff.Now I havent had a phone since 25th december.

When I inserted my memory card from the camera into the computer it opened the Adobe window. I clicked on the get photos icon and the process of downloading to the computer began as usual. But when it was complete an error message came up No file found. Now I cannot open anything to view any of my previous photos. How do I fix this ?
The Camera Connection Kit works with SD cards, not Memory Sticks.
Maybe you can find an MS to SD adapter, or use the USB connection with the USB cable that came with the camera. -
This happens on both the iTunes Store on my iPhone 4S and on the desktop version of the iTunes Store.

message "there was an error processing your request" keeps coming up on the screen as I try to sign in to make an appointment at the genius bar?
Same thing was happening (2015). Never found out why but easiest solution is to call AppleCAre and they will set up the appointment.

Try activating your iPad using another WiFi network
Ask someone who does have a computer running iTunes for help.

i've tried to reset, shut down... nothing works.I''ve may found a bit of solution to help you.Recently I've encoutered this problem.Heres the way to try.It works for me on ipad mini ios 6.1.3:
1.Close the appstore.(open multitasking bar and execute it by pressing the appstore icon until it wiggles)
2.Go into setting>iTunes&appstore.
3.Sign out from your apple ID.
4.Turn off the iDevice(shut it down for a few minutes)
5.Turn on iDevice.
6.Try open Appstore.
7.If it works,you can sign in again!
