Error 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library' ?
The program works fine, but when clicking 'fx Effects' I get the error and the the program shuts down.
Does anyone know why or has a possible solution?

You appear to be working with Premiere Elements 11 on some version of Windows. Is that correct? What computer operating system?
I found it curious that your version appears to be non English, but the error message is in English. Be that as it may....
If you open a new project with the same file and click on the fx Effect Tab, do you get the same error message when just clicking on fx Effects?
Do you get the message under any other circumstances?
For initial troubleshooting, please delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if that does not work, then delete the whole 11.0 Folder in
which the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit

and in the 11.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. And, if that does not work, delete the whole 11.0 Folder in which the
Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives enabled so that you can see the complete path cited.

after installing the actions?
Then let the pse 10 editor run for about 10 to 20 minutes to rebuild the effects database. -
When trying to open iTunes I get an R6034 error for the iTunes.exe. It appears to be caused by Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. I'm using an HP DOS machine. When downloading an update to iTunes, an iTunes Error 7 (Windows error 1114) appears stating that iTunes did not install correctly. Does anyone have a suggestion for resolving this situation?

Runtime Error - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Each time I login to my Windows Server 2012 machine, after few minutes I keep getting the Runtime Error, even if I close the dialog box, it keeps repeating for 3-4 times.
Below is the error description

Based on my research, this issue could be caused by missing or corrupt system files, please try to run the "sfc /scannow" without the quotes in cmd to fix it.

When you uninstall, the items you uninstall and the order in which you do so are particularly important:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

what do i do about this. if anyone has any ideas to suggest dont be afraid to let me know. thnx in advancePoint audition at another folder into which you put your plugins one at a time until you find the one that gives the problem. Or you can do a hashing thing (copy half in, see if it's ok, if not, delete half, try again, etc etc).

Does the file downloaded size discrepency have significance?
Double clicking on the file activated the process:

After that function appered to finish with a 100% complete, I received the following error:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

OK"
Note, I may have installed Visual C++ in the past but have never used it. Does this error imply there are some missing links to Visual C++ that have confused and caused an error?

The official file size
8,015,928 bytes
= (8,015,928 / 1024) kilobytes, since 1 kbyte = 1024 bytes
= 7828.0546875 kbytes
= 7829 kbytes after rounding up
Therefore your downloaded file seems to have the correct size. To make a better check,
1. right click on your downloaded file;
2. select Properties;
3. check the size in bytes in brackets against the official size in bytes; the "bytes used" is the actual space allocated to store the data.
The Visual C++ runtime error is caused by a faulty installation of the Java bundle, which could have arisen due to interference by other applications that are open during the installation of the Java bundle. e.g. Interference by virus protection software running in the background. This error has also been known to occur in the installations of other programs.
To fix the problem, uninstall the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) you have installed, and reinstall it with all non-critical applications closed:
1. Choose Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs, select Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_01 (or something similar), click on the Add/Remove button to uninstall the JRE.
3. Reboot your system.
4. Close all non-critical applications, including background running programs such as antivirus programs and Microsoft Task Scheduler. This can be checked/done by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del, selecting each item except Explorer (and Systray), and clicking End Task for each.
5. Reinstall the JRE.
6. Reboot your system.

My FMLE 3.1/3.2 crash on W7 x64 system when I click Video Capture device settings. But if audio checkbox unchecked (audio disabled) it work fine (without audio).

===FMLE uses Directshow filters for its audio and video. The problem you are having is that the AVerMedia 7231 Analog Capture is buggy. You can narrow down the problem like this.
1) Run graphedit.exe or a similar graph building program. This application is within the tools of microsoft directshow. However, you can download alternatives on the internet.
2) Add the AVerMedia 7231 Analog Capture filter into the graph.
3) right click and choose properties. Set the device to the lowest settings you can find. mono , 8 bits per sample 11khz . Doesnt really matter, but useful to start small
3) connect its pin to DirectSound or any other windows audio filter you have installed. Alternatively , directshow has a filter named Scope which can draw waveforms. You can use that instead.
4) Run the filter and observe.
5) repeat the test with different settings. Slowly go up until you encounter the crash.
Sorry you have this problem, but often, other than updating the card, you might be out of luck . -

This can happen if you do not have the VS 2005 C++ Runtimes installed.
Download the VS 2005 C++ runtimes (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=3387) and install, then run the .NET runtimes installer again.
Login with administrator in the system and perform the below activity.
Re Install the Microsoft Visual Studio
Check the latest patch available from the SAP Market Place www.service.sap.com/swdc
Re Install the Dashboards.

The latest update to itunes has resulted in a whole series of runtime errors (R6034). Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library states it is being accessed incorrectly. I am also told that Apple Mobile Device Failed to Start. Additional messages suggest the error is in itunes.exe and ituneshelper.exe. I also get Error 7 (Windows error 1114). Anyone got any ideas how to overcome this (these) problems?
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
