I am receiving an error message:
"Access to “DDRC-Computer Class” in “Birthdays” in account “iCloud” is not permitted.
The server responded:
“403” to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation.
Revert to server /Go offline.
When I click revert to server the screen goes back to the same error message. When I click go off line the error message disappears, but none of my calendar appts. sync with my other devices.
We previously had a similar issue when migrating multiple accounts from MobileMe to iCloud. The issue was resolved by disabling and then enabling iCal sync through iCloud on our iMacs in System Preferences.
Always backup your calendar before troubleshooting (File > Export > iCal Archive).
The following steps are roughly from a Apple Support Community discussion.
Open iCloud in System Preferences.
Switch off (uncheck) iCal sync in iCloud System Preferences pane.
Backup iCal before doing this. You will need to remove calendar data.
Open iCal and verify the iCloud account is removed in the iCal preferences under accounts.
Close iCal, reopen System Preference and switch on (check) iCal sync in iCloud System Preferences pane.
Reopen iCal and verify the iCloud account is enabled in the iCal preferences under accounts.
At this point if the problem persists you might try completely signing out of iCloud and then signing back in. But remember to backup all related data (iCal, Contacts, Mail, Photostream, etc) before turning off iCloud sync!

I get the following error message day in and day out, what does it mean -- what can I do to make it go away? "The server responded: “403” to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation."
Now it keeps saying that it is restored but there is still no music or video on it. And a new error is coming up that says "We could not complete your iTunes store request. The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

I added downloaded calendar events last week and since I have been getting this error.
The server responded:
“403”
to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation.
I have tried syncing my iCal and no resolution.
Any suggestions?I had an event that was rescheduled, and was sent a new invite. desktop iCal had a problem trying to move the old event into the future date. It gave me that message above, the 403 error.
So I went into iCloud online and into iCal there and deleted the old event. Accepted the new event and it worked.
It couldn't automate that for some reason, and I think it has to do with the desktop remote software itself. When I deleted the original off iCal on iCloud, it updated on my desktop immediately. -
I keep getting the following error EVERY TIME I use iCal.
Access to “NO PLANS” in “Business” in account “iCloud” is not permitted.
The server responded:
“403”
to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation.
Any suggestions how to stop this error. It is SO annoying.I have this question too since installing Yosemite. It comes up with messages from a certain machine. All others are accepted without a problem.

Does anyone know how to repair this problem. It just began happening today.

I can not access Calender.
Keep getting blocked by message.
The server responded with error.
Access to account "virgin net" is not permitted.
The server responded:
"403"
to operation.
CalDAVAaccountRefreshQueueableOperation. Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
In the Internet Accounts preference pane, delete any calendar accounts you don't use.
If there's no improvement, delete all calendar accounts and add them back. With an iCloud account, all you have to do is uncheck and recheck the box marked Calendars & Reminders in the iCloud preference pane.
Step 2
You may be trying to access an invited event that you declined, or one that was rescheduled after you accepted it. The error message should give you a clue as to what it is. If the calendar is on iCloud, you can bring up the Calendar on the website and select
Show Declined Events
from the popup menu with the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page. The declined events will appear in gray, and one of them should match what's shown the error message. [Credit for this solution to ASC member Psi.]
Step 3
If you get the error when trying to accept an invitation in an email attachment, it's because the organizer didn't properly create the event.
Step 4
Follow the instructions in this support article. Modify as necessary for a calendar that's not on iCloud. -
Received 2 appointments from a customer, same date, same content, just different hours. Since then I receive message from iCal: Access to “Subject” in account “iCloud” is not permitted. The server responded "403" to CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation. In my opinion this is a bug, because iCloud is not able to handle 2 appointments at the same date with same content, just at different hours. The different hours should be enough individuality for each event on calendar.

Here are 4 identical events (other than time) in Calendar on my mac
Here is how they appear at iCloud.com
I concluded that iCloud has no problem with identical events seperated by time, so the question becomes what is wrong with your setup as opposed to what is wrong with iCloud. -

ps Ive tried deleting Ical from ICloud, & turning it back on, but it doesn't work.
thanks-If you are using two step validation then need to set a special log in for iPhoto as it can not handle two step validation
Otherwise in the iPhoto preferences ==> accounts delete your e-mail account and reenter it
OR
IMHO the better solution is to set Apple mail as the email client in the iPhoto preferences

"The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable..Exception.Message"
Getting exception above when performing various operation (site coll creating, group creation, adding users to group) for sharepoint online (Office 365) site using powershell script.
I want to create 3500 site collections using PS script. In-between getting above exception so it will skip one site collection creating and working again. for eg. after creating 11 site coll, script will through above exception and so 12th site coll will
not be create but working fine from 13 and so on...Remote server seems working to me...any additional check?
if problem with remote server then may be loop to create site provisioning should not start again..Right?

I get this error message when I try to back up my laptop:
' Time machine could not complete the backup. The backup disc image "/Volumes/Data/Lou Ann Buesing's Mac Book Pro. sparse bundle' is already in use. "
Anyone know how to fix it?Reboot the TC.. Sometimes you need to reboot the whole network.
This is what comes of Lion and then made worse in Mountain Lion of Apple not spending enough time to fix the bugs.

If one is downloading directly to the iPhone via WiFi, it doesn't matter what version of iTunes is on the computer.
I decided to sync my phone to Outlook via iTunes. First thing, iTunes discovered that 7.0.3 was not on my phone. It asked if i wanted to install it. I said, "yes", and VOILA!! 7.0.3 is now installed on my iPhone.
So therein is the answer. Have no idea what bug is in there to keep it from loading to some phones directly via WiFi, but obviously, it is something!!
There is no bug. While you can update your iOS via wi-fi, it's recommended to do so via USB & iTunes. Depending on your wi-fi connection & singal strength, you can get errors. That's not a function specifically of the device.
