Hi Experts,
While trying something at the BW server i suddenly got the below error
I am getting the error when i am accessing the T-CODE RSA1.
Error :- You have no authorization for basic types (activity 01)
I checked the ids of my colleagues all are getting the same messages...

Hi,
analyze the missing authorization with transaction SU53 immediately when the error appeared.
Ask your system/authorization administrator to grant you the missing authorization.

Hi,
1. Check in SU53 tcode
2. You are having RSECADMIN/PFCG tcode access?? If yes you can give authorisation for the same.
3. You dont have S_RS_ADMWB - authorisation
4. for your user id give this above authorisation
5. If you are unable to do the same, ask your basis team to give you the authorisation

Accessing RSA1 issueYou have no authorization for basic types (activity 01)

We are experiencing the following issue with RSA1
While accessing this it comes back with error
You have no authorization for basic types (activity 01)
This was working before and no authorizations got changed. Appreciate your feedback.

Check the authorizations for the user in mentioned infotypes, you can help you with SU53 and ST01 (using auth trace) transactions.

Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display

Hello Expert,
I have a problem with authorization in MDG-F.
I want to create Account with Collective processing. After, entered Entity type, Edition and Chart of account, Blocking message "Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display" is displayed.
But, i checked in PFCG transaction, for this user profil, activity are : create or generate, Change and display. So, for me , it is correct.

Hi Heri,
the system behavior is correct. The account in company code consists of three entity types:
1) COA - Chart of Accounts (Type 3)
2) ACCOUNT - Account (A-Segment, related to ECC table SKA1, Type 1)
3) ACCCCDET - Account in Company Code (B-Segment, releated to ECC table SKB1, Type 1).
3) includes 1) and 2) whereas 2) includes 1). If you grant authorization only for 3) but not for 1) and 2), you cannot do anything.

SMT1 creating trusted system gives error No authorization for object S_ADMI_FCD even after giving authorizations in both the system. Was not able find the issue by debugging.

Hi,
Have you tried assigning authorizations to the id from which you are creating trusted system?
If no, please do it and check.
Also check in SU53 after getting the authorization error.
Also check the connection between two systems in SM59.

On compilation I am getting folowing error in above header file
"msg.h":Error: Illegal syntax for elaborated type specifier

Error during search for movement type (953)

Hi All,
When I'm trying to issue goods to an internal order, I get the below error
Error during search for movement type (953)
The explanation is as follows
The movement type of the warehouse system and certain parameters are assigned to each movement type of the inventory management system
In this case no movement type of the warehouse management system was assigned to the inventory management movement type used by the paramaters enclosed in parantheses in the eror message.
Is there some config missing in this case?? Please let me know how to overcome this error

when you create new movement types in MM, then you certainly have to create WM movement types too, if you want use the new movement types to post at a warehouse managed storage location.
This customizing needs to be done in IMG > LE > WM > Activities > transfers > define movement types
and
IMG > LE > WM > interfaces > inventory management > define movement types

OMB05602: An unknown Deployment error has occured for Object Type Deploymen

I was deploying a process_flow package here in named "PF_LOAD", then the following error occured.
OMB05602: An unknown Deployment error has occured for Object Type DeploymentContextImpl.generate WBGeneratedObject[] is null or length 0 for PF_LOAD.
Does anyone know what this error means or what possibly caused it?

Error - No authorization for object while viewing transformations in BI 7.0

Folks,
In BI 7.0, In the Data flow diagram, when I had tried to click on the transformation sybmol, system is throwing an error message No authorization for object   (authorization object ) Message no. RS_EXCEPTION250
Do I need to request for authorization to just view transformations or is this error something different ?

Error in idoc of basic type artmas05 - status 51 with Message no. MG537

Hi all,
I tried to upload the material master table through idoc creation of basic type artmas05. But when i'm trying to do that i'm getting status 51 with Message no. MG537. then I analysed the application log which displays the following
*The field MARA-MEINS/BAPIE1MARART-BASE_UOM(_ISO) is defined as a required
field; it does not contain an entry
*The field MARA-TAKLV/BAPIE1MARART-TAX_CLASS is defined as a required field; it does not contain an entry
*The field MARA-TRAGR/BAPIE1MARART-TRANS_GRP is defined as a required field; it does not contain an entry
*You have not fully maintained the tax classifications
*The field MAW1-WLADG/BAPIE1MAW1RT-LOADINGGRP is defined as a required field; it does not contain an entry
But i hv given values for all the above fields in their respective segments.So can any1 suggest me how to proceed further.
It would be helpful if someone could tel me the required fields in idoc to upload material master table through idoc.

Authorization for Document type in FB60.

Hello everybody,
On executing FB60 transaction code, i want to control the document type entry means
we have basically 2 types of document V1- Pune vendor bill and V2 Mumbai Vendor bill.
I have to give V1 document type authorization only for pune location user and V2 for Mumbai location user.
I had check the object in FB60 but I can't find the authorization object for document type.
I tried by creating test role name z:test and assign transaction FB60 in that role. when I assign this role to
test user he can post both the document type invoice.
So please suggest me how to give the authorization for the V1 and V2.

I believe that authorizations object F_BKPF_BLA is what you're looking for. To use it, however, you will first need to define an authorization group for document type you want to protect. This is done in transaction OBA7; select the document type you want to protect, go into details view and define a value for "Authorization Group" field (this is freely defined, you can enter any value you want).
After you've done this, a check will be performed on auth. object F_BKPF_BLA with the authorization group value you defined for the document type and activity.
(I've never implemented this in our system, but I'm fairly certain that this will work.)

Authorization for material type and material views

I would need to restrict a user group, in creation (MM01) and modification of material master, based of type material and material views.
The authorization, for each user should be:
- view, modify and create of all views, except accounting (B) for type material ZFER;
- view, modify and create of all views for type material ZOFF.
I tried to create 2 roles in PFCG with the following authorization objects:
1) M_MATE_MAR (Material Master: Material Types) ACTVT = *, BEGRU = ZFER and M_MATE_STA (Maintenance Statuses) ACTVT = *, STATM = A,C, D, E, F, G,K, L, P, Q, S, V, X, Z (excluding B)
2) ) M_MATE_MAR ACTVT = *, BEGRU = ZFER and M_MATE_STA ACTVT = *, STATM = B
but the effect is to be authorized, to all view for material type ZFER and ZOFF.
I have already updated the authorization group of the type materials (OMS2).
Is there a solution for this problem?

- Are both these roles assigned to the same user? then your purpose is not solved, It is more or less like giving full authorization.
- One role should be
M_MATE_MAR (Material Master: Material Types) ACTVT = *, BEGRU = ZFER and M_MATE_STA (Maintenance Statuses) ACTVT = *, STATM = A,C, D, E, F, G,K, L, P, Q, S, V, X, Z (excluding B) for view, modify and create of all views, except accounting (B) for type material ZFER. This should be assigned to one user
- Second role should be
M_MATE_MAR ACTVT = *, BEGRU = ZOFF and M_MATE_STA ACTVT = *, STATM = * for view, modify and create of all views for type material ZOFF. This role should be assigned to the second user.
