Error "No entry in table T589A for P" while creating new Infotype

HI,
I've created a new infotype (9605). All the tables, structures, screens etc. have been created using transaction PM01 successfully. But upon execution of Infotype from PA30, the infotype screen is displayed with the following error:
"No entry in table T589A for P"
Any input will be highly appreciated.

Hi Farooq,
Untill and unless the the field PSYST-IOPER is cleared explicitly in the program MP960500 (in PBO modules), this error should not occur.
Also is this error is coming only for 9605 infotype ? Also is any other info availaible in the error message such as entry in table t589a is not available for which value of OPERA (INS, MOD, DEL, LIS etc) ?

I created a custom PA Infotype with PM01 and now get error "No entry in table T589A for P". T589A is a table with function codes e.g. DIS, INS, LIS and also "P" & "Z". T589A is read when the dynamic PF-STATUS processing is done for Infotypes. I'm trying to do an insert with INS, but as the program tries to read from T589A, field PSYST-IOPER is blank. Any advice? Does anyone knows why do I encounter this msg "No entry in table T589A for P" when I run HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION for a specific customised Infotype. I am actually doing a Update operation that I encountered this problem.

1. For the paramter OPERATION
in the FM,
pass valid values like
DIS INS MOD
2. For update, the value is MOD
3. All valid values are contained in table T589A.

Payroll error: No entry in table T549A for key

Hi whilw running payroll, there is a error
No entry in table T549A for key
what could be the possible reason. there are 2 payroll areas one for monthly and the other for semi monthly. this is for semi monthly. monthly is running fine.

Go to the perticular table and check whether you have maintained any entries for Payroll area and date modifier for semi monthly period parameter also check whether run payroll bos is checked or not.

System error -no entry in table T093 for the chart of depreciation or ccode

When checking Depreciation Areas of Company Codes in overview for experts (transaction SPRO) I first get a warning message inconsistent rounding entries were corrected.
After saving once in the maintenance transaction (as recommended in the help text) I get the following system error: there is no entry in table T093 for the chart of depreciation or company code. I checked table T093 and all entries are in there!
What else I have to correct?

hi ,
yours is customizing problem only, check all steps once again in customizing. T093 is initial customizing for asset accounting. just go through below things and check based on this order all customizing.
1.     Copy Reference Chart of Accounts Depreciation / Depreciation Areas.
2.     Specify Description of Chart of Depreciation (COD).
3.     Copy / Delete Depreciation Areas.
4.     Creation of 0 Tax Codes for Non-Taxable Transaction.
5.     Assign Tax Codes for Non-Taxable Transactions.
6.     Assign COD to Company Code.
7.     Specify Account Determination.
8.     Create Screen Layout Rules.
9.     Define Number Intervals.
check one by one and if you find anything missedout do it, i think max you prblm solve, if not give some more details about your problem.

Error "No entry in table T551A" while creating set work schedule rule.

Dear Team,
I am getting following error while creating set work schedule rule.
Error "No entry in table T551A" for key 22 BBB [ here BBBB is my period work schedule]
The actual prob is i configured all the necessary steps but when i tried to create work schedule rule im getting this error. Also, in the same screen there is one field DWS grouping initially value in this is 00 and gread mode. But after giving ES grp, holiday calander ID etc etc when i try to save that screen that value is chainging to 22 from 00.
My ES grop=2 and PS grop=2 . Is that value is my ES and PS grouping..?? or some other thing.
Request you to please help me out.

HI, there are 8 steps you need to do below:
1. Group Personnel Subareas for the Daily Work Schedule
2. Group Personnel Subareas for the Work Schedule
3. Define Break Schedules
4. Define Daily Work Schedules
5. Define Period Work Schedules
6. Define Employee Subgroup Groupings
7. Define Groupings for the Public Holiday Calendar
8. Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules
All of them belong to TIME MANAGEMENT. I think you miss some steps above.
Please check it again.

No entry in table T001P for key - PT60

Hi Folks,
I´ve got the same error people have reported since some time in this forum, but I didn't find a clear reason or way to fix the issue.
The error "No entry in table T001P for key" is displayed for only 1 employee during time evaluation.I've checked table T001P, IT 0001, IT 0007, and everything seems tom be OK. I have other employee in same Work Schedule and other guy with same information in IT0001, but only this guy has the issue.
In other thread someone put "Make a blank entry in table and this fixes the issue", but it's not clear in how to do it or why this fixes the issue.

HI,
Check IT 2006 and IT0001. A valid record must exist in IT 0001 for the last 2006 record. Check BEGDA of IT2006 and review that is greater than BEGDA and lesser than ENDDA of any valid record in IT0001
If this is not happening, then RPTIME program returns empty values in table T001P and this causes the "no entry in table" message.

Hi,
The HR IDOCs are ending in error in our production system with the error:
No entry in table T527X for E
Message no. RP301
Diagnosis
The entry values must be stored in table T527X. The " E" value(s) are not in this table.
When the IDOC is reprocessed manually or by the standard program, the IDOC has OK status.
The error just started from today and we do not know as to what is causing this error.
I have checked in the FM that is processing the IDOC and I could not find nay reference to the table T527X or that message number.
Can anyone please help?

The IDOC is being processed by a custom Function module but this program was modified
and the changes were moved to the system last week.
If IDOC was getting processes Successfully till last week, Customization done recently is the Culprit
I am thinking about the complexity of the Standard Function (which almost processes all
types of HR master data and how developer must have managed to write Custom code for all of this.
Quite Complex I think.
The main change was that in some updation BDC is now used to update the screens
directly and then PA41 tcode is being called. Do you think this might cause the issue?
But then it works in reprocessing - strange.
In some places, the standard function module is used (code not changed for this) -HR_MASTER_MAINTAIN -
(i think).
Well what all I can say is track the error message while running the IDOC for first time and
that will only give you the solution.

No entry in table T512W for key 40 9913

Dear Guru
When I am running simulation payroll run, system is throwing this error "No entry in table T512W for key 40 9913".
9913 is the wage type which is getting updated due to INCS rule.
In the log, 9913 value is same as value of EDLI Contribution
/3F7 EDLI contri0101 32.50
9913 0101 32.50
I checked 40EPF feature and checked master data in 587, all are correct.Is there something I need to check? Please guide

I checked the customized WT entry table and there is no 9 series WT at all.
Recently patches were updated in development. Do I have to check 40EPF features or something. I was reading some reply here but I am not clear how to do such changes.

I had removed the integration PLOGi ORGA for some testing purpose. is it because of this. now i have set the integration switch back. still i am not able to resolve this.

Maintian the table V_t510, go to V_t510, enter the values like
40- Country Grouping
04- PS type
03- PS ARea
3- CAP(collective agreement Provision) which you have assigned to your employee subgroups in table V_T503Z.
MANAGER - Ps group
1 - Ps level
on 01.04.2008- start date.
in this table enter the wage type, which you have created under basic pay.
like
3 manager 1 1000 01012008 31129999
3 manager 1 1010 01012008 31129999

I have not used period parameter 01.but copied it to my customized one.I changed it to 01 and TE run successfully.
But my question is why after copying it is throwing this error? i cant find any logic

No entry in table T512W for key 40 0NPA

Hi ! all
i have some problem in payroll processing.
i have delimited the wage type 0NPA with end date as 26.11.2008. This wage type was a used for EPF calculation. Now there is change in policy with effect from 25.11.2008. This wage type is no longer a part of EPF calculation. So i delimited the same wef from 26.11.2008. Now am trying to process the salary for period 01.04.2009 to 30.04.2009, i am getting an error
" No entry in table T512W for key 40 0NPA for time 30.04.2009 ".
This is an indian salary senario.
Kindly suggest the solution.

I tried what you said
in SM30 modified V_512W_D for 0NPA and removed tick from cummulation item 11(EPF)
and processed the paybill i am till getting the same error.
I missed to mentioned that, i created the new wage type copy of the 0NPA as NPBS. As NPA is to be paid to employees but this should not be taken for EPF calculation. so i am using the new code for NPA and discontinue 0NPA.
Kindly suggest solution to overcome this problem

requisites: Add one custom Tab to transaction PPOME relative to Position (Object type S)
problem:"No entry in the table T589A for P" when entering the transaction PPOME, and choose my new added Tab.
I get this error message "No entry in the table T589A for P" when entering the transaction PPOME, and choose my new added Tab.
The thing is, if I comment the line "MODULE BEFORE_OUTPUT" in subscreen 7000 of the infotype (the tab is infotype specific) this error disappear. But then the data entered in the tab, which should be relative to one position (type S), is now displayed for all positions. When leaving the transaction, and entering again, in the same tab, the data has disappeared.
I think I should not comment this: "MODULE BEFORE_OUTPUT"
Why is this error being raised, and what must I do do stop it?
