how can i solve it?

I would request you to first check with the basis guy . Ask your guy to check with the SYSTEM and the CLIENT whether that particular system is working properly and mounted correctly by basis. Ask you basis to ping individual Local RFC within the system and outside the system. As seems you are under implementation process , so you will surly face such kind of issues. And regarding one client scenario. There should be a call between both the systems. Would like to know how you are trying to maintain the integration between the systems. Please check all the possible connectivity first with help of BASIS GUYS and once confirmed then again remove all the settings which you defined for logical system and re- do the complete process.

Hello all,
I try to send IDoc (INTERNAL_ORDER) from system A to system B.
I have done:
- BD64 / WE20 / WE21
But after having customizing I have got following error:
Different logical system for order xxxxxx
Message no. 2075ALE001
Diagnosis
Internal order xxxxxxx already exists in system B. Its master system B is different from the master system A of the new internal order to be distributed with the same order number xxxxxxx.
System Response
Internal order xxxxxxx with master system A cannot be distributed in system B.
Procedure
Check customizing for ALE for internal orders.
How to solve this?
My aim is to maintain internal order master data in test system.

I have found something.
If I change in table AUFK, logical from empty to A (master) and I run IDOC then IDOC has been correctly integrated.
Then: how to define "master"?

Hello everyone,
I freshly installed the latest SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial from scratch and like to configure ALE.
I followed thew steps of http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/EN/data/pdf/CABFAALEQS/CABFAALEQS.pdf
(ALE Quick Start) but cannot get through the following step on page 12:
From the R/3 Implementation Guide screen in TA SALE
choose Basis
    Application Link Enabling (ALE)
      Modeling and Implementing Business Processes
        Maintain Distribution Model and Distribute Views
Clicking on Maintain Distribution Model or using TA BD87, I immedeately get the following error:
The initialization of the logical system has failed.
With TA BD64 the error: Local logical system is not defined arises. I also looked at
/people/swaroopa.vishwanath/blog/2007/01/22/ale-configuration-for-pushing-idocs-from-sap-to-xi,
/people/vikash.krishna/blog/2006/10/15/replicating-hr-master-data-part-1 and
/people/kevin.wilson2/blog/2006/11/13/ale-scenario-development-guide describing the same actions
to find an explanation, but without success
I assume, the error does not occur because the trial version does not support it, but
because of other post installation activities that must be done.
I already created two logical systems and assigned them to newly created clients 100 and 200,
but this did not have any impact on BD87 and BD64 as i was hoping.
Does somebody know what to do here?

SCC4: new entries created
100     Sending System
200     Receiving System
SM59: new ABAP type 3 connections:
RFC_DEST_LS_100
RFC_DEST_LS_200
- Tab Logon & Security Logon user: current user (bcuser client 001)
Connection test is successful
- Technical Settings: target host: localhost
SALE: new logical systems created
LS_100
LS_200
SCC4:
double click on 100 Sending System   configured with logical system LS_100
double click on 200 Receiving System configured with logical system LS_200

goto SALE transaction and create logical system for your own system(System in which you are working)

we are working on SRM 4.0 and i got the below error messages while trying to create the shopping cart from catalog in quality system.
1. No Logical system for FI is maintained.inform system admin.
2. Enter company code.
3. Partner00000123458 not found.
we have checked org structure in production and quality system,but there is no problem with production. problem with quality system only. even both systems are having same structure.
can you please advise where we need to check the settings pertaining to logical system in SRM side.

But when I am executing the T-Code BD54 the system gives an information popup saying u201CChanges to Repository or cross-client Customizing are not permittedu201D and there is no new entry tab in BD54. Now when i am clicking on start immediately/schedule as backgroung job the following error appears. I have created the RFC also and its working properly. 600 is the newly created client.
RFC destination for client copy in systems with Financials Basis
(FINBASIS) component.
The system could not find any suitable RFC destination for processing
for client 001.
This note also appears if an RFC destination was found but this does not
work.

Event trace error: own logical system not defined ?

Hello,
i am trying to start a workflow when the status of a document changes to "completed". I was checking the event trace with transaction code : "SWEL" and i found out that the workflow is trying to start but there is some kind of error and the event trace is saying :
Your own logical system has not been defined for this client. Most of the ALE functions therefore cannot be used. No links can be written.
Any suggestiobns on what can be the problem ?

Sounds like you need to setup your client as a logical system, to do so..
To do setup the Logical System follow the following steps
In IMG Settings
Cross Applications -> Distribution (ALE) -> Basic Cofiguration.
Set up Logical System -> Maintain Logical System.
Create New Entries

IDOC sender: Error in Logical system name?

Hi,
In my current project, the IDOC sender system logical name is P2PCLNT100 but the SLD system name is P2P.
Its an IDOC to proxy scenario. At the receiver system side, the schemeAgencyID is getting populated at P2P and not P2PCLNT100, due to which there is an error on the receiver's side.
Following is already checked:
1. SLD has maintained the proper logical system name for the P2P system
2. The IDOC xml on the XI system has the sender port properly populated as P2PCLNT100
3. I have also debugged the program on the receiver side and fails at a point where it checks the logical system name from the database BBP_BACKEND_DEST.
On the receiver system, the followed error is shown as follows:

1. R/3 system's logical system name and SLD business system's logical system name has the same.
Is there a need to have the business system name in SLD to have the same name as R/3 system logical name?? As far as my knowledge goes, business system and logical system need not have the same name. Correct me if in the case IDOC sender scenario is different..
2. SLDCHECK shows following message:
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
The issue still persists. Will SLDCHECK correct solve the issue?

Our scenario is File-XI-IDOC , wherein we connect to SAP R/3 Development server for posting IDOCs
Now , we need to connect to SAP R/3 Quality server for posting the same IDOCs.
However, recently, the Quality system database was refreshed with production data completely Hence all the ALE configuration data in Quality tables got erased, due to which we are not able to send IDOCs to Quality
Now, we proceeded as follows :
1. We set up Logical System in Quality
2. We entered the partner profiles too
However when we goto transaction 'BD64' , it gives error as "Local logical system is not defined"
Hence we had to redistribute the profile from the sender system, and IDOC started being posted correctly
But, we need to know, why cannot we execute 'BD64' in Quality itself and also, will this have any impact on our IDOC posting
Further, if Quality is refreshed every now and then, do we need to repeat the above process each time or some other way is available to restore the ALE configuration data automatically

I am having a problem when costing a specific sales order. Can anyone tell me what this means and how we can solve this. I am a newb so please try to be clear. The following error appears:
"Planning overhead credits not allowed for BPR PD-BDT"

Diagnosis
You are not in the logical system where the transaction data for BPR PD-BDT is managed.

Error with Logical System - Long SID - SOLAR01

Hello,
We are using Solman Ehp1, stack 25. We have a problem in using Long SID (same SID) in Solar01
We are creating a new system in the landscape of a project. There was a copy of production system (called PCA) into a sandbox system keeping the same SID for both system PCA
We define a new product system in SMSY and we use a new long SID so that it is called PCAP. This new system recovered the logical system definition for each client which is the same for both PCA and PCAP system. Then we create RFCs for the new PCAP long id, no problem.
Finally we add the new system to the Logical Component Z_ERP with a new role 2 Sandbox system.
We went to the project SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN and assign the new system role 2 so that is available to use it in some test.
We go to transaction SOLAR01, switch to the new system role 2, and try to execute any transaction in the new server, it is saying that there is no logical system assigned to PCAP.... which is true, since the logical system is called PCAxxxxx.
Can you help us with that?

Hello Fabricius,
What I did is add the new PCAP system to the current Logical Component with the new system role Sandbox test so that they can perfomed some tests on that role. This system is a complete copy of the original PCA system, so internally everything is PCAP, and since I cannot have same SID in SMSY, I created as PCAP. And that causes a problem with the Logical System definition.
The actual error message is
smsy_ppms_api044
This error message was reported in another post back in 2009

BI Error Logical system name has been changed for this system

I have installed the BI system and did a client copy from 000 to 200 client with profile SAP_ALL.
Now I have loged into the system with client 200 and wen I run RSA1, I am getting the following error
message: "Logical system name has been changed for this system"

Hi,
Goto tcode SCC4.
Switch to change mode. (System will prompt that this table is cross client. Continue)
Select your client (in this case 200). Click on details button (next to change mode button)
Enter the proper logical system name in Logical system field.
Click on Save button.
Then try RSA1.

Best Methodology for creating a RFC Destination that also includes setting up Logical System is:
Use Transaction -> SALE /b]
1) Define Logical system :
Select Idoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE) -> Basic Setting -> Logical System -> Define Logical System

2) Assign Client to Logical system:
Select Idoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE) -> Basic Setting -> Logical System -> Assign Logical System to Client
3) Create RFC Destination: T-CODE (SM59)
Select Idoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE) -> Basic Setting -> Communication -> Create Rfc Connection
Follow steps in sequence. Hope it answers every thing.

Problem with logical system name

Hi All
We are facing problem when connecting Ecc 6.0 and BW
When i execute the RSA 1 transaction, i am getting the following error:
Logical system name has been changed for this system
I raised this issue to SAP.
I got the following reply:
Please see if the RSADMIN table has the correct logical system in BW.
If the logical system name here is incorrect, use report
sap_rsadmin_maintain to change the logical system name.
We reffered the Table RSADMIN, but couldnt identify which field has got logical system name.
Then we executed sap_rsadmin_maintain program in se38, but dont know what to enter in value and object field.
Can anyone help in this regard

Hi Lars,
I would start RSA1 in debugging mode. Try to establish which check is giving you this message by e.g. trying to set breakpoint at message.
Like this you can at least check which entry must be converted in order to be able to proceed.
