Error: EDI partner profile not available
Hi all,
We just installed CRM and BW servers and trying to integrate them. After creating CRM Source system in BW, during Activation its giving following errors:
1. No Partner Profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key: /CLNT001/LS//<b>RSSEND</b>////This refers to the key fields in table EDP13: (RCVPRN, RCVPRT, RCVPFC, MESTYP, MESCOD,TEST)
2. No Partner Profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key: /CLNT001/LS//<b>RSINFO</b>////This refers to the key fields in table EDP13: (RCVPRN, RCVPRT, RCVPFC, MESTYP, MESCOD,TEST)
3. No Inbound Partner Profile could be found with the following key: /CLNT001/LS//<b>RSRQST</b>//// Key consists of following fields (SNDPRN, SNPPRT, SNDPFC, MESTYP, MESCOD, MESFCT, TEST)
4. A Partner Profile could not be found with the following key: /CLNT001/LS/, This involves the key fields of table EDPP1 (PARNUM, PARTYP)
Please let me know how to resolve these errors. I'm unable to solve these as i've very little experience with both CRM and BW.
Thanks & Regards,
Vikas SharmaHi Vikas,
Please check your partner profilesin the transaction WE20. Check if there is a TRFC port connected to your client system in transaction WE21. If not maintained, you will have to ask basis team to maintain these settings. If they are maintained, check your trfc connectivity in SM59.
Thanks and Regards

Invoice EDI error : EDI: Partner profile inbound not available
Hi EDI experts ,
We are connecting our SAP ECC 6 ( Ehp 4) system to 3rd party system Mincom via SAP PI, to send PO Creation message (Outbound) and receive Vendor Invoice message( inbound). We already done all the settings..Output determination procedure, Partner Profile ( WE20) , Port creation , Condition Records, EDI settings in SPRO for invoice..etc as below:
Logical system ( BD54)
ECC system - EDACLNT112,
PI systems u2013 IDACLNT210
Third party u2013 LSMINCOM
Port ( WE21)
IDACLNT510 : For PI with RFC destination IDACLNT510
Partner ( WE20)
LSMINCOM : (Partn.Type LS)
Outbound parmtrs.- Partner Role- LS, Message : ORDERS , Port - IDACLNT510
Inbound parmtrs.- Partner Role- LS, Message : INVOIC , Message Variant- MM, Process code u2013 INVL, Trigger immediately (Process code INVL have Identification - IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM, Option ALE u2013 Processing with ALE services , Processing type- processing by functional module)
Here PO Creation is working fine . IDoC of PO outbound message have below details :
Recipient information:
Port : IDACLNT510 (Logical system & Port created in WE21 )
Partner Number : LSMINCOM ( Logical system and Partner created in WE20)
Partn.Type : LS
Function : LS
Sender information:
Port : SAPEDA ( donu2019t know how it created..but in WE21..it is not there)
Partner number: EDACLNT112 ( Logical system and Partner created in WE20)
Partn.Type : LS
Partner Role :Blank
Just started testing, our PI team is sending the IDoC, with wrong information on partner & other data, so inbound IDoC failing with error u201CEDI: Partner profile not availableu201D. Oaky. I reprocessed these failed IDoCs by changing Partner data just opposite (i.e. Sender info as Recipient info & vice versa) to successful PO Creation O/B message in WE19 in EDIDC and when I click on u201CStandard Inboundu201D, then another window open giving error message u201CPartner profile not maintainedu201D and creates new IDoC with status 56

can anyone tell me what is the problemHi
Please refer doc and do the following steps.
1. Take a copy of the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin/iasobf file
2. Change the ORACLE_HOME=to the correct IAS_ORACLE_HOME
3. Re-run the SSO registration by following the three step process

LSMW- Error :No target structure could be found.
Hi All,
In LSMW I'm using Business Object BUS1001006 and Method SAVEDATA.
Which is working fine in Development system and Testing system. But the problem is in the production system.
At the 4th step (Maintain Structure Relation )in LSMW I'm getting an error ' No target structure could be found. '.
It would be thankful if any one could suggest me how can we solve this problem?
Thanking you,
Sureshok....fine....seems lke i found ur problem .
For using a bapi , u need to create ale message type ( tcode bdbg ) . Aftercreating message for this BAPI, the server will generate a new ALE idoc message type, and function inbound and outbound to handle this kind of idoc.
Next, you can configure the LSMW for BAPI ,(if you don't do the first step, the BO can't been choosen in the LSMW).
Then you choose the business object and method appropriately. The target structure of this LSMW scenario is the IDOC type of you create for this BAPI.
Remaining steps are like in normal lsmw .
You have to maintain settings for inbound processing of idoc in each server seperately . Check wt u have done in dev\test server for inbound processing . Repeat the same in production server . -
Issue in Partner Profile config for Outbound IDOC
Hi Experts,
I have requirement like, When ever there will be any change in a Sales Order an Outbound IDOC will get triggered though a output type. This IDOC will save a file in the Application Server.
The Message Type i am using is ORDERS and the Basic Type is ORDERS05.
I have created a Partner Profile also a Receiver Port of type FILE.
I have Assigned Message type in Outbound Parameters.
I have assigned Receiver Port and Basic type under "Outbound Option".
I have Assigned Applications as 'V', Message type as 'Output Type' and Process Code under "Message Control".
When i am changing any Sales Order no IDOC is getting Triggered. I checked the Sales Order>Extras> Output> Header> Edit, the Output type is in Status RED with Message " No Partner Profiles (Message Control) Maintained".
Please guide me if i have missed any configs.
Help me solving this issue.
Thanks in Advance!
PriyabrataHi Priyabrata,
please try changing in your partner profile the application from V to V1. Another problem that's often causing the partner profile not to be found are the partner functions that are added automatically by SAP, but sometimes forgotten in the partner profile.
I don't have a SAP system at the moment, but as far as I remember the long text of the message indicates the partner profile parameters that SAP uses for the lookup.
If all of this doesn't help, I'd quickly debug this and see why SAP's not picking up the correct partner profile.
Cheers, harald -
I*sqlplus: Internal error (no valid library could be found)
Hello
I have installed Oracle 8.1.7 on Windows NT

On Windows NT, I have installed i*sqlplus.
However, when connecting from browser
in the index file
I've given a valid username/password of

on Oracle 8.1.7 on Sun Sparc.
This connect string is created using
Net 8 assistant and this connect string
is on the Windows NT with Oracle 8.1.7.
However, instead of connecting I
am getting the error
Internal error : (no valid library could be found)
Can you please help me?
ThanksCyril,
Can you connect to the database using the command line version of SQL*Plus? If so, you're using the correct syntax.
It sounds like iSQL*Plus is not set up correctly. Do you have the necessary 8.1.7 components on the NT machine (Oracle HTTP Server, Net8, SQL*Plus)?
Review the installation documentation, and/or post more specific information on your set up.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. My first suggestion is to use the HTTP listener on the RDBMS bundle. This is what iSQL*Plus 8.1.7 Beta was built for.
The HTTP servers on the iAS and Database releases require mods to be compiled differently.

Edi partner profile is not found!!!!
Hi
I have created an info package in development and i have transported to quality. And trying to load the data from flat file.
And i have simulated it and it works fine.
but after loading the data in the monitor it is still yellow. And i got the message.
EDI : partner profile not found.
can anyone help me on this!!!
thanxs
harithain your bi system. run trans WE20. under Partner type LS you can see your Source System "partner profile". check the existence of your flat file soursystem - "partner profile".
if it isn't existed you have to create one.
in case you don't know how to create, freely to ask me.

Bridge is acting real funny lately: It won't close, so I have to force quite, then I get the error message: "The operation could not be completed. The file is Locked"

Running Adobe Acrobat Professional 10.1.0. I cannot upgrade to newer version because several applications were already tested on this version.
When trying to complete an electronic signature, my users receive the error message ""The document could not be saved. This file is already open". When they close and open the file again to try to sign again they find a corrupted electronic signature. Instead of a clean signature with the box colored in light blue they see their signature with the embedeed message Click Here to Verify & Sign with the box colored in grey.
We turned off antivirus in the Sharefolder where the forms are stored and nothing. We turned off the antivirus on the client and nothing. We stored the files in another server and nothing. One workaround is saving the file in the desktop, signing it, and then back to the Sharefolder. Another is saving the file with a different file name.
I've searched and the only similar thing was caused by the Windows Preview Pane. See Information Transmogrification: Adobe Acrobat saving a file does not work, displays “File may be read-only”. No luck with this one too.
Is definitively an intermittent problem. The users that experience the problem experience it intermittently.
This started to happen when we move our computers to Windows 7.
Any ideas?Correction on Question:
This is a web application and the users need to be able to load the editable .pdf form from the website, edit it and submit it back to the website from within Internet Explorer.
Users began getting the error message:
'The document could not be saved. This file is already open.'
last Friday after having no problems prior to this. Some users can edit the editable .pdf forms on the website and save the file with the same name to the website. Some get the error mentioned in the subject.
We really need help getting this resolved.

Partner profile settings.. for IDOC to File
i am trying to send Idoc to XI system from my r/3..
once iam sending from r/3 we19 ,i am getting error like this
receiver port " port name " does not exist in the table of port descriptions ..
how can i maintain receiver port in sender sys..?it is asking for RFC destination which is there in receiver sys but not in sender ....
how should i configure...
(Note: i have sent file to Idoc with same configuration settings..)
NOW
i am sending IDOC FROM IDES TO XI as FILE
Control record :in we19 ( IDES5.0)
(XI-System)(SYS ID =O36) (IDES5.0)(SYS ID = O20)
Receiver: Sender:
port:SAPO20_800 port:XI_00_800
partnerNo:036CLNT036 artnerNo:T90CLNT090
i have maintained outbound settings in T90CLNT090..
thanks in advance..

THANKS FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSES .HERE I added ALL DETAILS OF CONFIGURATION..from which iam getting errorHi,
Steps to do ALE Configuration with respect to IDOC:
Configuration in R/3:
1. Create a RFC destination using Transaction = SM59
2. Create the ports using we21 and refer the port to the created RFC dest in above Step.
3. Create a Logical System using Transaction BD54.
4. Create a partner profile using transaction WE20.
Also need to configure in XI:
1. Create a RFC destination using Transaction = SM59
2. Create the ports using Transaction IDX1 and refer the port to the created RFC dest in above Step.
3. The port has to be displayed in the IDX2 transaction and we should be able to view the idocs which we imported through integration repository otherwise we have to manually import the idocs from IDX2 using the port created above
Also refer to the link below for further details:
