Hello.
And before I get to the main point: I'm new to the forum, and have just drafted an entire message, gone to 'preview', found a couple of things to edit, and been unable to get back to my text in editable form, and have lost the whole message instead. Hints, please ?
Anyway, to the main point:
I get the following glitch from time to time. I (usually wake up and) find that I can get into my emails on BT Yahoo! itself perfectly well, but that OE6 is suddenly requiring confirmation of my logon details, and rejecting my password.
I've never found anything that I can do about it, except change my password, which itself implies a period of down-time - so usually I just keave it and it clears spontaneously within hours or a day at most.
On the face of it Error Number: 0x800CCC92 points the finger at the server - except that I have already been in on the server directly, and found all working fine. Maybe BT are doing maintenance at these times, which allows direct direct access, but not through third parties ?
I'd be very interested to know if other users get this as a recurrent problem. And it'd be nice if the moderator or other BT rep would give an official version and advice.

That combination looks very long odds to me. Occam's Razor suggests to me that a single intrusive event entirely outside my system is much more likely.
And while the powers that be aren't racing in to help, equally they're not denying it, are they ?

My suggestions were only to really exclude them totally from any possible problem, though only a small chance anyway.
The problem is clearly a mail server problem for your access, and possibly a slight corrupt account which self clears after a while. I actually don't believe there is a lot that can be done to be honest (apart from trying with the other mail server setting to see how that goes), sporadic access errors are extremely difficult to trace I would guess. Yours do seem to re-occur more than other reports I've seen.
The only way to find out any problem is a one to one, check where you are talking to a broadband engineer who has access to all the servers and login stuff so that the can see exactly what is happenning at the exact time of the problem.

    As per the error message, you can at least grant the BDC service application pool account the EXECUTE perimssions on the sp_BusinessDataConnectivity_DV13 database

    I know, this is old known error, but I cannot resolve the problem. Many solution I have read a applied, but some workflows still shows: error number 3.
    1) user was notified by this:

    2) error shows this error:

    The error that appears is a generic error.
    But the activity that is erroring out is "XXKDoes Approver Have Authority" is an customized one..
    Can you ask your technical engineer to reivew the events associated with the activity, to troubleshoot further.
    If you want to confirm, whether the issue is arising out of oracle code - you can forceload the workflow and then retest the issue.
    If it still errors - you can ask "oracle Support" to assist.

    That is correct Das_Sad.  CS2 will not run on Intel based processors under Mac OS.  You will need to find a Mac computer with a PowerPC processor if you wish to run Creative Suite 2.

    The response buffer size of IIS Server has to be increased. Execute the below steps in HFM Web server:
    - Go to Start > All Programs > Oracle EPM System > Foundation Services > EPM system Configuration.
    - Select Configure Web Server under Financial Management > Configure IIS for Financial management Web Application > Click on Advanced Options.
    - Change the "Response Buffer Size to 1073741824 > OK > Next > Finish the configuration.

    What app are you trying to download? Is it iPhoto for iOS?  What error message are you receiving? The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Store account on your iPhone. Then restart the device and log in again.

  • Can't Uninstall/Install Quicktime error number: 0x80040707

    I am also having probelms with quicktime. I went to uninstall/reinstall it and have had no luck. When I run the uninstall shield, it starts and then before it goes farther than half way loaded it disappears.
    I tried everything listed in the post below mine with no luck but I noticed that I have a different error code.
    Also, I tried to install the standalone 7.0.4, it installs and then before it completes, when I click finish is comes up with this error:

    Setup will now terminate
    I can't do anything with quicktime: run updates or use the plugins: nothing comes up or it restarts my firefox. What do I do? Really appreciate any help, I'm useless technologically. Thanks

    this is the error msg i get.and i went thru ur previous posts and did everything it said.the problem is still there.and as u stated in one of ur posts,itunes was working perfectly until i installed a video codec.i donno what happened after that.i tried restoring my computer to a previous setting.still it doesnt solve the problem.

    If you can not use CS4 menu Help>Activate|Deactivate to get the install working again you may need to re-install CS4.

    Just in case the component being referenced is not part of iTunes but is rather part of one of the other related programs, it might be worth trying a complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related componentry, as per the following troubleshooting document:

    Please try to avoid posting duplicate forum posts.
    This command :
    bouser@v-bo-1 bobje$ ./ccm.sh -restart ras
    Restarts RAS server and has nothing to so with WebIntelligence.
    To be able to Start/Stop servers from CMC, you have to have rexec running on your Unix box.
    Google rexec for more information on what it does and ask your Unix admin to enable it.

    -12018 means " Missing publication."
    Since the DemoSite is a new site that doesn't exist in the CSDT target environment, I would import the site first, e.g.

    NOTE: Make sure the site was exported to your datastore before import.
    Then, import assets of this site:
    java com.fatwire.csdt.client.main.CSDT http://hostOrIP:8080/cs/ContentServer username=fwadmin password=xceladmin resources=@ALL_ASSETS:*;@ALL_NONASSETS:* fromSites=DemoSite cmd=import
    Note that the parameter is fromSites, not fromSite.
