but, when i added 3 new movies this morning,
error occurred. it shows /iPod cant be sync. unknown error occurred (13019)

1. Photoshop 14.2.1 is now two releases out of date. You might want to go to your Creative Cloud application and ask it to install Photoshop CC (2014). Earlier this year Adobe released 2014.0 as a separate install that can live side by side with 14.2.1. Then just a few days ago they released 2014.1 as an in-place upgrade to 2014.0.
2. You may be able to update Camera Raw directly to version 8.6 by a link from this page:

IF you don't have a backup of your phone either thru icloud or iTunes, where do you expect to restore your pictures from?

When linking the icloud 3.0 software to my 2010 outlook an unepexted error message pops up. Can anyone help?
Not sure if you are trying to upgrade iCloud storage to make more room for the upgrade, but that won't help you. If you do not have enough room on your device for the upgrade, then you have to delete some things off of your device. You can also try to do the upgrade via iTunes on the computer you sync with. A direct upgrade does not require as much memory as a Wifi upgrade.
Upgrading iCloud storage only provides more storage for your backups and for your iCloud sync'd items like messages, contacts, etc.
Until the iCloud Drive is fully functional, iCloud will not help you to increase the memory capacity of your device.
And, right now, the iCloud servers may just be overloaded with activity.

Im trying to burn music to my CD but i have a message appearing saying "disc error or softrware not found" can anyone help me?. Ive had a look at the computer settings about the disc drive but everything seems to be up todate with all the latest softwares.

Yes, annoying. A couple of options:
While it's playing the current A song, click on the H song to select it (but not double click to play it), when iTunes jumps to the second A song, press the down key and iTunes will remember that you had that H song selected and will move the selection to the second H song while the second A song is still playing. So, still jumps around, but easy to get back to where you were.
Create a new playlist for your music, right click on it, select "New Window" and you can browse your music in a second list while the first window continues to play music. But if you then start playing music in that second window, you have to go back to the first window if you want to start browsing again. Not great if you're navigating around to play the next song.
Play music from iTunes DJ, then as you're browsing around your library, you can add things to play next in DJ, and go back. You can combine this with previous suggestion, to keep DJ open in one window while you browser in the other window.
None of these are great, but maybe one of these works better than your current workflow. -

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help. We have 5 apple devices in our household, an i pod touch, mini i pad, i pad and two i phones. We have a family apple ID address that we have just had to change and since changing this it has caused a problem in the two I phones. We have I cloud, but we have now lost the ability to use I message, also both my husband and I's contact lists have merged onto each others phones, it's almost as if his phone has taken clone ship of mine, changing all the names on my text messages to those of people we both have stored in contacts just under different titles. It's all very confusing and we have spent nearly 4 hours trying to sort it out, for something that was as simple as changing an apple ID we seem to have created a never ending problem! Can anyone please help? Thank you

I am having problems uploading a photo book from my MacBook Pro!!! I almost complete uploading this 32 page iPhoto book when I get an error message stating "An error occurred uploading your order" This error message has occurred for each of my four attemps to upload. I have carried out a Disk Utility-Verify hard drive check and swapped from wireless to ethernet and still no joy. Can anyone suggest why this might be occurring and provide a solution please?

Go here first: http://www.renobowls.com/tournaments.cfm, then click on the button to the right of Test 2. You don't have to fill in any of the text areas but select one of the Bowling Centers from the drop down box. Then click "Register Me." You will see all the variables passed by the form at the top of the page...INCLUDING the Bowling Center you just selected from the drop down box on the previous page. How can it be passing the variable yet the query (insertRegistration) states it is not defined!!! UHGRRRR...Well...hmmm. This is a new one on me. Used to be so easy. What happened? I made the necessary changes but I am getting a totally new error message. I have checked the number of query fields against DB...all checks. Did the same in my queries (unless I am missing something). It states that I have a syntax error. Where? What? I cannot for the life of me see it. Thanks in advance...An incomplete class type can be used only to declare a pointer to the type. You cannot use a member of a class until the class definition has been seen.
Move the definition of class B to a point ahead of the first use of a B member. It's always possible to do that. For classes that reference members of each other, you might need to define member functions outside the class, after both of the class definitions.
