Error occure when I jump from one form to another

I have one master form which have searchable datagrid and
modify,cancel buttons.
I fill up the datagrid loading the form,on selecting the row
from datagrid ang pressing modify button an editable window is
calling,it executing correctly but while loading the form it giving
an error like

Focus lost moving from one form to another in web deployed forms6i

I have developed an application using forms6i rel 2
The forms server is installed on windows 2000 and all necessary set up is done on the forms server. Patch 18 is also applied.
On the client side I am using IE 6 and JRE Java 2 Ver 1.5.0_9-b03
Everything works fine. But when I navigate from one form to another, the cursor focus is lost. This also happens when I navigate from one block to another block within the same form.
In such situation when I press Windows button on the key board twice, the cursor reappears. It seems the problem is because the applet window where the forms is running is not refreshed while navigating to different forms.
Can anybody guide me to solve this problem.

Hi,
I also have same problem ´but with forms 10g.
If i set SeprateFrame=True then it works fine. but if applet is inside ie window and i move from this IE window to any other window and come back then focus is set to first menu item.
whenever user comes back to forms apps, has to click somewhere in applet to activate it, this is so irritating.
Seems that even oracle does not have any workaround for this, same thing happens on forms demo which is provided by oracle.

Is an error message appearing? If yes, what does it say?
Then you can't transfer files between apps, you'll need to use iTunes.
If you do not have the file on your computer, just connect your iPad, download the file into the computer from the original app and upload it to the other/new app.

Passing a parameter from one form to another

I'm trying to pass a parameter from one form to another. I've read lots of postings about this, and I have succeeded in calling the second form using code behind one of the existing Portal buttons (insert). Here is the code:

Data not transfering from one form to another

I have designed two forms in which i want to transfer data from one form to another which contains lot of fields.Process starts wid filling the first form(form1) from the workspace and all the data from dat form will be transfered to next level user who is having form2.Both forms contains two pages each.I tried with the SETVALUE ACTIVITY after designing two forms but its showing error.

No am not using any xml schema .i have designed the two forms with the same fileds and field names.what cpould be the problem.After submitting the task from the start process it is going to the next user level but the form is getting added twice in the to do list of that user and data is not getting bound.If u want i can sned u my lca files or forms.

Screen on my i pad is jumping from one page to another

for the past few days, the screen on my i pad is jumping from one page to another on its own. Also it flickers when not in use.The i pad was purchased in Bangalore ,India in May, 2013

No. Photo stream only streams photos, not videos. To transfer videos between your devices you can either import them to iTunes and sync them, or (more conveniently) use an app like PhotoSync or Bump.

IPads jumping from one SSID to another?

One of my customers is experiencing this problem, their iPads are jumping from one SSID to another causing intermittence in the service. There are 3 SSIDs, two with WEP and one more open.

When you deploy wireless, on of the biggest problems is no control over wireless profiles. There is nothing you can do on the AP. If the user has added all three SSIDs, well that means the device has a choice of what SSID it wants to connect to. The only way to prevent the issue you are having is to only have the iPad users connect to one SSID. It might be training of users to let them k ow what they can and shouldn't do. Maybe not broadcasting the SSID is what you need to do so these devices don't automatically join networks.

How to concatenate values from one form to another form using calculated columns in sharepoint?

Im new to Sharepoint.
I need to know , how to fetch the x1 , x2 values from one form to another form x1, x2 fields, this wants to happen when 2 forms ID fields(Drop down field) are same.
ex:
first module I have 3 fields like, "Marketing ID" , "Company name" , "Vendor name".
second module I have the same related fields like "Marketing ID" , "Company name" , "Vendor name" and some more fields.
now i need to fetch the information from 1st module to 2nd module ( "Company name" , "Vendor name" ) when I select the Marketing Id(Drop down - field)
it should be want to show in Calculated columns.
Can someone make a suggestion on how I can do this.

Calculated Columns can only generate a value from fields of the current item. And only some types of fields (for example, it can't use a lookup column).
Consider using a workflow to accomplish your goal.

In my Scenario, i need to do ABAP Mapping in order to change Incoming structure from one form to another.
My Input to ABAP Mapping (OO ABAP Program)would be :

OK, to prove the example here is what I did:
I have a form referencing the DEPT table.
I created a item called 'Search' and of type button.
I created a 'custom' PL/SQL block and added the following code:

Note: you need to reference the column with an 'A_' prefixing the columm name.
I left the name 'DEFAULT' as it is.
OK so I set this to a variable and now want to call a Report called EXAMPLE_SQL_REPORT which was created with the following code:
select * from scott.emp where deptno = :deptno;
The bind variable being the custom parameter for the report.
I called the new report with the PORTAL30.wwa_app_module.set_target procedure and put in the full URL path (in this example) of the server and report.

I'm working with the trial version of RoboHelp 9.0, trying to evaluate it for my company before we go ahead and purchase it.
Basically I'm importing a Word document and then exporting it into a .chm file.
I'm using a programing tool to jump from one topic to another in the compiled CHM file.
The topic is displayed just fine but the content on the left side stays closed and doesn't open accordingly.
I'm not sure how to extract from the RoboHelp viewer a topic's HTML address to serve as an input for my programming tool.
I'll appreciate any idea.

X is existing infoobject and Y in new one.
go to infosurce-search for X-create export datasource - map the rules and load the data.
This is one way.
Other way is u can use X as a reference object of Y so that both of them have same structure and both objects will share common database tables in BW which are exsting for X.

Sure. To replace the underlying page contents and retain any fields, document-level code, links, etc., select: Document > Replace Pages
you will likely have some tweaking to do to some field positions.
