    Hi lorrelaws,
Do you receive that error when you try to sign in via Reader? If so, try signing in via the web interface. Did that do the trick?

Error message "an error occurred while signing in " when I worked with Create PDF and at the signed in status. Please help so that I can continu my work.

    Hi Stacy,
    Thank you for your attention.
I have been working with Create PFD under normal procedures including
sign-in and several documents had been finished. However, when continued
creating another document the computer took a long time to pprocess and
finally a mesage appeared: "An error occurred while signing in" and stopped
there. I clicked the OK button and start creating again and the same
message appeared once more. I tried to log off and log in again in no
avail. So I went to the help site and called for help.
Later, I decided to reboot the computer and tried once more. This time it
worked and I continued creating. Thanks.

  • An error occured while signing in?

I signed up for the service to covert PDF to Word over a month ago and have performed the action a few times.  Since the new year it keeps coming up with the error message, "An error occured while signing in".  I have tried logging off and on again.  I can see my subscription is paid by managing my account.  I have changed my password (successfully).  Please can someone help?

    Hi NBFES,
We are sorry to hear of your trouble! Did you receive the 'Welcome to Adobe' email asking you to confirm your account? It may have gone into your SPAM folder.
Please let me know and if you need further assistance!

  • Why do I get "an error occurred while signing in" in ExportPDF?

I use export PDF.  I am trying to convert a PDF to excel and keep getting this...."an error occurred while signing in"  "Try again"   "Cancel"

    Hi yakr,
Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you're using the most current version (11.0.09). Earlier versions of Reader could cause the error that you describe.
Please let us know how it goes.

  • An error occurred while signing in

I have Adobe PDF Pack, when I go to covert PDF files to Word I get "an error occurred whils signing in"...can someone please tell me how to fix.

    Good day,
Where are you getting this message?  Are you signing into the ExportPDF site or trying to sign in through Adobe Reader?
If you try to sign in to Adobe.com by clicking 'Sign in' at the top-right corner and input the same credentials, are you able to log in?  If not, you may want to go through the reset password process.
    Kind regards,
    David

  • Error occurred while signing in

I just purchased PDF convertor and I get the "an error occurred while signing in". No, I did not register a different email or password. Please help.

    Hi there deerhunter76,
Are you getting that error when you try to log in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader, and make sure that you have the latest update installed. This sign-in error should not occur in version 11.0.07.
Please let us know how it goes.
    Best,

    Hi tkam,
It sounds as though you just need to install the latest Reader update. Please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and install the latest update. An update to Reader 11.0.07 resolves this sign-in issue.
Let us know how it goes!

    Hi tkam,
I think I may have just the answer you're looking for. If you're converting from within Adobe Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and install any available updates. This error was resolved in the most recent Reader update. (You can also try signing in directly via the ExportPDF website at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.)
Please let us know how it goes.

  • Trying to convert pdf to word - error message " an error occurred while signing in " - How do i get it to work ?

have been using convertor form more than a year now to convert pdf to word documents
have started to get message 'an error occurred while signing in'
    Help please ??

This email is in response to support case #0185407323 submitted by Lowell Peterson.
I keep submitting the same problem and keep getting exactly the same response, which is not helpful.  My problem is this:  for over a year I have been converting .pdf documents to Word by clicking on Tools with a .pdf document open in Adobe Reader, then clicking on Convert.  After a brief waiting signal, I am told to download and save the document.  Perfect.  But recently, every time I try to do exactly the same thing I get the message that says, "An error occurred while signing in."
I have followed this advice multiple times:
Do you get that error when you try to convert a file from within Reader? If so, please try this:
Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Adobe Reader > Preferences (Mac OS).
Click Adobe Online Services on the left side.
Sign out of our Adobe ID and sign back in.
Try to convert your document again.
THIS PROCESS DOESN'T CHANGE ANYTHING.  I JUST KEEP ON GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE.
If you continue to have trouble, please verify that you can access the service via the web interface.  To do this:
Open a browser and navigate to http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html
Try to log in with your Adobe ID (email address) and password.
Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to convert a file.
THIS WORKS, BUT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THESE STEPS WHEN I AM ALREADY IN A .PDF DOCUMENT WITH A "TOOLS" PANEL TELLING ME I CAN DO IT FROM THERE.  PLUS, THIS MAY BE MY STUPIDITY, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO "SAVE" THIS LINK, SO EVERY TIME I WANT TO CONVERT A DOCUMENT, I HAVE TO LOOK UP THIS ADVICE, THEN FOLLOW ALL THE STEPS.  IT WAS A GREAT DEAL SIMPLER AND LESS TIME CONFUSING WHEN I COULD JUST DO IT FROM "TOOLS."
Any idea what the problem is~??
