Error on Financial Intelligence while changing User

Hello all,
I have attached Financial Intelligence (R12) & DBI administrator responsibility in ABC User, and i did setup. Financial Intelligence Reports are working fine.
Later i have attached that Financial Intelligence responsibility to XYZ USer. But while opening Financial Intelligence responsibility i am getting below error.

Getting an Error-Document is distributed while changing the status

Hi Experts,
The Scenario is to create a contract in CRM whose follow up document is call of order. When the Status under the general tab in the Contract changes to Approved, immediately the status of the follow up document (i.e. the Call of Order documents) should changed into an Approved state.
I have implemented an immediate processing action for this but i am facing CRMD_ORDER_MAINTAIN and while executing the Error - 019 that 'Document cannot be saved as it is distributed'.
Kindly Suggest me how to resolve the problem.

It is all because you are distributing your document (uploading document) to R/3.
And system will not update the data till your document distribution is acknowledge successfully.
Please try to fire the activity after some time to update the data in transaction,or may be you can use actions which would do all the activities prior to save and thus you will be able to achieve your scenario.
If you need anymore details on how to proceed, plz breif me abt the scenario and post it back to me.

Problem while changing decimal places in SAP B1 2007

Hi Experts,
I want change the decimal places of Quantity type fields from 2 decimal places to 4 decimal places. But while changing it in Genral settings form ,it shows the error message "Cannot update while another user is connected to the company". it is working in SAP B1 2005B but not in SAP B1 2007
Please help me if you have any solution on this issue..

I'm tring to export all user and group information from a Hyperion Shared Services 9.2.1 by using CSSExport.bat
When there was only native directory in HSS, i can export these information successfully.

I found these is no directory "%HYPERION_HOME%\common\CSS\9.2.0\bin;" exists but "%HYPERION_HOME%\common\CSS\9.2.1\bin;"
I configured PATH by setting to above, and tried CSSExport again, still failed.
Than I disabled the NTLM is HSS, tried CSSExport again. It was successful.
So I am convinced that the problem caused by NTLM or PATH environment variable or some files associated.
Does anybody know the solution ?

I recommend you upgrade at least to 10.1.0.5. 10.1.0.2 comes with the very first version of csalter.plb, which has not the current implementation. From and to which character set do you try to migrate?

Hi ,
Solved problem by changing the UME configuration as ABAP.
after changing the UME configuration , some memory dump problem faced and solved as per server0 getting restarted when i access UME configuration .
Now it is able to create user in portal.

Error while changing PO in SRM extended classic Version 5.0

Hi Guys,
we are facing issue while changing PO in SRM , this is extended classic with version 5.0.
The system status is active() is error message and PO remains unchanged. Kindly help to resolve this issue. we have an approval for even PO if a user changes the qty in the PO then it calls the approval WF logic.

In Solution Manger, While changing the status from Tcode SE38 with Program CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT system gives error.
Document 8000002519 refused for technical reasons: ERROR_FREE
Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG203
Diagnosis
The status value cannot be changed.
The document may no longer be modifiable as a result of its status, or it may be being edited by another user.
System Response
This change transaction is skipped during report processing.
Procedure
Analyze the corresponding document during transaction processing and perform the status change manually if necessary.
Also if i select the status as in process, then it executes sucessfully. Please help me in this.

Pls check your SP level because till SP17 this (CRM_SERV_REPORT) Tcode is not present
I just checked.
So it seems this is availabe only after SP18.... we can use the above report.
Kindly confirm once you solve your problem.

Budget Exceeded error while changing in Account Assignment

Hi,
The user is facing an error while changing the Accounts assignment category to "Assets" in a PR. The PR was created with AAC as "U" for all the line items. The user is changing that to "A". After that he provides the asset number then the error is coming as below:
Item 010 Order 0809/A15 budget exceeded
Message no. BP604
Diagnosis
In document item 010 Order 0809/A15, budget for fiscal year 2010 was exceeded by 6,630.00 INR.
The valuation price for that particular line item is Rs 6630.00. I have not changed the other line items.
Need the suggestion.

I think there some settings in Budgeting, n Finance people are more familiar with those settings. Normally, if u craete a Purchasing doc. PR or PO or GR/ IR from MM side, with account assnt., the relevant budget()which is created for that commitment item) will updated with the document value. There may be settings with delivery date or so. check with your FI guys

Error while changing between modules

Dear Know-it-All out there.
Iam a Newbie - Middlebie Photosop User , so to keep it short.
We just installed CC with Lightroom & PS. The problem „Error while changing between modules“.
is occurring while starting Lightroom and the program cannot be used properly.
There seems no chance to create a catalog properly, the Library just
does not open any menu which it should do.
Adobe Support could not work it out either so roar, their suggestions was
to restart in safety mode / deleting library 5plist / plus many more
little stuff which actually did not help. This is already the second installation ,
same problem as with the first. We are working on a IMac 2.9GHz, i5, 8GB 1600Mh, OSX 10.9

Error "CONVT_NO_NUMBER" while performing user measurement with USMM

Hi,
While running user measurement with USMM I am getting following run
time error.
To be specific - After preselections in USMM->system measurement->while
checking Green Check mark this error is screaming up.
Ae per Note - 1230640 :- You call transaction USMM and want to cancel
the user measurement using the cancel button (red 'X') on the dialog
box of the user measurement. However, the measurement continues and is
completed as if you had chosen the ok button (green check mark).
Above note is applied if the problem comes if we check red button
rather than green check mark.
Please suggest us the best way to procees.

Thanks for the reply. As suggested by you I have assigned the default value as 0 for all the checkbox type in form designer for AD User form but still I am getting the same error while provisioning the AD resource.

This is the Error I'm getting While Creating a user and provisioning.

Error While creating User using userservcenter Webservice

Hi All,
I have generated the java client stub from the um_workflowSaveCreateProfile.wsdl file successfully and I have developed one client code to call the web service to create user in Oracle Internet Directory.
I am invoking one workflow for creation of the user which accepts four attributes (sn, cn, uid, userPassword),it is working fine when sn, cn, uid attributes are mandatory only, but if I make userPassord as mandatory, it is showing me error : Not all of the required parameters for this operation were specified.

Hi,
I guess, create workflow does not accept the password attribute while creating user account.
You have to create the account using createprofile web service then update the password using changeprofile web service.
I think this limitation is strategic, if you have password policies enabled, policies are applied to the container of the accounts.
So OAM needs to have the DN of the user account to check if there are any password policies associated with the container during password updates,
which might not be possible while using createProfile web service.

Error While creating users in managed system.

Dear All,
I am configuring SAP Solution Manager 7.1. I am in stage of Managed System Configuration (for JAVA).
In step 6 Create user: While creating (System) user SM_COLL_<SID> I am getting error :
An error occurred while processing the UME command READ_USER from agent <hostname> : Server returned: 401 Unauthorized. Please check SMD agent application logs.
And for ABAP System,
SMDAGENT_XXX Technical User (in Managed System <SID> Client 000)
while creating user SMDAGENT_<SID> and SAPSUPPORT
I am getting error:
No CENTRAL nor DIALOG instance known for system <SID>
But in SM51 I can see Server Status Active.
and Users are not present.(Checked it through SU01)
I am not getting why this is happening.
Please help me regarding the same.
