yes. Very busy day on the Apple servers today. LOTS of people excited about the new aps, the new phones and the new v2.0. Many of the problems today will go away with the reduction in network traffic.

That is correct if there is a similar application made for the computer. It will not be sold through iTunes. Either you get it from the developer's website or look for it in the App Store or look for it at MacUpdate or CNET Downloads .

Hi. I have recently bought a new laptop, and want to sync my apps in iTunes to my 9 month Touch, but when I select Sync, iTunes tells me; "+All existing applications and their data on the iPod <my ipod> will be replaced with applications from this iTunes library+".
As this is a new iTunes install, won't it completely wipe all my apps? Short of hunting down all my apps in iTunes and re-purchasing them, how do I get to a point where I can sync apps?

Don't sync your iPod until you have your purchases back onto the computer and your restored your library or you will lose the contents from it. iTunes will let you copy your iTunes Store purchases directly from an iPod to the computer, you'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer

I just downloaded an app from itunes on my computer, and when i went to drag it over to my ipad, because i manage my music etc manuelly, it wouldn't go there,
is there anything i'm not doing or is it only possible to get them from itunes to ipad by syncing them?!

You have to sync with your device, not drag it. Please read your user manual. You can download a copy from support.apple.com/manuals/.

Get "invalid app" error when adding apps to iTunes???

For the past 2 years I have been sharing apps with my brother since iTunes on his computer is authorised under my iTunes account. His PC runs Windows XP, mine runs Windows 7. Today I was putting about 10 apps onto his computer and then when I went to add them into iTunes, I kept getting the message "Invalid App" for 8 of them yet it put the other 2 on perfectly fine like normal. How do I fix this issue? I don't share music or apps with anyone other than my little brother.
We both have same version of itunes too.

appstore. I have that tangram! installed too.
At first the message was just like "tangram! Could not be purchased....." when i tried to update a different app. Then every time that I try to get an app from the appstore, the message adds up like "tangram! and 1 other item.....". Then "tangram! And 2 other items..." and so on..

My iPhone 3GS was acting up and I was told to restore it. Before restoring, I transfered purchases, synced the phone and created a back up.
*Okay all went well except for one thing:* my apps are in the iTunes Library but NOT on my iPhone. The only apps on my iPhone are the standard apps that come with the iPhone; no apps that I downloaded are on my iPhone. I don't care about any data in the apps as there wasn't much.
*How do I get the apps from the iTunes Library to my iPhone?*

"Download error" when getting songs from iTunes on iPod touch 2G

Hi all. Recently I've been getting a "Download Error. Tap to retry" message when I'm downloading songs from iTunes on my iPod Touch. It doesn't always happen, but seems to happen most if I leave the Download screen before the song is done downloading and processing. Even though it says "Tap to retry", when I do that, it just errors again. This continues, with frequent pop-up prompts asking for my iTunes password, until I connect my Touch back to iTunes.
I was curious if other people had the same problem and if there is a fix for this or if I just need to stay on the download screen until the song is done.
I have a 32gig iPod Touch 2nd Gen with the latest OS.

Download Errors to get Apps

I get an error message in creatice cloud whehn I try to download Apps. It says to contact customer support.
I have been on chats and read forums and tried:
Unistalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud
Renaming the OOBEE folder in the library
Running Adobe Cleaner - which now I do not have my apps and cannot get them
I was on a chat with Adobe for 1 hour last night and I had to go off line as I do not have time available to get help for a product I pay for every month. I have spent 5 hours on this around my work schedule.
VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Can anyone send me all the things I need to try to get my Apps back or is there a way to do it without Creative Cloud?

Cannot get apps from itunes library

Thanks Dave. I'm getting increasingly frustrated because twice I got some way with a sync of apps and then got error messages. One was that the iPad had 'disconnected', which I just don't follow. And despite at least 20 or so apps apparently getting synced (i.e. seen in the 'progress bar at the top'), oly a couple are now displayed:

I closed the error message and tried the Sync button again, and that apparently started a backup. That's been going for 15 mins or so, and I'm a bit worried because the connected iPad was displaying a message 'Not charging'. So if the backup continues for hours it may well exhaust the battery.
Reckon I'll sleep on it and get back on the case in the morning, including trying your suggestion.

Getting apps from iTunes on a PC to iTunes on a Mac Book Air

I seem to have imported my music files okay and thought all my app were on my new MacBook Air. However, the second time I tried ti sync my phone with my MacBook, I clicked the box that said sync apps on the app page in iTune and got a warning box that said all the data in my apps would be lost.
I'm affraid to do that!
Any suggestions?

Just login to your iTunes Store account on itunes and it will download your apps on your computer.

Error of Downloading apps from itunes

I tried to download the app from the itunes i logged in my apple id it showing "Your Apple ID not yet used with itunes" i clicked reiview button.i entered my correct credit card details but it is showing "Your payment declined"

Try another payment method and/or check to make sure you entered the payment detail correctly.

I have problem with iTunes, it has poroblem with my billing, i cant update or buy or get apps, Please help me.
