Error on opening program

Goodmorning,
The following error appears when I click on Dreamweaver I'm
using version 8 studio pack with a mac ox operating system.
While executing onLoad, the following JavaScript
error(s) occurred:
At linke 15 of file "Macintosh
HD:Applications:Macromedia Dreamweaver
8:Configuration:Startup:Interexchange Startup.htm":
Type Error: CMIserver.getAppldentifiers is not a
function
Dose anyone have any resolutions to fix this problem. I'm
also getting a line 35 error come up when the program actually
opens up and I also can't get into the file menu I can still get
into edit, windows etc without any issues I can't even save
document changes... Any assistance would be awesome...

It sounds like you are getting an error from iTunes when you launch it. I would try the troubleshooting in this article named:
iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues

Start with troubleshooting for 3rd party plug ins section, then the rest of the article if needed:
Start iTunes in Safe Mode
Open iTunes in Safe Mode to isolate any interference from plug-ins or scripts not manufactured by Apple.
Hold down Shift–Control while opening iTunes. You should see a dialog that says "iTunes is running in safe mode" before iTunes finishes starting up.
Click Continue.
See if the issue you're experiencing persists in Safe Mode.
If you have the same issue while iTunes is in Safe Mode, proceed to the "Create a new user account" section. If you don't experience the same issue, follow these steps to remove third-party plug-ins.

Execute ABAP Program - Error in Open File Cust_Dim.dat

HI All,
I am trying to Implement scenario of Data Service designer for Extract SAP Application data (page no. 181 Onwards). It is for transfer data from SAP ECC - KNA1 to MSSQL table.
I have Data Service server install on my system.
I have implement all the steps. When I execute job server. I am getting error like
"Execute ABAP program <C:/Program Files/Business Objects/BusinessObjects Data Services/ZCUSTDIM_1.aba> error < Open File Error -- C:\Program Files\Business Objects\/Cust_Dim.dat>"
Does anyone knows about this? I have tried to find lot in SDN but didn't find any solution.

Hi all
I was having the exact same problem as the one explained here.
I was a little mixed up because I assigned full privileges on the destination folder to one specific account called installsap
I used this account for installing SAP BO Data Services. This account is the one configured on the Business Objects Data Services Service:
However, I kept getting the same error, as if this account had not enough privileges over the folder.
I saw that there is another Service called Server Intelligent Agent. I went through its configuration Properties by using the Central Configuration Manager, specifically within the Log On As Property and it seemed like a non specific System Account was configured there.
Then I open the services.msc (Windows application) in order to see this very same service configuration and it had NOTHING specified there, nor a Local System Account nor an specific user account.
So, I stopped the service and specified the installsap account I used for the Business Objects Data Services Service. After that I verified I could see this configuration through the Central Configuration Manager and now both tools showed the same.
Then I started the SIA Service retried again executing the ABAP Data Flow and the Error in Open File was gone.
It is how the SIA Service configuration looks like.
By the way, I am not sure if the "Job Server Service" which was cited before in this thread is the same as the Server Intelligence Agent Service I modified
Besides, although I've been using DS for quite a considerable amount of time, I have never heard of such "Job Server Service". Let me know if I am wrong.
Anyways it worked for me and I hope it works for someone else who faces the same error.

Error while opening a queryin BI 7?

When I am opeing a query in BI 7 analyzer first I will be getting a warning message saying
creating of TEXTELEMENT_24 failed and after that I will be getting error message
A critical program error has occured.
program will now terminate.
Please refer to the trace for further information.
Please help me to identify the casue for this issue.

Hi,
Are you not able to open query designer or the query in designer?
If issue is with Designer then check with BASIS or for correct installation and if that specific query is not opening then first check the query in RSRT tcode and see if you are getting the same error messages or not.

RFC connection error when registering PROGRAM ID.

I gave the following parameters ->

Registered program id: xxx
It is giving me the following error:

I followed the blog. Here are the steps that I did.
RFC destination:
1. To create the RFC go to TCODE: SM59 -> Done2. Create new destination of type T (TCP/IP) -> Done
3. Make sure you select Registered Server Program option before writing your program ID -> Done
4. Write you program ID (remember it's case-sensitive) -> gave the SID name
5. In the gateway host and gateway service write the values of your "Application system" - business system (not the XI server) -> Typed the gateway hostname and gateway service "sapgw<instance no>", that I got from SMGW.
But still I face the same problem. It get the following error:

u needn't have replied if it was bugging u so.
Maybe the zip file isn't at that location. Maybe it
didn't get completely downloaded. Maybe downloading it
puts permissions on it that don't allow you to open
it. Maybe it's password-protected. Maybe half-a-dozen
things I haven't thought of yet. Did you check any of
those obvious things? Can you open the file yourself
with a zip utility?

While view planning with excel integration in SAP, I am getting error. I am getting this error in CCA and COPA also.

Diagnosis
An error occurred in the desktop application while opening a document.
Procedure
Check first whether you can insert a document from this desktop application as an embedded object in another application. The necessary menu item is usually 'Insert --> Object'. The application then lists all of the OLE document types. Choose the type corresponding to the desktop applciation. If the insertion fails, the error is in the desktop application itself.
This error has various causes. Often, it is caused by activating certain add-ins. Sometimes, the desktop application is wrongly installed. The error should not recur once you have disabled any add-ins or reinstalled the desktop application.
Procedure for System Administration
If you cannot solve the problem as described above, enter a problem message. There are notes relating to how to generate the log file using the program SAPROFFICEINTEGRATIONTRACE.

Error while Opening PDF attachment from Mail

We two Output Types created ZNEU and ZAUF. Two Smartforms are created for the same Output Types. The Issue now is, When ZNEU triggers and send a mail the document is properly decoded and gets opened but for ZAUF it doesn't. It says File damaged.

And if you are not clear about where the error is, try searching sdn or google with the error message that you are getting as this issue has been discussed many times earlier.

I was trying activate activate the Web templates for SRM, all the templates are activated and i am landed in a new problem. when ever i am trying to open a qery thru query Monitor(RSRT), i am popped with the Short dump.

Check for the consistency of the info object in RSRV.
Check the info object status in cube like any data is available or not for that info object.
Also check any parralel load is taking place in that particular cube.

Hi Friends,
I have a problem while opening the SFP transaction and Clicking on the Layout Tab the SAP System is giving an error message saying "Error while Opening the Document".
I have tried testing on several systems like IDES, ERP, Retail systems. But it is giving me same error. Is this the problem with ADOBE LIVECYCLE DESIGNER?

Pradeep,
Maybe Live Cycle Designer has not been uninstalled correctly from your system. So goto the following lcaotions and remove the Designer folder if you find them:-
C:\Program Files\Adobe
C:\Documents and Settings\<your-username>\Application Data\Adobe\
Alternatively try installing Live Cycle Designer on some other machine in your network and see if you encounter the same error.

Error while opening site studio designer

Hi,
We are getting error while opening the site studio Desiner in Server. It gives unexpected error with three options, view log, close and continue, then program just get closed.
Yesterday we have upgraded site studio component and designer -
Site studio designer from 10gR3(10.1.3.3.2) to 10gR3(10.1.3.5.0)
Site studio component from 7.7.2.405 to 8.0.0.645
This issue is not coming for the user who have installed the site studio component and designer but rest all user are facing the problem while opening site studio designer in the server.
Below mentioned is the scanrio -
A) All the users(UserA,UserB,UserC) have the admin access to the server.This installation has been done by UserA. UserA only able to open the SS-D and remaining all are getting error
B) The issue is on the same machine on which site studio designer is installed.
C) Multiple users are using same SS-Designer
D) Error occured as soon as the userB,UserC went to select site studio designer from start menu on the same server and getting the same error.
E) UserB who is also having admin access has tried this option of un install and re-install SS-D,but he is also not able to open the SS-D. Still only UserA is able to access the SS-D.
Any kind of resolution much appriciated.

Thanks for the suggestions, Yes userB and userC are able to edit regedit.
I have tried to install SS-D with userB and userC but then too both of them getting the same error, but userA is able to open SS-D.
