Error On SAP B1 2007

Hi every body.
Sorry if this not a place to post an error on SAP B1, but i dont know where, and this is my only chance to do this.
I need a SAP guy who can tell me how to post this error or who can take care of it.
I have the full documents about it, a god explanation, all the screens, full information about the components involved, i just need to know who should i have to give it.

Employee Search Error in SAP CRM 2007 Web Gui.

Hi,
We have created a Z Role linked to BUP003 and copied from BUP003. (Employees).
When we try to search all BPs created with this Z Role through Employees Search in Web Gui the results are only the BPs with BUP003 and it doesn't recognize the Z Role as Employee.
Do you have any idea of why is this happening?

Error while installing SAP NetWeaver 2007

Dear All,
 I got an exception while installing SAP NetWeaver 2007
on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition (service pack 1). This exception occured when installer tried to install MaxDB database. When I saw installation log file, I found following msgs. Pls suggest me appropriate solution so that I could install SAP NetWeaver 2007 on my m/c.

Hi,
the following parts of the log should give you some hints about what might be wrong:
"dropping database instance: JP1"
"found instance JP1 "
"cannot remove package "Database Kernel": first you have to remove all instances"
It seems you still have a MaxDB instance named JP1 on your system. This instance could not be dropped, because it was not possible for the uninstaller to connect to the db instance:
"dropping database instance: JP1"
"Try to establish connection to JP1"
"command failed: <DBMException -24950 ERR_USRFAIL User authorization failed>"
So, if enough parts of the software are still available and you know how to connect to the JP1 instance (using either the Database Manager GUI or DBMCLI), you can drop the instance and proceed with the installation.

I have looked into your issue.
For this service ticket, kindly check the Org Unit maintained in Transaction and table OFIC_BILLORG_SRV are same. If not same kindly make changes in the following path in SPRO.

SBO Crystal error in SAP 2007

Hello Experts,
We've SAP BO 2007 SP01 PL05 in a 64 bits Server and we have Crystla Reports por SAP BO installed and was working fine.
After some windows upgrades on a Server that works as terminal services we have the next error when we want to connect Crystal reports:
SAP Crystal AddOn
Automation error
Library not registered
In other clients it´s working ok. We try re installing all Crystal report addon and SAP Client in this terminal server but still the same error. Have you had a similar error? I´ve check forums and SAP notes but haven´t found a similiar error.

Bounce Management in SAP CRM 2007

Hi Experts,
we have SAP CRM 2007 and I have a few questions about Bounce Management.
It is a very simple scenario, so it´s fine if only hard bounces for incoming EMails are handled.
1) Do you need ERMS for that simple form of Bounce Mgt?
2) Is the Usage of Inetraction Center required? (We do not want to)
3) Is it possible/recommended to create Activities out of incoming bounces?
4) Can you segment on Bounces, not only within the Campaign Automation?
5) What ist the effort/set up to use Bounce Mgt in that simple scenario about?

Yes, I was mentioning SAP Note 897730. The major pre-requisite mentioned there is Event linkage settings through SWETYPV transaction and in your case you just need to do the Rule Modeler settings. If you are using DEFAULT policy you do not need to do anything in Service Manager Profile.
The note pre-requisites mentioned are
The required services and service manager profiles for using the E-Mail Response Management System (ERMS) are defined: All entries necessary for bounce management are delivered in the default Customizing. As I mentioned before Service Manager Profile: Bounce is already defined and you are going to use that profile. The required service in your case would be "Bounce Data Update" or one of the 5 standard service mentioned in this note. These are already defined and taken care of in standard configurations. Therefore, you do not need to do anything over there.
Please do the above two settings and if you have any issues please come back to me. I am sure you won't have any issues with the requirements that you mentioned. I just took one hour to set up hard bounce scenario. Only if you are planning to use services that are not standard it becomes slightly tricky. In our case major issue was that there was an error in the standard workflow. I did not know much about Workflow bindings etc. before, but then I had to dig deep into this and it gave me an opportunity to learn workflows. This was the good thing that came out of all this.

Problem while changing decimal places in SAP B1 2007

Hi Experts,
I want change the decimal places of Quantity type fields from 2 decimal places to 4 decimal places. But while changing it in Genral settings form ,it shows the error message "Cannot update while another user is connected to the company". it is working in SAP B1 2005B but not in SAP B1 2007
Please help me if you have any solution on this issue..

SAP B1 2007 Add-On Removal Problem

I am using SAP B1 2007 on Windows Vista. I've been testing our Add-On module. When running our installer, an error occurred, which left the Add-On in an unusable state, since the installation had not finished. When I attempted to removed our Add-On, it does not go away. It remains in the Company Add-On list, even after I select 'Remove Add-On' and perform the 'Update'.
I am now stuck. I have no way to remove our Add-On and no way to re-install it since B1 thinks it's already installed.
Is there anyway out of this trap besides scrubbing my B1 install and starting over?

hello Mark,
Try to see add/remove programs, to check whether the addon is still listed or exists there.
Actually, you must restart SAP B1 client after remove the addon at the first time.
Another solution is to restart license server and then remove the addon again. Do not remove addon from add/remove program.

I am getting an error during sap r/3 installation almost at the last stage.
the error is at update database statistics.

During oracle installation stage the oui is asking for create a database, i am chechking it ok. Is that a problem ?.

a.)I want to know why there is an error at brconnect ? why is it returning an error code (128) at UPDATE DATABASE STATISTICS stage.
I have read in this forum itself that the UPDATE STATISTICS need not be suceesfully completed and we can edit database.r3s
" ..on the other hand you can easily invoke the update statistics after the installation has ended (succesfully!)...edit DATABASE.R3S (or the appropriate template file you are using) by changing the status=ERROR to status=OK...this will let you finish the installation..-GreetZ, AH."
I have searched for this file (database.r3s) in my system in vain Where can i find this file database.r3s?.
Have i done any configuration mistake at the pre-installation stage. I have installed Oracle 9.0 using setup.exe of oracle. should i use sapserver.cmd to install oracle?.I havent applied any patch for Oracle 9.0
Should I apply any patch just the same way we do for Oracle 8.1.x ?. If so, where can i get the patch for Oracle 9.0 .?.
b.) You said there should not be any spaces in file path (ex: C:/SAPinst ORACLE KERNEL/) . But I havent specified file path, the r/3 setup itself has created the directory path.
c.) I want to know one thing- should we create a database before installing r/3. When we are installing Oracle 8/9. x what are the components that we are installing?

After I got this error I upgraded the Kernel from patch level 159 to 179,
After that I restarted the update again but the system is still running on u201CIMPORT_PROPERu201D and dose not given any update,

We are applying in support packages in SAP R/3 4.6C HR Development
(TFI) environment. We planned with installing all the SP stacks
starting from 1 to 9.
-Updated kernel, tp , r3trans and SPAM level to latest level.
We received the following error in Import_Proper step of Support
package upgrade. Though the step has been repeated after making sure
that we have all the required files at OS level, we go this error
repeatedly.

While playing around I have deleted the transport from the tp buffer
and added manually, before doing so I made a backup of tp buffer at OS
level and I got following error though I reverted back to backed-up
copy.
- Error in phase: IMPORT_PROPER
- Reason for error: TP_BUFFER_INCONSISTENCY
- Return code: 0008
- Error message: Wrong sequence of Packages in the tp buffer (e.g.
SAPKB46C52 )
I then tried to disassemble the package separately and reran the
import queue. Now I have RC 8 on that support package.
When I did R3trans -l on the datafile it completed successfully.
D:\>R3trans -l \usr\sap\trans\data\RB46C52.SAP
This is R3trans version 6.05 (release 46D - 27.10.08 - 16:32:00).
R3trans finished (0000).
I verified the size of file "CSR0120031469_0023301.PAT" and it is the
same as mentioned in SSP.
Let us know is there is a workaround.

Hi Rama,
To run the SAP CRM 2007 minimum you require 4 GB memory with 300 GB hard drive. My suggestion is you should use 6 or 8 GB memory to avoid the PXA - memory allocation errors.

Reports in SAP CRM 2007

Hello,
We have installed SAP CRM 2007 and are able to create Accounts, Contacts & Opportunities etc from the web browser.
However, we are unable to execute any reports from the browser and are getting following error:

Any ideas / suggestions / pointers to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

The solution for the BI Reports in CRM 2007 has been found. The solution is as follows
You must assign the default SAP Netweaver BI system (RFC connection) to the logical system CRMBWDEST in transaction BD97. Need to have Graphical server installed also in the BI.

Problem logging in SAP B1 2007 SP00 PL30

Hi all.
One of our SAP users is having a problem in logging in to SAP B1 2007.
Last time, the user can login to SAP by just keying the correct username and password. Now, the user will get an error message when she try to login to SAP using the same username and password. When I go to Change Company, I found the Current Server has changed to (local) instead of my server.
The user can login to SAP by changing to the correct server and type the sa login ID and password. How am I going to make it for the SAP server to recognize the user and make her login to SAP without her to keying in the sa login ID and password?
I have tried to uninstall SAP and reinstall the SBO client from the user but to no avail.

Thanks for your advice. I have already tested it at the user's computer but still the same problem happened..
All the while, the user also use the X to close the program but she didn't face this problem at that time. How come all of a sudden she cannot directly login to the SAP without changing the correct server and key in the sa password?
