Error on uploading EBS - Natwest UK

Hi Gurus
Need some help on EBS
Electronic bank statement, we are banking with Natwest - UK, Now I've done all the config work when I try to import the file FF_5 (RFEBKA00), I got an error
Termination in statement no 00000 of acct closing record 62F missing
Message no. FV151

Hi Pratap,
I think you are using Mt940 statement while uploading thru FF_5
So 62F line item in the statement would be a closing balance which is missing in the statement. Requets you to go thru the statement and input the closing the balance and execute the upload once again.

Please go to the below metioned path & Check there wheather you have assigned correct G/L account or not
Spro> Financial Accounting>Bank Accounting>Business Transactions>Payment Transactions>Electronic Bank Statement>Make Global Settings for Electronic Bank Statement
Check in the Assign Accounts to Account Symbol then select the required account symbol (ZMAIN BANK) assign there proper G/L account(Main Bank Acount )
Example
Act Symbol Acct Modi. Currency G/L Acct Acct Symb.Desc
MAINBANK ICICI + + 304 Mainbank ICICI -
Hope this will solve your problem and revert back

Error while uploading EBS (MT940) with FF_5

Hi Experts,
I have maintained below configuration for EBS:
Account symbol creation.
Account determination for account Symbol.
Posting rules creation.
Assigned the Account symbols to posting rules.
Transaction type.
Assigned external transaction type to transaction.
Assigned to bank account to transaction type.
I tried to upload the EBS using FF_5 but getting below Error:
USD 10000,00MIT is not a valid amount
Message no. FV117
I am using below file (notepad) to upload:

Thanks for reply.
I checked in SU03 and decimal setting is correct.
In the meantime, I assigned the GL account's to account symbol (standard Symbols - BANK and GELDEINGANG) and assigned the same in posting rule 0001, assigned the posting rule to exiting standard transaction type (FCHI). I tried to upload the file and observed that “Cheque In” transaction is created and got cleared.
But as per requirement I have to create new posting rule and external transaction types.
Request your help in the above issue.

Error while upgrading EBS 12.0.4 to 12.1.1

I am in a process of upgrading EBS from 12.0.4 to 12.1.1. I have applied patch 7461070 (from making R12.AD.B.1 )
Then i started patch 7303030. It was going on fine for some time but now i am facing below error.
There are now 18510 jobs remaining (current phase=A8):
3 running, 9 ready to run and 18498 waiting.
Deferred: file jtf_diagnostic_test.xdf on worker 4 for product fnd username AP
PS. (Deferment number 2 for this job)
Assigned: file az_structure_apis_b.xdf on worker 4 for product az username AP
PS.

Yes all of my worker logs are giving same error.
In one of your thread i read that "You need to apply R12.AD.B.1 (Patch 7461070) before applying 12.1.1 Maintenance Pack."
So i applied this pack successfully.
Also i ran adpatch with options=prereq. and i got the below warning :
AutoPatch warning:
option: "prereq" is not supported on R12
So i applied Patch 7461070 and then started with patch 7303030.

Error when uploading multiple bank statement in ff_5.

Hi All,
I got below error when trying to upload multiple Electronic bank statement (BAI format) from presentation server on same day.
Acct 4126735166: Statement 00001 already exists; entry ignored.
I understood that there is already an entry in Table febko.
Note: I cannot change any data in the file before uploading.
Please let me know the way to resolve this issue.

I cannot delete any records as the uploaded EBS has correct data.
The following scenario will be helpful to understand the issue clearly.
Suppose I uploaded one BAI format EBS for account number 4126735166 on today morning.
On same day evening I received another EBS file from the same bank for the same account number.
So when I tried to upload the second file for the same date, I get the following error.
Acct 4126735166: Statement 00001 already exists; entry ignored.
I understand that SAP Allows to upload only one EBS for a same Account number & same date.
Is there any other option to upload more than one EBS.

'Bitmap file: No color table available (True Color, Bitcount 32)'.
I have tried searching for solution and got some help from below reply from a thread:
You may do these options:
1. Lower the resolution of the image
2. Lower the file size of the image

First of all, if you dont mind, start a new thread for your question please.
Anyways, answer to your question is --
You need to save your picture with lower-most bits BITMAP Type. When you were saving your picture as .bmp, take care you are passing lower-most BITMAP type and not 24-bit as it may be as default.
This way, your problem would be resolved.

There is a z program that calls this ke13 program while uploading. The excel file is split into x files and uploaded..
THe error is: Quantity Unit HR cannot be converted to & and error occured when generating data for planning processor...
Any idea if someone face similar situation..

Approx size of the Document tried is more then 300MB.

attachments.maxSizeKB.buyers - "Maximum size in KB of a employer-attached attachment file"
attachments.upload.enable.buyers- " Enable/Disable uploading of attachments by internal users"
Also Please check with other attachment, contracts related properties in the System.

Error while uploading Transport request

Hi friends,
Error while uploading transport request to the transport directory,
we downloaded the trasnport request from one sap system which have a set of developments
for example downloaded files are;
control file: K900470.SAD and Data file: R900470.SAD fronm transport directory.
we are trying to upload the transport to another Sap system
we have
Uploaded the controlling file K900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/cofiles/
Uploaded the controlling file R900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/data/
we tried tro add in the import queues using TCODE: STMS
and trying to import.
During import we get
error:
HALT: unknown dynpro format: d021s_length() returned 0 Please contactthe SAP support.
End with rc : 16
Please help me with the problem.

We have our BI7 system connected to Oracle DB based third party tool. The loads are performing quite well in DEV environment.
I would like to know, how we transport DB Connect datasources to Quality systems? Any different process to be followed for DB Connect datasources?
At present the connections between BI Quality and the third party quality systems are established. We transported the DataSource from BI DEV system to BI quality system, but on trigerring an infopackage we are not able to perform loads. It prompts - "Unknow error while uploading data from the DB Table".
Also on comparing the DataSources in DEV system and Quality system there are no fields in "Proposal" tab of datasource in Quality system. Also I cannot change or activate Datasource in Quality system as we dont have change access in quality.
Please advice.

I am facing the same one. The loads work successfully in Dev. The transport for DBConnect DS also moved in successfully.
One strange this is that DB User for dev did not automatically change to db user from quality when I transported the DBConnect datasource. DBCon DS still shows me the DB User from Dev in Quality system
I get "Unknown Error" whenever I trigger the data package.

Getting error while uploading a document in a library

Hi,
I'm getting a weird error while uploading the document in the library. And I don't get it all the times but most of the times.
It reads:
The file <library name>/<file name> has been modified by i:0#.<user-id> on <datetime stamp>
How to resolve this ? I have referred many articles on this one, but none helped.

Based on your description, I recommend to check if there are any ItemAdded event receiver or workflows which are triggered when an item is created to update the document properties in the library.
If there is any ItemAdded event receiver on the library, I recommend to wait for ItemAdded to finish before the ListFieldIterator control residing on EditForm.aspx loads (It’s the ListFieldIterator which displays the Item’s fields ).

If there is any workflow on the library, I recommend to add a Pause for Duration step at the beginning of the workflows.
If above cannot work, please check ULS log for detailed error message.

In se71 u can include that object , id, macrc or something (these are comes after excute the program give ur logo name)

I tried the last two options for Increasing the Default Upload File Size as said in the below site but it does not work out. Any other solutions for avoiding this error
